Very professional. Called more than once to let me know where they are in the process and approximate time it will take to get the car ready. I dealt with Sixto, each time and he is wonderful. When I pulled in and saw my car, I couldn't believe my eyes. The car was perfectly detailed. Great job guys.Thank you!

I recently had my car repaired there and I have to say they are by far the best body shop I've ever utilized. My car is a particular shade of silver that is difficult to match. CJ the shop manager made a point to make sure to get the paint repair to match perfectly and went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. If you are in the need of body repair work on your vehicle I wouldn't go anywhere else, you will be completely satisfied with the level of work and the professionalism of the staff there.

WOW!! I just picked up my 2018 F-150 Pick up. They did an amazing job!! This place is top notch, from the time you drop off - till the time of pick up.. Chris is very helpful and knows all about customer service. The truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor!! True Professionalism......

Cavallo Auto Body is top notch service from the second you contact them all the way to actually getting the work done on your car and even delivering the car directly to your doorstep. They are so easy to work with and handled everything from the details with the insurance to getting a rental car set up quickly and seamlessly (was ready for me as soon as I dropped off my car). Sixto and the team at Cavallo provided update calls to let me know of the progress of my car and made sure that the work that was done was 100% quality. I cannot say enough great things about the shop here but highly suggest working with them if you have any repairs for your vehicle that need a little more attention and care. I bought my wife a new car, she had been driving an older car with lots of problems. When I pulled in the driveway and she saw it she cried for an hour.Unfortunately 2 weeks later she was rear-ended.I took it to Cavallo because I wanted it fixed so you could never tell it was hit. It was perfect, door lines, paint, everything, and it was clean inside and out when we picked it up. My wife is happy again, and so am I.

After getting estimates from a variety of auto body shops; I remembered Cavallo and gave them my estimate and wanted to proceed to work with them. My brother had also mentioned that they do pristine work. I dropped off my car and went over the body damage with the staff. I picked up my rental car with a smooth transition. I returned to pick up my car and was blown away how amazing it looked. It looked practically brand new and was detailed perfectly. I recommend anyone to come here for body work. You can t go wrong. The staff was super friendly and even waited up for me after they were closed. Thanks Cavallo for the perfect work and going above and beyond!

Cavallo did an incredible job on my 2016 Volkswagen. I have had bad experiences with other body shops in the past so I was very nervous about how the car would turn out but when I got it the car back it looked as if it was brand new. The guys at Cavallo even detailed the car for me before I came to pick it up. I highly recommend this shop especially if you have a nice car and are as meticulous as I am about things. Sixto was more than helpful and followed up with me on the status of the car almost every day. Customer service like that is very hard to come by. I drove all the way from Maryland to take my car here and I do not regret it, you won t either!

The team at Cavallo Auto Body more than exceeded my expectations. The work is beautiful - the back of my BMW looks brand new. Colleen and Chris went over and above to give me a great experience. I highly recommend this shop - will never take my car anywhere else for body work. Thank you so much for your hard work and excellent results.

CJ at Cavallo exceeded our expectations in terms of communication and going above and beyond a traditional service experience. He gave almost daily updates and made every transition a smooth one from car rental to inspection. Highly recommend them! Customer service was on point and my car looks brand new! The cleaning job after they did the bodywork was even amazing! Short story on the customer service, I went with hertz rental since StateFarm has discounts through them and that s who they recommend and ended up getting a filthy nasty car (even during Covid!) and Cavallo literally did all the work to help me get into a better enterprise rental car. Everyone is very nice there and welcoming! You need auto body work, Cavallo s is the place to go! Someone hit my side and it was all caved in and now you can t tell any work was done and I even have a special paint color that they matched up perfectly. They also fought for better parts and actual replacements for me instead of StateFarm who wanted to go the cheap way. Just bought this car in the summer so Cavallo knew I didn t want to go the cheap way! Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Read this: I used Cavallo Auto Body in 2011 when I had a fender bender with my E-Class Mercedes and my vehicle was fixed and returned flawless. I am using them again to fix my Mercedes CLS 550, which was badly damaged in a front collision few days ago. I called Cavallo and within couple hours, my vehicle was picked up the same day from the tow yard and brought back to their shop and they keep me up to date with all communication with the insurance company. I can t wait for them to put the vehicle back into a pristine condition. I can t say enough good things about this auto establishment and their staff, but first impression goes a long way!!. You can t get this level or services and care anywhere. Here is my 10

CJ & his crew are top shelf. Unfortunately for me I have needed Cavallo's help twice in less than 12 months. Both times it was for a BMW. The first repair was a rear quarter panel on a 328 and the second project was for a rear bumper on a 335. Both jobs were done flawlessly and my car came back looking like new.Please DO NOT take your car anywhere else! I have done business with Cavallo for over 25 years and I have never once been disappointed. They put the "P" in Professional.

Chris and Colleen are an absolute pleasure to work with when it comes to communicating about auto repairs. Vehicular collisions are never a fun process to be involved in, and usually extremely stressful. The employees at cavallos helped me every step of the way, with emails and calls regularly to update me about my vehicular repairs. They have great customer service and communication skills, not to mention they do amazing body work!!!

I dropped my truck off on August 29th to have a deep scratch that ran the length of my truck repaired. A few days later I received word from my insurance company that the body shop had found more damage. I contacted Chris and he confirmed this, he also stated that they had to wait for extra parts for the additional work. I contacted Chris the next week for an update and he stated that they were just about to put my truck in the body shop to get started. I called a week later for an update and Chris again stated that they hadn't stated on my truck yet, but it should be in the body shop soon. I contacted Chris once again a week later and he stated that my truck should be going into the body shop that Thursday and should be back together early the next week. The following Wednesday after not hearing about my truck I contacted Chris once again. Again I was told that my truck would be going into the body shop and finished early the next week. It was then that I informed Chris that I would be moving the next week and I would be there to pick up my truck at the end of said week. Finally my truck was fixed after them having it for 33 days. Also I was wrongfully charged for a rental car after my insurance coverage period ended and Cavallo stated that they would pick up the rental fees. I now have had to dispute this charge with the credit card company because Cavallo refuses to correct the issue. While they do great work when they finally get around to it. Don't expect it to be done in a timely matter or expect that good of customer service.Update: I would like to thank CJ for reaching out to me and making the rental car situation right. I really appreciate it and will be bumping my review up 2 stars.

If you re worried about your car looking as it did from the factory don t!! Cavallo s restored my Mercedes car exactly as it came from Germany. The service they provide even well after the car was painted is unmatched in the business. They take all the worry out of owning a brand new quality German car!! I brought my 2018 Mustang GT to this body shop bc they had so many great reviews. I can tell you that I wasn't disappointed. They did a fantastic job of repairing the damage and painting my car. It looks better than from the factory. Plus CJ and his crew are great people to deal with during this stressful time when your car is getting repaired. If your thinking about taking your car to this body shop. I would tell you to think no longer and schedule that appointment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was guided by the local gas station to go to Cavallo Auto Body for the repair job on my badly rear ended 428i. The body shop staff provided clear communication from the beginning of the job to the end. Upon pickup, I was blown away by the work done. Paint was perfectly matched and all parts were flush. The car was freshly detailed all around and felt like new! +1 for going above and beyond.

I can't begin to describe how happy I am with the level of service and quality of the workmanship at Cavallo. They go out of their way to make sure you have good experience. My $65k pickup was hit by a drunk driver with minimum coverage and I ended up having to go through my own insurance who tried to put aftermarket parts and Cavallo fought them and got my insurance to cover all OEM replacement parts.Then, after having a rental car for a month my insurance decides to notify me I don't have rental coverage (WTF?!? I clearly need new insurance), in steps Cavallo again and got Enterprise to discount my rate dropping the rental bill from $1033 to $733.Sixto was VERY accommodating and always went the extra mile in making sure I was happy and 100% satisfied with everything. The quality of their body and paint work is only eclipsed by the level of service they provide. I would highly recommend Cavallo to anyone!

I took my Tesla model 3 to Cavallos after someone backed into me. I ended up having some additional issues upon picking the car up at the completion of the repairs. They took the car back and repaired everything making it look brand new again.

Cavallo exceeded our expectations . CJ treated us like family 100%. Experiencing our first auto accident was a nightmare. I just purchased a new Lexus Gx for my wife and on her way home from work she was blindsided by an irresponsible driver. After all the issuance back and forth excersises and rental cars we were very frustrated with our insurance company and the other drivers. Throughout this entire process CJ @ Cavallos actually listened and showed us her cared. He kept us informed on every step. We told both insurance companies that they should take a page from CJ at Cavallos on how to treat customers.CAVALLOS was highly recommended from our dealer where we purchased may Lexus's.The recommendation was spot on and the finished product after the damage was better than new!I am happy and my wife is happy. So I personally won on both fronts!Salute to CJ and the team @ Cavallos!The Levy'sWest Grove PA
