The best auto body shop I've ever been to. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The car was expertly repaired and ready for pickup 2 days early. The car looked so good and was so clean (inside and out) when I saw it that I wasn't even sure it was mine! Very highly recommended.

Tucked away in the borough, Caliber did a fantastic job repairing my car.Everyone there was very friendly & informative. If I m ever in another situation where I need my vehicle repaired, I will be sure to use Caliber again.

Have gotten repairs done here a few times now and the experience has been the same every time. Everyone is helpful and polite and does a great job keeping me updated. I have been extremely happy with the service here and will continue to bring my vehicles here for repairs.

Caliber Collision's quality of work is outstanding, and they completed the repair of my car earlier than expected. Also, I didn't have to go back for unscheduled or unexpected work. Caliber Collision kept me informed all along the way. Caliber Collision is friendly, professional, and get the job done right the first time.

I am very pleased with my experience with Caliber. The workmanship was excellent. My initial contact with Caliber was with Lance Gorton. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an extensive background working with Volvos locally. His depth of understanding is exceptional and the primary reason we took our car to Caliber. I highly recommend the West Chester Caliber for their skill, responsiveness, and caring folks who value their customers.

Kept me informed of process and made the rental easy to get and turn in. Timely and thorough body work done on front bumper. Added bonus of detailing the inside of the car as well. Would absolutely recommend.

My wife scraped a stone wall Bridge and damaged the entire passenger side of the vehicle from the front wheel well to the rear bumper. I thought it was going to be extremely expensive to fix considering half the car would need paint, a 20 inch rim needed repair, and the rear bumper would need to be completely replaced because it had a plastic cladding strip that was one piece with the entire bumper. And with the radar for the parking sensors, rear cross traffic alert, etc. I was assuming labor just for that would be pricey. However I found Calibers prices very reasonable and competitive. They were the choice for my Insurance company, and I had never used them before. All the employees I spoke with were very friendly and nice. They were extremely busy, so scheduling was a month out, which wasn't great, but the wait was well worth it. The car was still drivable so it wasn't a huge deal for me. The car was done in about a week, which was sooner than I thought it would be finished once my appointment time came around. They even did the entire inside of the car and cleaned up the drivers ivory leather seat which was starting to stain blue in a spot where my wife slides across the piece of bolstering. I am very pleased with the results and my experience was great. I have 2007 car that was my first brand new car that needs some love for the fading paint. While I know they are busy, I may just take it there if they would be willing to paint it, regardless of the price since they did such a good job and were so friendly.

Caliber Collision has an honest, detail-oriented team that does great work. Their communication with not only the owner of the car but the insurance companies is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they do great work.

Car repair 10/10 just wasn t expecting extended time frame to keep pushing the date 3x. Besides some notifications a nice update behind the repair would be nice rather than me calling wanting to know why.

My rear bumper and liftgate were damaged in a rear end collision. It was a pleasure working with Caliber's West Chester location. I couldn't be happier with the repair work. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

I took my suv in for repair and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Stacey is an absolute gem! You was very professional and explained the process for my claim and how long it will take to get parts and the repair done. When I picked my vehicle up it I was so surprised. Mike had detailed my car and it looked fabulous. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and care he took in getting my vehicle ready for me to pick up. If you need work done, hands down this is the place for you!

Caliber was able to take my car at a moment s notice when I needed to bring it in. I was satisfied with the repairs they did and the turnaround for returning my car was as quick as possible. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional, and the office manager Lance was personable and made me feel like my car was in good hands. Highly recommend!Service: Exhaust

I had an accident that crumbled the front end of my 2010 Honda CRV. Caliber Collision made this whole process an easy experience. I was constantly updated on the different stages of repair my car was in. My car looks better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend this shop to any of my family and friends. Recently had bodywork done here, with insurance and out of pocket. Awesome experience. Leo was so easy to work with, consistently communicating and answering all questions. Work was done quickly and earlier than expected, but with same great outcome. Car looked beautiful on the outside, and the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Great experience with Caliber. Highly recommend.

Upon completion of my 2016 Ford Fusion, every thing was done properly and fully functional as expected.One main concern for future customers is the lack of communication throughout everything was below all expectations.I was told 2-3 weeks for a minor wheel and axle repair and alignment and it had taken 7 almost 8 weeks and very few phone calls for updates and rarely call backs throughout everything. although everything was performed correctly and completed, I would suggest that main problem I had experienced.I was working with John Steven (Steve) throughout this whole process, he was very polite but just didn t keep me updated which was the main frustration.In the end everything worked out.Just overall very frustrating.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

This place was smooth sailing from my initial phone call with Lance... I had tailgate only damage so they were able to remove the tailgate and send me on my way in my truck so I could continue working and had zero down time and no rental to deal with... my tailgate had spray on liner and glass coating... they took the tailgate to the place I originally had the liner done and will be taking care of the glass coat in a few weeks after paint is fully cured... no additional appts at other locations to have the additional work done... the paint work including liner was done before expected and came out perfectly... went back waited while they installed the gate and had a great conversation with the 2 very nice ladies in the reception area who are always very nice and helpful from the momentyou enter... Lance you run one hell of a shop bud customer service is unmatched!!! They get 11 out of 10 stars as far as I'm concerned!! I will definitely be using this location for any and all future body work needs... Lance and crew thanks for everything keep up the great work...Service: Body & Trim

The customer service at this shop is outstanding. Lauren makes you feel so welcome, and I immediately trusted her to take care of it. She followed through with everything and took care of the whole process. Lauren made a potentially stressful experience very easy and I am beyond thankful to her for that. Had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was very friendly and informative. My car was fixed in a week and I m so happy with the results. It can back to me washed and looked cleaner inside than when I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend!
