Since the first time I used Bachman's Auto Repair Shop, I have had a great experience. Charlie is one of the most friendly and straightforward individual. He takes his time to explain what is happening, the possible reasons behind the issues, and all of the options. The rest of the team does a phenomenal job within reasonable time. The most reassuring thing is that I never get treated disrespectfully or dismissively. I'm always recommending them to everyone I know!

I ve only done business with this shop twice so far and it s safe to say I ve found my new go to shop. Quick scheduling, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and great customer service. Charlie takes the time to reach out and explain what s going on in detail. Going forward this will be the only shop I take my vehicles to. I highly recommend this place to others!

Here is an oxymoron: "an honest auto mechanic." That is what these guys are: very straight forward, not out to nickel and dime you, excellent and competent work. The only problem is that when you're an honest mechanic, you get a lot of business, so unless you have an emergency, you may have to wait to get your vehicle in. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area for honest repair work.

My husband and I have been using Bachman s for almost a decade and we absolutely love them. They are trustworthy and honest and never trying to add unnecessary work. When we get our inspections, they will always tell us what work we should plan on getting done in the next year (such as tire tread getting low) so we can plan ahead for expenses. They are the best!

Five star service! Charlie was incredibly helpful and professional from the start (I needed a unique muffler - he was able to source it and install it at a cost lower than what the muffler itself would've been at other places!!!). His upfront and courteous communication skills made me feel at ease, and his staff were very professional and did a great job. Charlie kept me updated right upfront. Needed a diagnostics done to see if if my issue was ignition switch or started. Ran into a small issue- they let me know my choices. So glad i selected the choice I did, had to have another tech come out and unlock my computer and glad we did so because the problem was inline with what thought was my issue but not my issue. Was not the starter or ignition switch but the ignition switch module. I have found my new home for when my baby needs to go into the garage. You guys rock!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've only gone to this place once. But I will definitely be back. I needed my flex pipe fixed on my car and every other placed I called could only get me in in the beginning of December. I happened to come across bachman's auto repair and they told me they could fit me in next day. Which was absolutely perfect. They actually ended up fitting me in same day. Even better! Decently priced for what I needed fixed. 5 stars all around.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

This place is a life saver. So here's our story and how Bachman's helped us a ton. We took our truck to Monro's for inspection. When it was all said and done they charged us fifty bucks for an inspection and the work was supposedly 1300$ worth. I had a feeling in my gut that they were trying to screw us for a lack of better words. I asked around and Bachman's was suggested, boy am I glad they were. We took our truck here, inspection coat 26$, because emmisions was done already and they didn't want to over charge us. The work it needs is now 454$ and Monroe's lied to us about a few things that needed to be done! I trust these people 100% more than Monroe's and I will be keeping all my business with them. They not only were honest, but they took the time to physically show my boyfriend what was wrong, why it needed to be fixed, and how they would go about fixing it. That to me is great customer service. I suggest this place to anyone and I think you will receive great service. 5 out of 5 stars.

Was late by 15-20 min to an appointment and was rudely told to leave and don't come back. While I did miss my first appointment, it's not a great way to retain customers who are willing to pay or even more for being late.

Very pleased I gave them my business. I'm new to the area and read a few really good reviews. I'll definitely be going to them from now on with any car issues that surpass my mechanical ability. Very polite, honest, and reasonable price. All of which is almost nonexistent anymore.

Theyre always really nice, fast, and they are a good place to go if you want honest, amazing service. All the guys there are kind and know what theyre doing. Theyll also call you BEFORE they do any other work to your car and let you know the price upfront. Theyre wonderful and super trustworthy.

I want to give a shout out to Jake at Bachmans for being awesome. I was in desperate need for new front tires, and had no way of getting that done with my work schedule. Jake took time out of his day to pick my vehicle up, take it to the shop and delivered it back to me. Everything was done in an extremely timely manner and I wasn t jerked around with the pricing like at normal mechanics, which I couldn t be more appreciative of. Thank you Jake, and thank you to the rest of Bachmans for taking good care of me and my car!

Definitely not part of Mervin's Exhaust. I feel sorry for the reputation Mervin's has built. He should have never sold the name. I feel Bachman will not meet or even exceed Mervin's reputation. So sad to see Mervin go.

It's very close to my house and they do a very good service.It's my first time to book appointment for inspection and they reply fast.they finished all the work in one hour .They are very friendly and the place is quiet .
