I was very pleased with the quality of repair work Caliber Collision of Chadds Ford, PA did on my Subaru Legacy. It was a big job as they had to replace the driver side panel and the rear bumper. The paint job was perfect and my car looked brand new. They even detailed the inside! The entire team was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend them.

Thank you so very much for putting a new handle on the outside of the drivers side of my car; I do not have to climb across the front seat anymore to unlock the door...Lol - The handle looks wonderful & installed for a great price too - All of your employees are very nice; especially Stefanie at the front desk - I will surely pass on what a great job you do

Friends do not hesitate to use Caliber Collison to have any damage repaired to your vehicle. The customer service and quality of service is outstanding. Every single person I dealt with was patient and helpful. I only wish I could rate them as a six stary company.

Caliber provided fantastic customer service and high quality work during my recent visit. I think what I like best about Caliber is that the same individual works with you from start to finish. Marco was great! He kept me informed every step of the way. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the time it took to fix my vehicle I believe was way to long. About 2 months. That would be my only downfall, but they did a great job repairing my car!

Worse experience I've had. The techinicians did meet with me or go over the car with me yet they came out to speak with other customers. The only time they spoke with me was to get their money from the claim. When I went to pick up the car they didn't inspect the car with me. Only Stephanie handed me the keys and that was it. I swear they were taking the car for rides because all of the mirrors were adjusted. I noticed the bumper did not fit and got a tech. He said they could only put on the bumper they were instructed to. I didn't accept that. I dropped the car off again and they didn't greet or speak to me. They have the car now and put me in a rental which is not a match to my car but they are fixing it...I think.**Update: I dropped the car off on Tuesday because they had the new part. It is now Thursday (same week) and it's finished already. Mined you It took 3 weeks the first time around. So you mean to tell me the bumper was replaced, painted and recalibrated. Just irritated!Will never return and this was recommended but not this location.

Caliber was great! Fixed my car way ahead of schedule despite them being very busy! Marco helped me out after making a mistake and was able to help coordinate re-renting a car and went of his way to help me get the car back (I work passed their closing hours)!

Wonderful workmanship car looks new. They could have cleaned the dried mud on the floor mates or put paper down while working. My (empty) car was hit, and nearly totaled, in an empty parking lot. I brought it into Caliber. They were very welcoming and professional. Within 15 minutes, I had a rental and was on my way. It took 7 weeks for the repairs due to supply chain delays, etc. The repair work is excellent, though. It's as if nothing ever happened. My car certainly looks better than prior to the damage and they even detailed him. It's likely he will never look this good again. My ONLY complaint is that I wish there had been more communication during the 7 weeks. I honestly had no idea what was happening unless I called. But... when I called they were very courteous, informative and professional.Service: Body & Trim

From the minute I stepped in the door I felt at home! Stephanie greeted me with a smile and a friendly face, helping me get squared away with everything I needed. Ben took the time to walk me through the process and explained everything to me so I could understand it! Caliber took care of me AND my car! They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and had my car ready in a timely fashion, even offering to help me transfer car seats from my rental! First experience with this auto repair service and it was a very good experience. From the time I called them (based on my insurance recommendation), during services rendered and through to picking up my vehicle, there were constant communication about the status of my vehicle. They also kept me informed about their conversation with my insurance. The place itself is big and seemingly organized. The staff is professional and welcoming; good people with also a sense of good humor. I definitely recommend their services.

If I could give these guys 20 stars I SOOO would!! Perfect Perfect Perfect is all I can say. I've dealt with 4 or 5 body shops in my day. Undoubtedly, without question, THE best place I've ever been. They fixed my wifes sideswiped BMW 430i to better than new in about 4 weeks. In this current state where parts are very hard to get. Everything from drop off to pick up could not have been more smooth or more comfortable. Gave us text updates that were totally accurate every step of the way. Went above and beyond to the point the car looked better than when we bought it a year or so ago. Wife and I will use THIS Caliber for the rest of our lives. Thank you all so so much!

Had work done recently on the passenger side of my 2016 Toyota Prius.Was updated with the progress by calls and text of how things were progressing and it was fixed days before estimated time of completion. Looked great was very satisfied with the work done since the car looked as good as when i first bought it. Unfortunately got hit from behind just weeks after getting it fixed so I'll be going back to Caliber sooner than i expected. But i know after seeing how my car looked after my recent repair that it I am confident with the work being done for the rear end damage that it will look just as good as new when i get it back this time. I have nothing but positive things to say. My Equinox was rear ended. As a lease, my concern was the car would look as good as new. I was happy from bringing the car in for initial inspection to part order and drop off. Caliber took care of everything including the rental car. The tech even took the time to explain about care for my car afterwards so I did not ruin my new paint. The car looks great and the staff were polite and helpful. Caliber Collision did an AMAZING job on my 2015 Jeep Compass! The manager Bryan kept me informed throughout the entire process from start to finish, and he handled the entire process with the insurance company and rental car company. You cannot even tell my car was in an accident - the repairs are flawless. They even took the time to detail the inside and it has never looked better. I could not be happier with the service I received at this location and will keep doing business here! Thank you Bryan and the rest of the team at Caliber Collision!

Caliber Collision did an AMAZING job with my 2015 Jeep Compass! You would not be able to tell it was in a car accident- it looks brand new! The inside was also cleaned and detailed at no extra charge. Talk about awesome customer service! The manager Bryan kept me informed from start to finish and was so professional. He also helped to set me up with a rental car and had the car dropped off directly to the shop for me. It was so convenient during a stressful time. Bryan and his team at Caliber Collision went above and beyond for me and I will definitely continue to do business with them. Thanks Caliber Collision!

Was worried where my car would be repaired when I hit a deer out of state, and I am very happy that Caliber was the shop it went to. The bodywork is great, can t even tell it was in a serious accident. Andrew knows what he s doing!They even plugged my tire that had just gotten a nail in it, even though it wasn t part of my accident - no questions asked. They kept me updated with progress via text message daily, as well.I hope to not have another car be repaired but if I do, I will bring it back to this shop!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to them via USAA after my vehicle was damaged in an accident. As the owner of a service based company, I am generally critical of other service based companies because of the care, attention to detail, quality and communication I provide my customers. Caliber Collision exceedes the standard and is an excellent company. The people were kind and well spoken, moved with a purpose and the work that was done on the truck restored it like new. With all the lousy companies out there, Caliber is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them and would use them again.Service: Body & Trim

My car was at Caliber Collision for repairs during the time when parts were difficult to source because of the pandemic: but they did an excellent job in spite of this.They are sticklers over details, fanatics over precise part fitment, and perfectionists concerning the restoration of the original aesthetics. They also keep you informed throughout the whole process.
