The mechanics really know their business. I feel totally confident in their evaluations. It is never cheap to take your vehicle in for service. If you need to service your vehicle, you should go somewhere that you are getting VALUE and CONFIDENCE in the work.

I brought my vehicle here at the advice of a good friend. Jasen had my car for over two weeks and never worked on it at all, after giving me three dates that it would be finished and not delivering on any of them. There was always an excuse every time I called to find out if my car was ready. Picked my car up and took it to another mechanic and it will be done in two days. I see very positive reviews here about great service, but I didn t receive that same courtesy. I don t recommend this place at all.

Everything about Advanced Automotive & Truck Repair is phenomenal. They treat every concern with a sense of urgency, they're quick *and* thorough (I've never left with the feeling that 'something wasn't quite right') and they are honest to a fault (I've never been pressured into buying something I didn't need.) Their customer service is the same - their job's not complete unless they've gone above and beyond and exceeded your expectations. The only negative is that I didn't find them years ago!

I own a Chester County Kitchen and Bath across the street from Advanced Automotive. They take care of the 11 different vehicles that we keep on the road. ( Of course they are all different makes and models) They take great care of them and are always honest and up front about the issues the vehicles are having. I have always had a great experience! I highly recommend them.

I have never had a bad experience here. Jasen and his team have one goal and that's to fix any issues with your vehicle the most efficient and effective way possible. They are patient and thurough and willing to walk you through any problems they identify. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area and even people a little farther because its worth it.

Best shop around. Jason has been taking care of our Chevy Suburban and other cars for years plus many of my wife's family as well. I feel bad I waited this long to review, but saw some crazy 1 stars on here.Anyone who goes here knows it is a 5 star operation.Trustworthy, timely service. Also gave me a great recommendation to Joe at Automotive Metalworks who did body work on my F150.

These guys are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to identify solutions to problems that my dealer couldn't. We've been bringing our cars back for the last two years. Highly recommend them.

Great shop! I will only go to a private small shop. No dealers for me. It was recommended by a co-worker to try them. Bert is friendly and I think the prices are good. I had a tire issue and when i called i was told to come right in. It can't get better than that. Issue was solved. Thanks to a great shop!!

Was recommended by a friend to try Advanced Automotive and Repair. Not only did they communicate with me (which 99% of other mechanics will not take the time to do so) but they are more than fair when it comes to pricing. It was my first time I took a vehicle to this location and they did not charge an arm and a leg. Will be bringing more vehicles to them in the future. Can't go wrong with these guys!

This day and age, it's a clich� that mechanics will find any way to fleece their customers, preying on an ignorance of their vehicles and how best to repair them. Having dealt specifically (and regularly) with Advanced Automotive and a particular chain that shall go unnamed, I will state unequivocally that Advanced Automotive exceeds any and all levels of professionalism and responsibility when it comes to their customers.I had a vehicle with a crack in the exhaust system. I took it to a chain store for their assessment, and though they accurately explained they would only be able to replace rather than repair this system, when I made it clear that I would be willing to pay for whatever was necessary for this vehicle to pass inspection, they not only did nothing, and refused to notify me of this, they also failed to return my registration paperwork when I came to pick it up. As a result, I was driving in a car that failed inspection without its registration on hand.After this, I went to Advanced Automotive. Not only did they immediately diagnose the problem, they quickly established - and communicated - that the necessary repairs would exceed the resale value of the vehicle. A hard truth, but a necessary one. These guys don't sugarcoat the truth, they don't mess around, and they know what they're doing. Their service is not only fast, but they give accurate estimates in their diagnoses, prices, and timelines for service. In short, you cannot wish for a better business to service your vehicle.

Two things I look for in doing business. Quality of work and no BS. Advanced Automotive ranks at the top with both. I have been doing business with them for 3 years and have always been satisfied with their work. I can't see of any reason to do business elsewhere since they always have my best interest.

Shop was recommended by a friend. jason is very professional and honest. They did the work on time and within the price I was quoted. Its hard to find a garage that is honest and does great work.

Jasen at Advanced Automotive is a solid guy. Honest and trustworthy while being fair. He gas done tons of work for us all at Lund Racing. If you are looking for someone long term or short then he is your guy

Almost 10 years ago, when I had a pair of 1993 Mustangs, my wife talked me into trying out Advanced Automotive. After a couple of minor jobs, I asked them to take a crack at my manual transmission, which four other shops had failed to repair adequately. Jason nailed it - the transmission worked as well as the day it came out of the factory. Since then, I happily gave AAT all of my work on all of my cars. They just did a routine inspection on my daughter's Ford Focus, and I found out that they now had an online presence. Normally, I don't give rave reviews, because I want to keep this shop all to myself, but what the heck - AAT is without question the best automotive repair shop I've found in the West Chester area. You can take your car or truck to them without fear. But let's try not to fill up the lot on the days when I need work done, okay?

owner does good work, i had an extensive bill that and my truck was running perfectly but man are they slow. i dont understand how anyone puts up with their turnaround times, it cost me business

Recommended by my son.........Absolutely excellent workmanship and more than fair pricing..........they even take the time to explain exactly what work needs to be done and why it may have happened.....friendly and courteous staff from the office to the shop.....I recommend this business to anyone who wants quality workmanship at a fair price.
