Service dept was great, sales dept not so great, sales manager was rude! I was trying to make a deal his comment was well I own my truck you don t, so after checking on 3 other trucks that are advertised but are not for sale because they don t want to spend the money on them so they will pass inspection I tried dealing on one that was $2000 over high book, and they offered $3000 under trade value that I was told by a sales person that called me prior to this day telling me they would pay over book they needed my trade for a customer looking for the truck I had. Then they insult me with a manager being a smart mouth.so if you ve got a vehicle you want to give away a pay over price for a vehicle this is the place to shop

Buying a vehicle can be a stressful event. BUT the experience we had at Ron Lewis was absolutely the best. I had done my research on the vehicle we wanted before walking in the door, I knew the numbers I could realistically want and expect. They met and exceeded our expectations. Great experience with service on a 5500 diesel. Our company has had trouble finding a capable service shop/department for our large trucks. They took our truck in quickly, diagnosed problem quickly and fixed it quickly. The final invoice was less than quoted. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Will be taking more vehicles.

The team at Ron Lewis is awesome. Great buying experience, everyone was helpful and they delivered on all promises. No price gouging and Greg service from everyone. Even after the buying experience they followed up and sent me what I requested. Definitely worth the drive to waynesburg. Give them a shot! Special thanks to Sean and Mike.

Paid $275 for them to diagnose a broke wire. Then they called and said it would even be more because they had to drop the Def tank, I asked if that would 100% find it they said they can t guarantee anything. Power probe makes the ECT 2000 and 3000, ( finds breaks in wires without moving any harness I was just to lazy to crawl under and use mine) lesson learned. I got mad enough I crawled under and found it in 20 min. Could have saved the money and bought the newer power probe.

John in the service department, his manager and Tech Team took care of me as a walk-in and got me out the same day. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I will be going back for any further work needed.

I have been trying to contact them about a truck listed for sale. They didn t respond to the original calls and e-mails I sent. Once I finally got in contact with the the salesman didn t know much about the vehicle. Once he learned that I was out of state, he basically wouldn t answer anymore questions or help at all. Not sure how they are able to sell any cars with service like that.

I was tired of driving the old beater truck, I saw this beautiful 2017 Toyota Tacoma with a 6 inch lift, a tonneau cover, moonroof, tinted wondows. I'm still trying to figure out what all the buttons and knobs do...I walked in talked to Sean Smoogie we went for a test drive..I was in love The best salesman ever 10/10. Kept me and my kidos entertained while we waited and kept me updated the next day AND came in on his day off to finish the deal.It was more than I wanted to spend but they got me a great deal in the back office. She's a beauty

An amazing dealer! Got my 2021 Jeep gladiator on Saturday and they were so great with me. Super helpful and took care of everything I needed. The process was super smooth. Had an amazing experience with the sales team here, my sales Sean was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and everything that comes with it, it was a very easy buying experience and love buying vehicles from Ron lewis always, my family s bought now 4 vehicles and they ve all been super easy to get right into and on the road, would recommend for anybody buying a new vehicle, getting service or body shop, just absolutely amazing.

Devin was very helpful when we went looking for a jeep. He wasn't pushy like some sales person can be. He was also very friendly to our 6 yr old. They were playing with cars/ drawing while we waited for the paperwork.

We have purchased our last two vehicles there and have never had any major issues until recently.The most recent vehicle a 2017 jeep Cherokee limited that only has 37200 miles on it has a bad rear half shaft.The cost of the replacement is going to be over $1100.00 . As a loyal customer I would think that we would be treated better that.Any vehicle with mileage that low should not have those issues.With customer care like this,I ll be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.

A father with kids in tow trying to drive across the country to reunite with his family, only found himself strained during father's day weekend at the parking lot of the dealership. If it's not because of the generosity and empathy from James (manager) and John (customer service), the reunion would not happen. Even though they had full schedule, they jumped in to help. Even chasing down parts that they did not have in stock to make the repair possible. I would give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for saving the happiness of my family.

Kyle Meza is a superstar salesman.. sold me a 2016 WRX and he did everything he could to be professional kind and make the deal make sense for me.. there wasn t much back and forth negotiating.. I told him right around where I wanted to be and he made it happen.. great car buying experience

Good start horror film finish. called this morning regrading availability of a vehicle. I was told by Salesman that vehicle was on lot and he would have clean and Ready for to see (2017 Wrangler Unlimited) Advised of expected time (6 hours ) and he took my number in case anything came up. Arrived , met salesman and immediately weird interaction occurred between him and manager. After doing formalities to take Wrangler for a test drive, I was advised this vehicle was an as is vehicle didn t mention that at all on webpage for the $27000 price tag Was presented with a $3700 list of work needed l, such as rear brakes and rotors , cracked windshield , ball joints alignment , turn signals and so forth ..so the $27000 vehicle would really cost about $31000. Took vehicle for a test drive, with salesman . Within 2 miles Wrangler entered death -wobble. Spun around first chance I had and advised it was a hard no on purchase. I could not drive this vehicle 2 miles let alone the 80 miles I drove to get there . Buyer beware here suggest asking if they re used vehicles are indeed road-worthy for $27000 before you take the ride to Waynesburg. PS - no apologies from management what so ever .. Steer clear of here in my opinion.

I will not recommend anyone to get a car from Ron Lewis in Waynesburg. I got a 2018 dodge charger R/T 6months ago. I got into the shop a couple weeks ago to get my brakes looked at for the pedal sticking alittle and squeaking. Desk lady asked if I wanted to do inspection. With it due in January I said sure.(had the car for 6 months only 5k miles was put on didn't think It would fail at all) 3 hours later my car fails inspection for front brakes and needing all new tires and was told to get an alignment done since my tires are wearing unevenly. Front brakes was at a (2-3) back brakes were at a (5-6) Front brakes WITHOUT rotors was going to cost 264$ all new tires was going to cost $1,000. And even if wanted them they didn't even have them in stocks when I asked so I wouldn't of even been able to get my car too pass inspection the same day. I live an hour a day. It's not easy getting back and forth when working 11-13hr days. When I looked at the car when I first got it mileage was off about 500-1000k but I didn't mind it. And for the brakes I would of figured maybe for the back because with it being rear wheel drive. But shows that the front brakes was never changed or tires. A girl called me about a survey and explaining what happened she said someone hire up would call me and try to address this issue. It's been about 2 weeks and no call.I wouldn't waste my time going there. But if you do. Make sure your car is solid.

The staff is always kind and helpful. Everyone greets you and treats you with respect. They try there best to get you in a vehicle that you want and get you approved for that vehicle. They try and work with what credit you have to get you in the vehicle you want. Service get you in and on your way.
