I had a great experience, even though it was kinda pricey, totally worth it! I bought a 2018 Audi Q7 from a dealership and took it to Audi West Chester for service to make sure everything was good and to get an oil change. Taylor was awesome, he walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. I also needed a PA Inspection and he took care of it because I needed 4 new tires. Definitely going back because it was such a positive experience with nice and honest people. Huge thanks to Taylor and everyone else who worked on my car!

New Audi owner and I m loving the experience! I noticed a software issue with my car and called it in the dealership (West Chester, PA). Everything from the rep scheduling to me dropping my car off was a great experience! The service I received from Michael was awesome and the process was seamless. Loaner car was great too:) They provide you a video of your car during the diagnostic process, which was very transparent!

Martin knows his cars! He is extremely knowledgeable about every feature and function in every model in addition to comparable competitor vehicles. Let me tell you they are not happy unless their customer is. Everyone in the @audi dealership was friendly and helpful. Their customer service is top tier. I ve never had anyone work so hard to find exactly what I wanted. Apparently there were only two in the entire country and I have one of them. Martin found my unicorn!

Service advisor Taylor was very helpful from the moment I walked in for service on my car. He was excellent with communication and very friendly. You can tell he truly care about the customers that walk into the building. Audi West Chester please acknowledge his great service he deserves it.

I had an extremely bad experience at this particular dealership in previous encounters. To the point I was purchasing a new car in MD. I just stopped by there to look at the model I was going to buy in MD before I drove there. While we were there a gentleman named Martin took the time to stop and chat with us. Not your average sales person. Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. He is a great human being that takes pride in what he does. I wound up purchasing a new car from Martin because he was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. You have a great employee in Martin who is very dedicated to his job. It's people like him that will change my experiences and have me coming back again. Thank you again Martin for all of your professionalism and help with our new car.Chris M.

Audi West Chester was a fabulous experience! We were greeted upon arrival by our salesman Mohammad, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After purchasing our 2024 beautiful Q7 I could not figure out how to setup somethings, Mohammad walked me through step by step over phone, now that s customer service!! We also had the pleasure of working with the manager Claudio, he was amazing as well, made us feel like family! We highly recommend Audi west Chester. We live in Delaware and drove to Audi West Chester, because of their reputation.

I want to thank all the staff members for being so warm and welcoming. They take the term teamwork to a higher level. My salesperson was Khaldoon Adham and he was amazing! I didn t feel pressured or rushed into a purchase. He shared his expertise and took his time helping me find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place, their service is unmatched.

I had my Audi serviced for an oil change and like always Sean Prevo took great care of me. He had all the paper work up to date and organized. He took took care of my rear tire which was under warranty and made sure a new one was ordered and installed at no cost and NO HASSLE! Loaner car was ready for me when I arrived and Sean kept constant communication with me along the way! 5 stars!

Overall the best experience I ve had with a car dealership. Adam, our salesperson, was excellent. He was knowledgeable on what he was selling and the process, which is very refreshing. Everything was honest and straight to the point. No games or tricks. The q5 we got was priced very well and overall we were very happy. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware:My wife took her A4 to Audi West Chester for an oil change Feb 2, 2024. She called to tell me that the service would be $1000. I asked to speak with the service advisor to get an understanding of the charges. He explained that the brake fluid should be changed along with replacing the engine air filter as well as the cabin filter. If I recall correctly the 2 filters were $240. I told them to skip them and that I would replace them myself. I said go ahead and change the oil & brake fluid. My wife waited for the vehicle. When she was about to leave, they told her that one of the motor mounts was blown out. That she would have to bring the car back after they get the parts. They suggested that she should replace both as it would be cheaper to do them together. She was quoted $1600 to replace them.When she got home, I took it to another Audi repair shop. I asked them to check out the motor mounts as I was suspicious that a car with 41,000 miles needed this. After checking the vehicle, they said that I did not need motor mounts as this is almost a new car. They also quoted me on replacing the filters and changing the oil they were less than � for both.When I went to put the invoice in our file, I looked at previous service records, I found that the brake fluid had been changed 4 times at 16k, 24k, 35k & 41k. Shouldn t the dealer know this since they are the only one who has serviced this car?Before I wrote this review I called West Chester Audi, of course they have an automated answering service suggesting you input the extension of the person you wish to reach. Not knowing the name or extension of the General Manager I hit 0 for the operator. I was sent to a general mail box where I left a message for the GM to call me. Much to my surprise my message was never returned.In the future we will have our service done at a different shop!

The entire experience was outstanding. I was greeted immediately, directed to get out of the cold while the vehicle checked in, escorted to the mezzanine for a quiet area to work, and the transaction was completed efficiently. I was very impressed with the video review of the inspection process, where an explanation of the technicians conclusions was narrated. A service operation worthy of Audi.

Audi West Chester is amazing! We worked with Martin who helped lease my Q5. They were not pushy at all, and every person at the dealership was nice, even other salesman that we weren t working with. We will definitely be coming back in the future to get future car!

I had a check engine light come up unexpectedly on my car. Michael Brock was the service advisor I worked with, who made the experience as great as it could be for unexpected car repairs. He was very knowledgeable and I felt super comfortable that he was doing everything he could to make it the best experience. I highly recommend working with him. 10/10!

Audi of West Chester was great to work with. My sales rep. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and process for acquiring a new car. the information that Adam provided me helped me with my decision. The facility is great comfortable and welcoming. Working with the manager and the finance team also prove to be a great experience, I would recommend this dealership and Audi in general. My shopping experience was very easy.

I went into Audi West Chester about a few concerns on my new 2024 Audi Q5 and Michael Brand in service and Jordan Graham, service manager answered all my questions and helped me tackle two issues with my rear trunk hatch and Apple Car Play issues I was having with my SiriusXM. They spent a few hours with me to help provide solutions and I appreciate the time they spent. I feel much better now. Thank you both!

The team here is great. I just brought my second car from here. My experience was amazing. The manager is so honest helpful and friendly. Special mention to Christy. Christy was my sales person and she was patient very knowledgeable dedicated. I'm happy with my purchase and and treatment.

Our Sales Associate, Brandon, was very friendly, professional and didn t pressure us to make a sale even though it was a very busy time of year for car sales. I brought my A4 in for an oil change. I don t live in the area so I love the fact that I can get a loaner car to do my errands while my car is being serviced.Taylor was welcoming, professional, and friendly.When my car wasn t ready when I was Taylor offered it to be delivered to me later that day. Everything worked out perfectly.Any of the service people I encountered, such as Nick who answered my call to Fernando who retrieved a bag of personal items from my vehicle, were equally as friendly and had an at your service attitude.I highly recommend Audi if West Chester s Service Department.
