Steve and his team are amazing! I had a appointment to get a Dinan exhaust put on my M340i and got rear-ended on my way to the appointment. I brought the car there to explain what just happened and Steve and his team jumped right on it! Their communication during the process was quick and responsive. Needless to say I got my car back in half the time as another body shop. Work was done was professionally done! I Highly recommend Bimmerworks!

Have used Bimmerworks many times when I owned my various BMWs. Steve, the owner, is super talented, very knowledgeable, and extremely customer oriented. Have always gotten better pricing than any dealership could provide. I highly recommend using Bimmerworks for your BMW needs!

I recently purchased a 2002 BMW Z3M coupe from an auction. Bimmerworks took delivery of the car went over it and made excellent suggestions to bring the car from excellent to superb. They communicated well along the way. I have experienced excellent customer service, as well as competent work on my older BMW. I easily give them five stars.

I recently took my 2016 BMW 650i xDrive to Bimmerworks for a comprehensive evaluation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the outset, they were thorough in assessing my car, providing detailed recommendations to ensure it runs smoothly and all service needs are up to date. Coming from a Lexus background, the transition to BMW ownership was a bit of a shock, particularly in terms of cost. However, Steve went above and beyond to help me understand the differences in maintenance expenses between the two brands, alleviating much of my initial sticker shock.After the tune-up, my BMW's performance noticeably improved. Throughout the process, Steve, along with his team members Arline and Mya, were exceptional in keeping me informed and maintaining open lines of communication. Their professionalism and attention to detail have made me a satisfied customer, and I highly recommend Bimmerworks to any BMW owner looking for top-notch service and expertise.

Great work by Steve and team. I have a 2013 5 series and had an issue with turbocharger. Also a list of things to be replaced along with it. When I approached Steve, he spent a decent time explaining me on what the issue is and also prioritized things that needs to be taken care now and the other things in phases. When you talk to him, you will realize he is customer focused and passionate about his job. Fortunate I went to him. And his whole team is awesome! You will know what customer experience is when you talk to Arlene at reception. Bimmerworks will be my goto place for services in future!

I m very happy with my first and recent experience at Bimmerworks. I brought my 2015 650i in for transmission, front diff, rear diff and transfer case fluid changes as well as a state inspection. They gave me a report with pictures of things that needed attention, as well as a vibration they felt while test driving, and a rear directional tire mounted backwards. I was aware of the vibration but didn t bother mentioning it because with my prior experience with bringing my vehicles in for service, any vibration I had mentioned was always replied with we can t feel any vibration lol. So I was very pleased that they mentioned this and provided pictures of the rear diff mounts that were broken/worn as well as the rubber flex disc Guibo was worn in the rear. These repairs made my car so much more fun to drive and feels like a BMW should feel like on back road driving. Thank you so much!

Had my BMW at my former favorite BMW dealership who could not fix the problem, went to another BMW repair shop, no luck. Finally found Bimmerworks and they were able to succeed in the repair, which was an unusual repair. Great people, know their BMW's.

I brought this 2017 X-5 in with a diesel issue, and they diagnosed it thoroughly and replaced two sensors which then allowed a clearing and reset of the computer system. First time using them but was impressed, so I m sure I ll be bringing it back to them for future repairs.

Excellent shop. Was referred by family and friends. Very professional and very thorough. They have a really detailed estimate and diagnostic report. The owner personally talked to me about everything he put in his diagnostic report. They fixed my alignment and I will definitely be going back. If you have a performance suspension, their alignment rack and software are the best I ve found in West Chester, PA.

I paid Bimmerworks a fair price for a pre purchase inspection on my F36 440i and I received a comprehensively detailed report of the condition of the vehicle in a clear, organized format. After the inspection was done, Greg from Bimmerworks gave me a call, and we discussed the severity of the issues that came up at length. Greg was not only extremely informative and knowledgeable on the nuances of the vehicle, but he was also very pleasant to speak with, and seemed like a nice guy. I would go out of my way to take my car to Bimmerworks simply due to the level of customer service delivered.

As a relatively new customer at Bimmerworks, I have quickly come to have complete confidence in their diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and honesty. They will never push you to have work done and lay out very honestly what needs to be prioritized and what can reasonably be put off for later. I went there on the recommendation of a friend and echo his high praise for the quality of work at Bimmerworks.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Steve and the crew are awesome -- They are the most honest and best in class for what they do. I came in for X5 and X3 for the past 5 years and everytime he provided the most trustworthy repairs and warranty for the stuff the team works on. Highly recommend and much cheaper than the dealers nearby like Ottos and others in the local area.

Very thorough assessment. Prompt service after approval given to proceed. Surprised about high cost of repair, however, more than likely due to first time BMW owner and not expecting high cost for repairs.

My experience at Bimmerworks was fantastic! I had the 20K service and State inspection completed on our Porsche Macon S. Arlene was super professional, knowledgeable and considerate over the phone and in person! The facility is clean and comfortable, as I waited for my service to be completed. My experience with Bimmerworks has been amazing so far. Best thing about them is they are honest and doesn t try to unnecessarily sell . They explain the issues, workarounds and solutions and let us make the decisions. Steve is an expert and absolutely knows what he is doing/talking. Arlene at the front desk is awesome; prompt, responsive, quick and is more technical about cars than any front desk person I have seen.

Steve and the team at Bimmerworks are a top notch shop. I ve been taking my 2 cars here for about 10 years and I d wholeheartedly recommend them. I have a BMW from the 80s that I know can be a pain for some shops to work on, but Bimmerworks has always come through for me. I ve even swapped out the engine and transmission and I ve loved the car even more. Bimmerworks is transparent with their pricing and gives me a heads up on future service I ll need. These guys are great, easy 5 star review.

Took my F80 in for a post-sale inspection and oil change. They did a thorough inspection with pictures and detailed feedback. Refreshingly competent and affordable. Highly recommended.

My First TimeRepairs on my 2014 BMW 550xi have been handled mostly by the dealership, but a recent noise in the front of the car after a blowout had me looking for a BMW specialty repair shop. A resident of an adjacent town to West Chester put me on Bimmerworks radar so I decided to give the shop a try. Steve was amazingly knowledgeable in all things BMW. We went for a test drive so he could experience the noise that was making me crazy. BTW, a noise that most owners may not have even heard. A couple of suggestions were made as to the origin of said noise and an appointment was set up for Bimmerworks to check it out.Now this would normally be a 5 star review because of the professionalism that I got at Bimmerworks, but unfortunately they were unable to pinpoint the noise and repair it, but rather than attempt a repair that would have been very expensive and not necessarily fix the problem I was advised that waiting to see if it got worse was my best option. As the owner of the car I wish it had been a simple, "This is broke, we can fix it". As a consumer, I'm grateful to Bimmerworks for their level of honesty.We all have heard horrible stories about auto repair shops. This is not one. I got tremendous attention to my problem, expert advice on how to deal with it, and even thought the repair work could not be identified I'm confident that if the noise worsens Bimmerworks will be able to do the work at a fair price in a reasonable time frame. If your in the West Chester area, own a BMW, any make, model, or year, and are looking for repairs other than the dealer, go no where else.

Very happy with my first visit for my 2016X3. The staff was very attentive to my time sensitivity. Greg was especially helpful in getting the job done. High level of detail and care. Quality work. Other dangerous issues that I was not aware of and were brought to my attention. Video review. Car feels solid and I'm more than happy. E39 M5. Alignment is top notch. I've used the shop on and off but the level of quality is high! Answers are not always easy to get on M cars so it's reassuring to have a go to place. Amazing that it's 20 minutes away.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We have used this shop for over a decade and would continue had our bmws lived to tell about them. The owner is always honest and fair with repair pricing. While these mechanics don t always have happy news to share about diagnosis and out of pocket expenses, they always promptly estimate repair costs and set realistic expectations of when repairs will be completed. Highly recommend these mechanics for all BMW needs. We received news of our X5 s hospice needs which we gladly declined as her engine is failing her and the repairs are now more costly than she s worth. It was a good 10 year run for this SUV. Nice to review honest mechanics!
