I recommend choosing the Tesla collision center over Brandywine Coach Work due to their stronger rapport with the manufacturer, ensuring quicker access to parts and reduced repair wait times. Additionally, Tesla provides comprehensive vehicle cleaning post-repairs. However, Brandywine Coach Work falls short in customer service, extended repair durations for Tesla vehicles, and subpar detailing quality. Please consider the photos below my review.

Our Honda CRV was only six months old when the accident happened. Brandywine Coach Works exceeded our expectations and returned our Honda in showroom condition. Great job!

Brought my Model X here for a door replacement along with a few additional body repairs. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection. If I need repairs in the future, I will certainly be returning here.

Someone attempted to steal my car on January 1st 2023 and the rear window was damaged, along with the paint on the rear quarter and the gas cap flap was removed. I called insurance, and reached out to some of their recommended shops... but I wasn't thrilled with the ratings online OR the people answering the phone. First impressions matter to me...I reached out to Otto's Mini to see who they would recommend (I have a Mini) and they recommended Brandywine Coach Works. I first reached out to the one in Exton, but they had no availability until 4 months out and also no longer worked with my insurance company (State Farm). So, I called the West Chester location and they worked with State Farm but didn't have availability for 3 months. I put myself on their schedule anyway. I received a call a few days later asking if I could bring it in the following Monday and that they'd squeeze me in considering my car was totally exposed with the window broken.I brought it in on January 16th and picked it up on February 6th. During the time my car was in their shop, the inspection expired. They took it to a local automotive shop (at no extra charge) and had it inspected (Tommy's Automotive - would also recommend them, 10/10!!) so that when I picked it up, I had absolutely nothing to worry about.I didn't take photos of the interior, but the car was so damn clean inside and out that it looked like it did the day I bought it! Would highly recommend going here + they guarantee their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

A very excellent experience and professional well done job. When I came to coaches work auto Body shop For the left side swipe. Repair lasted as promised. 3 weeks an came out as A professional job an a showroom floor quality Finish on my mazda cx5 . Brandywine Coach Works was very easy to work with . The staff was very polite and responsive to my needs. My automobile was completed earlier than suggested and I was always kept informed on the work status. They made sure I had a car rental when I dropped mine off. The whole experience was easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Brandywine Coach Works for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and teamwork.

On the advice of my sons I took my Mercedes Benz CLS AMG to this shop after a deer strike. The staff was professional and I have not experienced a bodyshop like that one. It was akin to a dealership. The work was professionally done, came with a lifetime warranty and the vehicle was finished ahead of time. I can t say enough good about the experience. And as I sat in the car and started it I noticed a thank you card and 2 mints in my cup holder, truly a class act concluding a great job. I d recommend that shop to everyone who needs body work/repairs. They are the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brandywine Coach Works is the BEST! I can not say enough about their customer service. They went above and beyond keeping me informed about the repairs on my car.My car looks beautiful. You would never know my car s front end was demolished by a huge buck. The body work is fantastic. My car looks brand new again! It runs great.They even took care of returning my car rental. Brandywine Coach Works made my car repair experience seamless! I ve never had to go through the insurance/accident process before and BCW made it so easy and helped me through it every step of the way! Everyone at BCW was so kind and friendly, and willing to explain all of the details of the process. When I finally was able to clear the other person s insurance and bring my car in for repairs, the repairs were completed so quickly, renting a car was so easy, and you d never know there was any damage on my car once they finished. They did an absolutely amazing job and I will definitely use BCW should I ever need body repairs again!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

I really don t have enough great things to say about BCW. Lexi and Adam are phenomenal. That s really all you need to know, but here is my story. I showed up to Brandywine Coach Works unannounced at 450pm on a Friday with my front bumper being held on by a dog leash. Adam immediately came out to take a look, listen to how I swear to god I didn t hit anything and it just fell off and started dragging on the highway, but I was able to pull over and Maguyver it back on with said leash. (Go me). He complimented my hack job, recommended a course of action, and then had his team take it back after closing time to screw it on tightly enough that it was safe to drive until the repair could be scheduled. Lexi stayed in touch with me for the next two weeks to make sure I was able to file the insurance claim and did not have any issues with that process. They scheduled a date for drop off and then were very agreeable to move the date for me to accommodate vacation plans that would be the most ideal time for me to be car-less. After drop off they kept in touch again with updates on the repair status. Then, it was ready for pickup two days ahead of schedule. (Major win for the girl with no rental car coverage) Now, when I had dropped off my car that previous Friday night, the backseat had recently been reupholstered in cheerios, goldfish and a splash of baby vomit, and I had grown quite accustomed to it. When I picked up my car the following week, my car was almost as clean as the day I drove it off the lot and the repair work was flawless. The only downside is that my disgusting toddlers are no longer allowed in Mommy s clean car so they have to walk to and from daycare. Uphill both ways, but at least my car is clean. Thank you so much to Brandywine Coach Works for not judging my dog leash, car mess, or twisted sense of humor. A major thank you for a completely painless and almost enjoyable claim and repair process. 10/10 recommend this team and I am sure I will be back again soon when my bumper goes for another random suicide leap.

Best repair service EVER! My car was repaired and returned like brand new! It was started and finished much sooner than originally estimated and the whole process documented and reported nearly daily. Don't take your car or truck anywhere else!

Painless experience. Stopped by, got a quote on the repair, called my insurance company and forwarded the insurance estimate to Jake, and made my appointment. The car rental was waiting for me there. I signed paperwork, and in one week got my car back, good as new. Great work - you couldn t even tell that anything had happened. Really a smooth process and everyone who helped me was so nice and available for any questions at any time. I love that I received texts about the progress on the car. Very pleased and would highly recommend Brandywine Coach Works.

Great work done at Brandywine Coach Works in West Chester. I only had minor repair on my back bumper from a fender bender, but they did a great job, kept me informed and they were very pleasant to work with. I really liked that they were organized and knew exactly what to do on their end, with me, and with the insurance company. They are very professional. A nice bonus. . .they gave me my car back all cleaned up inside and out! I would certainly use them again.

Great customer service. I had to have a bumper replaced due to an accident. They dealt with the insurance company and took care of setting up the rental car and it was there waiting when I dropped my car off for repair. They also took care of returning it when i picked my car up. Repair looks great and was done earlier than expected. Overall a great experience.Service: Body & Trim
