Very helpful with researching the right part for our vehicle. Jeff flagged some other issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed during the inspection. The pricing was fair and Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. An overall very positive experience!

My mother's vehicle needed a battery. W A sent a mechanic within the hour. Picked the car up and replaced the battery for her at the same cost as the auto parts store.Will definitely use this shop again.Thanks W A !

Thanks for getting my 223,000 miles 2005 Subaru back on the road so promptly! I feel very blessed that we have A trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic, especially with two high milage vehicles (2003 BMW X-5). Since we moved to Wellsboro over five years ago, our confidence in the integrity of your shop has only grown stronger. It's great to know that our only "car payments" are the occasional repair bills necessary to keep these oldie-but-goodie vehicles humming! Thanks again, Jeff.

Bug HuntJeff and his team have taken care of my 15 year old Tundra truck for some time now. And out side of the normal stellar maintenance, the truck is beginning to show its age.So, this time we had a number of material failures on the vehicle. Things like interior switch panels coming loose, corrosion inhibiting emergency and standard braking, and tire stem leaking issues were all investigated and solved through clear communication and experienced parts tooling and fabrication.Jeff's group provided solid solutions to tricky problems in an aging vehicle. I cannot stress enough the teams patience and creativity working through these items in a timely manner.This is a strong team in both standard and some not-so-standard challenges that brought this 15 year old truck back into spec.Excellent work Wellsboro Automotive.

Jeff and Chris were amazing! Friendly and super professional. Had new tires installed and they rolled out the red carpet! This business offered pickup/drop off service, appointment status, photos of services provided, payment/rebate options and all by the convenience of text/email. To date, this has been hands down the BEST service experience I've received from any local business in the Wellsboro area

My wife and I were travelling from our home in Michigan to Wellsboro, and during the trip we had some damage to the plastic rock guard under the engine. When we got to town, I reached out to Jeff and showed him what we needed -- he had it ordered and ready THE NEXT DAY! Considering that we were on vacation and wanting to sight-see while we were in town, this was huge! Highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are traveling from out of state and needed a tire repair. We found Wellsboro Automotive exceeded our expectations in offering astonishing service. We were planning a bike ride and Jeff, the owner personally dropped us off on the trailhead a mile away. The staff communicated the vehicle was repaired and ready and upon finishing the ride, he came and picked us up. In speaking with Jeff, he shared his training philosophy and apprenticeship program. He s highly knowledgeable and handles all makes and models. We recommend to anyone who needs vehicle services to come on by. Thanks!

My car found its way 6 hours away from me and was overheating. I was in a pinch! I came across Wellsboro Automotive shop via Google and was attracted to their great reviews and I m glad that I chose them. Amazing customer service, compassionate staff and honest and skillful. Jeff was really pleasant to work with and let me know what was wrong with my car in a timely manner. As a female, sometimes you can get the run around when it comes to dealing with car troubles and just not know what s going on. The team at Wellsboro treated me wonderfully and explained everything thoroughly. For sure choose them for your automotive needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great Service! Jeff provided a detailed breakdown of the issues with my car and provided a quote prior to any work. He provided updates throughout the entire process and advised of future maintenance that should be carried out. Pricing was also excellent and not only offered to pick up my car, but dropped it off once completed. Highly recommended!

There is no better place in town than Wellsboro Automotive to attend to the needs of your vehicle! I recently had my Honda in for it's annual inspection and checkup and it now runs like a car half its age. I'm very happy that Jeff and his crew are such good mechanics and provide such exemplary service!

Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing. I was stranded coming from Buffalo to Mansfield and they were able to quickly fix my X1 and get me back on the road. They provided feedback every step of the way and stayed in contact with me without any surprise expenses. I recommend anyone with an european car to stop by and check out this team. I've never given an automotive place five stars before but Jeff deserves it. Excellent service! They picked up my car, took it in for an oil change and a free exam, dropped it back off, picked up my other car, did the same and then brought it back and I was able to pay from my sofa on my phone. Never had service like that before. Never. That being said, I highly recommend and I will be using them again. Thank you!
