Not sure why this site still up, but place is permanently close... used to be an awesome place, but it's not a thing anymore.. if there's an update though I'd love to hear it.

i dont know the rhyme or reason but this place is permanently closed and they do not notify the locals who have been going there for years new owners are terrible

This place is a JOKE!! I can t fathom a reason this business moves to Benwood WV 6 months ago and doesn t update their information or even have a telephone number that s operational!!!

I checked the website before going here and it said they were open. Drive here and the hours on the gate say they are also open but wouldn't you know the gate is closed.. They could have atleast updated hours and left it on the main number answering machine. Thanks for wasting my time I will not recommend anyone go there

Guy was very rude and yelling for absolutely no reason telling me I couldn t get something a hour before they close. As I was okay with it I d come back the next day and he continues to shout and yell repeating the same thing. Very unprofessional, was greeted with a attitude yelling at me telling me what to do as I m asking nicely what I have to sign and what I m here for. And he continues to shout. Don t recommend them unless you want to be treated like garbage trying to be a customer.

The attitude is uncalled for. If you call in and say the type of vehicle you have an start asking if they have a part they will interrupt you and say we should have a few cars like that/ that's compatible you can come look for yourself... I get some company's don't have a system that you can use to search your yard but you could have a better way and a better attitude handling questions. Your company lost around $200 off of a 30 second phone call.

We always go here for parts now that there's a new one in Penn hills though I do go there just because it's a little bit more easier to navigate but I also still like this one.

I've been going here for years . This is exactly what the name implies . U pull it. It's not their job to cater to you other than give you prices . Read a lot of cring on here about them not knowing inventory. It's a junk yard. And scrap yard they scrap the old inventory as new comes in. So if you e pect the self intitled you owe me attitude . Keep looking elsewhere . If your to lazy to look and have a small adventure ,that's all on you.. it's a U Pull it yard come as it is and what you find. Keep up the excellent variety of junkers that come In . And btw the yard is at the mercy of your junkers dying and keeping it going ..have a nice day .. I'lleave a box of tissues for the faint hearted pretty boys and girls not willing to go the extra mile or steps to get what you need. Buy it new if your that big of a cheap oooo .

Okay place for some car and truck parts, but are being bought out by new company. So get there quickly for your parts. They will be restocked when new company takes over with other truck, and cars.

Strauss U Pull It in West Alexander used to have a lot of quality parts for good prices, did not used to have a problem. Past few times I went they've had less and less. Went there today hoping to find some bumpers. I asked what they cost, and they said 55 dollars a piece. I went and searched the whole place and only found one good bumper, but not for the year truck I needed it for, also it was on a van. It seems they do more damage moving these vehicles then when they U Pull It gets them in the first place. Needless to say I left today empty handed. What a waste of two dollars! The place is an absolute wasteland, garbage heap, and the actuallity of the term Junkyard (emphasis on the junk). I wouldn't go there even if they were giving the stuff away. This is actually sad for me to say, but it's the truth. Don't waste your time here.

The best part of this place is the helpful employees such as a man named Puchi, helped us out more then a few times picking the right part and advice on the repairs we were doing. our family will always use this place as long as he is still employed there. UP DATE: He has sadly passed away and will be missed.

It was the old U-PULL-IT I remember ! The last time I was there about 6 months ago the guy I delt with wanted new prices for used parts, not how to run a salvage yard. Yesterday I met Seth, he not only set very reasonable prices on what I needed, he actually introduced himself to me & shook my hand like a good & decent man. Thanx Seth. It was a pleasure doing business with you.....

You pay 1 dollar to get in the yard, they do have wagons for you to take with you to carry all of your stuff. And the guys are very friendly one of them brought over the forklift and lifted the car up so my husband could put rims underneath to hold it up. They have all of the makes in the same areas instead of everything being all over the place. I like the fact that I didn't have to pay over 500 dollars for a brand new air conditioning unit for a car that has 150,000 miles on it.

Step into the 21st century and put your inventory online and GET AN EMAIL ADDRESS. Seriously do these yards even stay in business. Seriously not 1 yard in Ohio has a web site or email. I'm will to drive HOURS to ensure I get the proper part but guess who won't get that business....these guys

Went there to get a tail light for a Ford pickup. A new one runs around 10.00 they wanted 20.00 for one in rough shape. I told them they told me to go and buy the new one so that is what I did. Have dealt with them on other deals they were okay on. Did like this place but I doupt I will be back.

I love this place where else can you go to find cheap parts for a car 10 years out of date. I always find something new there so if you every need something for your can way not try this place. Now u will need to bring your own tools but hey that is half of the fun. I never have a hard time in here rather the staff will point you in the right way the find that can you are looking for.

A wide variety of late model and some newer cars. Had exactly what I needed and I'm happy. I suggest you wear boots as it can be muddy in places. The cool thing is cars are organized by make so it's easy to find ford, Chevy etc...

Went to purchase parts for my car & was refused service due to my support/ service animal which is legally registered & tagged with all credentials. This customer representative refused to accommodate any type of assistance which violates all state & federal laws to people with disabilities

Best cheap prices around and workers there are very friendly and help you. They have a huge variety of cars and parts and the best U Pull it/ Junkyard around very kind and don't give you a hard time!!! They even have carts to pull your tools and parts in!! I rather go here than anywhere else!!

The road leading in can be a bit rough. Later hours are nice but don t come at 3:25 when they close at 4. Its no different than a restaurant and walking in 30 minutes before close and making people stay late.

Grabbed a couple used tires in like new condition @ $20 each. No issues with them since mounting. Guy at counter didnt even charge me to go into the yard to get the tires.

Needed ac line for 2005 Honda Civic 4 cylinder. They had what I needed. I now consider a trip here as a walk up the hillside.

Their prices are very fair and cheap compared to other wreaking yards. I like the idea of getting your own parts. They have a wide selection of cars to get parts from.

Lots of cars BUT, slim pickins' on the Jeep Cherokees. Thanks to Uncle Sam for that. That was the number one vehicle on the "CASH FOR CLUNKERS" program bought back a few years back that was run by our fine government. That program had mandatory drive train distruction which left nothing on most as the bodies were rusty or trashed and the whole reason they were in the yards. So, from MULTIPLE Jeeps to choose from, at one time, we're left with possibly (3) or (4) in the yard now. It's a great place to get your parts. Always a nostalgic walk through. I NEVER understood if you could buy your needed parts at a reclamation/junk yard like this, why on earth would anybody pay FULL PRICE? It's hit or miss on the Jeeps as I'm sure EVERYBODY wants the goodies/treasures that they hold. "Thanks for NOTHING Uncle Sam!"

I will never go to this place again.... I went there today and the guy working had a horrible attitude and was soooooo rude. I've been there in the past with no problem but whoever this guy is definitely should not be working with the public. I wish I would've thought to get the owner's information to let him know this guy's costing him money.

The people are great prices are very good much lower than where I'm from so whenever I'm on a down day for work I stop in and check them out.

always fair prices, organizing by makes of vehicles was very helpful. I always leave with something I can use even if I don't find what I am looking for.

Extremely rude customer service. It felt like I was brothering them by asking a few simple questions to see if they had the part I needed. The person I talked actually sighed when I ask another question. I've been told this was a good place to go for used parts but ppl there don't want to even help you.
