These jokers towed a customers car to my shop. They dropped it in the middle of my lot, blocking other customers cars and left the hazard lights on. Vehicle blew it's engine so it doesn't move too. Called them and got the most unprofessional, rude individual, sounded like he was drunk telling me that's how they do it. Proceeded to tell me to push it myself. Great place I wouldn't let them tow my shoe.

These guys get a five star from me and my wife. They went way overboard in helping my wife out while she was two hours from home. Both the owner and Irvin, the mechanic, stayed past working hours to replace a starter so my wife could get home. They treated her well. And the price was way below what I estimated. We recently had a vehicle that would not start due to a battery issue. I contacted AAA for assistance. Tim Metzinger from KB Road Service was the one who responded.He took the time to do an interstate battery check. He explained that the battery was in the replace stage . He provided a print out of all the details.He then explained that he had another battery on his truck that he could install for us right away. He did this in our driveway the same night. He completed the entire project in about 30 minutes.Recommend this place for any service calls. They really helped us out of a bind.
