While dealing with the dreaded Valvetronic going out issue, and fixing that, my 2011 BMW 335xi would still not start. I traced the problem down to not getting the proper voltage from the dme. So I sent everything out to ecu-pro and they confirmed my issue. I had my dme back within a week and as soon as I assembled everything back together the car fired up and I was able to do the relearn procedure on the Valvetronic. I was a little skeptical at first, but not anymore.

Wonderful service. Answered all my questions and arrived in a timely manner. A day earlier than expected. Just like it said, just plugged in my FRM unit to my 2014 Mini cooper countryman and everything went back to normal Will definitely recommend ECU Pro to all my grease monkey friends

Thanks to the help of theses guys they have been able to help me get my car back running like new and like it should of course I was under the notorious msd80 injector DME failure they help me and take care of the issue first time it failed reached out to them, and they were more than happy to warrantee the item. I shipped it back to them the next day amazing with recommend to anyone in the BMW community.

LOVE this service soo much! My footwell module crashed out after my battery was drained. I drove around for 5 months w/o turn signals; working dashboard; and windows. When I took my car to Seattle Mini I asked if they could reprogram my module. What they actually did was unhook my battery and then tell me my footwell module failed to re-engage AND they charged me $250 for it! I received my module from ECU yesterday - and everything is working perfectly. I wish I had sent the module in sooner but with my work schedule I just couldn't be without headlights for several days. ...finally got it worked out and I'm so glad I did. Top notch service. Great communication. Thank you!!!

WOW!!! ECU Pro is amazing. My FRM was dead after I reconnected the battery (BMW E70). Mailed it out Monday at noon, it arrived with ECU Pro late Wednesday, by Thursday morning they had it repaired and back in the mail. Received it Friday..installed and it worked perfectly. ECU Pro s customer service is the BEST, they emailed me when they received the part, when it was fixed, and when they mailed it back. One of their technicians even called me and explained how to reinstall it without frying it and how to ensure I don t break it again. Amazing company!

I highly recommend these guys! Their customer service was excellent and they repaired my FRM in literally no time at all. The turn around time was honestly way faster then anticipated. Definitely will be a future customer

I was skeptical at first because I haven't seen any updated social media post on ECU PRO's Facebook nor instagram! Boy was I wrong I had a 24 hour turn around time for my shipped FRM I received it followed instructions and not one issue! 10/10 would recommend.

Sent in old MEVD 17.2.6 ECU to have a crank no start issue fixed. Received a rebuilt replacement ecu back and my 2012 X5 35i fired right up and works flawlessly again.

Sent in frm in on a Monday. Received back 7 days later in working condition. Was inspected and repaired Quick turn around time. And all my lights work now Plug and play I didn t having to coded anything. Very happy

I sent my Footwell module for a 2012 Mini Cooper. Shipped via fedex, they had it in about 2 days. Once received, they were able to repair it quickly and send it back. Installed on the mini, and it fixed my issues with the power windows, lights, etc.Personally, Great experience for me and my customer is happy.Thank you

Great service and great communication!!. I sent them my cas module, ecm and key. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me of next steps. They were able to sync the key fob with the cas/ecu and even showed me a video of everything working on their test car. I d definitely use them again. Thanks ECU Pro.

ECU software on my 2011 MB GL550, for some suspicious reason, got corrupted after I took the car in to a shop to address some DTC s. Car was running and driveable but when said shop kept giving all kinds of reasons of what could be wrong, I got suspicious and decided to deal with the issue myself. When I came to get my car back, said shop told me my ecu had died and it would cost me $2500 to replace and reprogram new ecu. Had the car towed and contacted ECU Pro. For $159 they will test ecu and if repairable, they will repair for an additional $240 with free shipping. Got my ecu back today, installed it and car is running again. I would recommend ECU PRO for ecu repair, etc. Communication was excellent. Prices are reasonable.

Had a customers truck with a faulty cpc. After a quick google search found THE ECU PRO. Overnighted my cpc on a Tuesday got it back by Friday fixed and ready to go. 110% satisfaction from me and my customer. Will definitely use next time.

My 2008 Mini Cooper was diagnosed to have faults with the CAS unit when either left out in the sun or after being driven for awhile. I sent my CAS, DME and Key to The ECU Pro and they were fantastic! They tested my CAS unit and reproduced the fault while under temperature, repaired the CAS unit and mailed back to me in days. They emailed a video of my DME and Key in a Mini Cooper showing the repaired CAS unit was working with no faults. I would highly recommend The ECU Pro if you have a defective CAS unit in your Mini Cooper. Thank you ECU Pro!

ECU Pro has not been able to fix the CPC4 in my low mile Freightliner Cascadia. It appears they do not have the right software to reprogram it. When I get the ''fixed'' version from them it throws more codes and parameters are changed. After the 2nd try with them and $1200, I am going to try another reputable company that has a 3 year warranty. Some of these companies want to get your CPC or ECM and resell it as these are $4000.00 from Freightliner. Then they send you a ''rebuilt'' unit. Make sure whoever you use rebuilds your unit and sends it back to you.

Had a great experience with ECU Pro company. Honest and professional place. The communicate very well and sent me a newly programed FRM as we discussed by email.All worked like new. I had an issue with Fedex holding the part in shipment but that was no fault of ECU at all.

This place is great they helped me and answered all my questions when nobody else did. I highly recommend this company for all your ECU, DME, EWS,and key programming or replacement needs. They brought back hope with my e39 BMW. They are beyond great. Thank you again The ECU pro. Update. 4-17-23 my replacement DME showed up today I installed everything back in my 02 540i. And keep in mind she been sitting for almost 3 months I turned the key fired right up. So again thank you so much ECU pro because of y'all my car runs and actually runs better than before.

Disconnecting and reconnecting my negative terminal on my 1 series Bimmer was enough to mess up the FRM, where I couldn't roll up my windows, lock the doors or use turn signals. I sent my FRM to these guys and had it back within 3 days! (and I live across the country) Truly pros indeed.
