It was an easy process working with them. The price was hundreds of dollars cheaper than what I was being quoted in my local area, and my cluster was delivered faster than I expected. I bought a cluster and mileage correction from them. 10/10 would recommend.

Great people to work with. I received my replacement cluster in a few days, and it works flawlessly. They mileage matched the replacement cluster to my failed cluster. Great communication, and service, highly recommend their company to anyone who needs their service. 2011 Dodge .Charger RT. BTW if you get a check engine light disconnect your battery, and use a screwdriver touching the negative cable to the positive lead on your battery to discharge the capacitors.

Great customer service. The instrument cluster was in excellent condition and they were able to program correct mileage. Fast shipping at an excellent price. Great company, I highly recommend. Unfortunately, the reason I was replacing the old one was because the speedometer calibration was off over 5 mph. The replacement one was 4 mph. No fault of this company, it's poor Toyota instrument product.

I bought a cluster for my Dodge Ram 1500 and I accidentally ordered the wrong one and the guy had the right on to me 2 days later! Ive never had such a quick reply on Ebay. This guy helped me out with certain problems and never complained once. Thanks a million!

They were very quick returning my cluster panel. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would whole-heartedly recommend using this company!Unfortunately the Ford dealership was wrong and there was nothing wrong with the cluster panel so $350 wasted.

Purchased my instrument cluster online and the entire process went without a hitch. Sent in my old unit to have cloned to the new(used) unit. Purchase,shipping was an easy process. Installed unit and at this point, it's only been a few days, but everythings working like it should again. From my experience with this company, I wouldn't hesitate to order or use them again in the future.

I purchased an instrument cluster for a 2001 dodge ram 1500 that came in with an issue so I called to ask about a replacement. Without hesitation, the very kind woman I spoke to offered to give a full refund or have a replacement shipped out free of charge. I chose to have another cluster shipped out and this one came in perfect. I also needed mileage correction on the cluster and both came within 2 miles of accuracy. Very please with this company and will refer to them in the future if I need another hard to find instrument cluster.

Received the replacement cluster along with my old damaged unit quickly. Installed the unit but the speedo did not work. After contacting customer service I was told it was not there fault the unit was checked before shipping. After chasing the speed sensor as suggested, we stumbled upon the issue after removing the cluster. The issue was the the speedo needle stuck under the bezel of the speedometer. This may have happened during reassembly or shipping, but customer service should suggest checking this rather than just assuming it is not their issue. It is working great and was in great condition with a clear lense

They offer the largest selection I've seen.i was able to make a couple counter offers and was accepted. Shipping was very fast, even with severe snow and ice storms. Item was well wrapped ,boxed and protected. I am well pleased, I would recommend this store to everyone. JJ

Fast service, correct part #s no issue with store. However only issue is after installation of cluster from here in now have a service stabilitrak light on in the cluster that hasn t been there ever in 15 years. I don t know if it s coincidence but this light hurts nothing as when I scan for codes the computer says no codes at all in any module.. Just thought it was strange..

Excellent service. Sent them my old instrument cluster to be rebuilt. Lasted about a year and went out again. Even though it was out of warranty they sent me a new replacement at a significantly discounted price. Immediate response to my emails. Would recommend to others...

Disappointed because the light to the cluster board were out. Got it put in then find out at night it did not light up like it should have! Now I will have to pay the mechanic again. When I bought it I thought it would all work plus it make a weird sound when it I open the door or have the lights on when I shut it off. Decently not the way it sounded when the first cluster board worked.

The cluster was in great condition and has worked perfectly thus far. After installation, the engine light stayed on but was an easy fix by unhooking to battery for a short while and hooking it back up. The shipping was fast and the customer service was great.
