Not only did they take 3hours for a scheduled appointment. They under inflated one tire, over inflated the other and did not rotate my tires. When I called back they agreed to remedy it and made another appointmentThe "Coach/Auto Center Manager"-Dave then had me brought over to tell me they were refusing to do it. He came into the conversation aggressive and agitated, then when I asked him to stop yelling at me, he threatened me "You haven't heard me yell yet trust me" "you don't want to hear me yell" "I can show you yelling" - as he continued to berate me and with other customers acknowledging his behavior. He became so angry and enraged he threatened to call the cops and told me I was barred from the store- for litterally nothing. He wouldn't give me back my key, told me to go outside and get it from "someone out there". He was a monster. He was embarrassing and hateful.Please understand I did nothing to deserve this treatment- if you read the other reviews you will understand.This man should not be running anything. I reported all of this to corporate.Note: When I asked if they at least fixed the tire pressure I was told yes, that was a lie.Do not use this tire center. For any reason, no matter what.

Do not let these people touch your car. I went to change my oil today after previously having it changed at Walmart. The oil plug was rounded off and over tighten so much that it cros threaded the plug. The oil filter was over tightened so much that I had to destroy it getting it off. Last time my mother got hers changed there her check oil light came on 2 days later and she only had 2 at of oil in her car. Do not use these people.

Broke my tire pressure caps on my car and left my front tire at 20 psi which they said they checked even though the tire was fire before I took it. They also drove my car around the parking lot at like 40mph while I watched them do it.

Went in to purchase a battery. See they offer free install I figured I'd save myself the trouble. I'm at the store nearly an hour and the attendant tells me they can't install my battery because they can't get the corroded nut off the terminal. Tells me the terminal cable needs to be cut and a new terminal needs to be installed. Again... They offer a free install and they sell terminals. I find out after nearly an hour that they will sell me terminals but not install them. Long story short.. I removed the nut from the terminal myself in about 30 seconds with a pair of small vise grips. No need for a terminal. A 49 cent nut from the hardware store was all that was needed. I'd be more than happy to purchase a couple sets of vice grips for your employees so they could do their jobs... Wannabe mechanicsService: Auto battery replacement

Inquired about an oil change and was told no appointment needed. A week later stopped in for an oil change and was told I needed an appointment!! I made an appointment for the next day. Arrived at the appointed time and was told I would have a short wait since they DID NOT take appointments for oil changes!!!! I did have a short wait and the service was very good. (Each time I had contact with the auto care center was with a different person. The third person was very helpful and seemed to be the only one who knew what he was talking about. )

Had tires put on at last minute. Not only did they have our quarkey size but they got us in and done pretty quick. Price was best after researching.

Website says 7am they open... I was the first one there. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to help me. Now 30 mins in and they haven't even started my car yet. I'm being told 1.5 hours for the first oil change... I understand staff shortage but I see people in the shop doing nothing right now. Ridiculous.Still not done yet... even more ridiculous.Service: Oil change

I had an emergent automotive situation this morning. While in Chambersburg at 6:30am, after dropping my husband off for a medical treatment I stopped for a few groceries. When coming out of the store I noticed that my rear tire was almost flat!! What? I was very close to Sheets so I went there and overfilled the tire with air, hoping to make it to Waynesboro....and I was travelling alone. I was pretty anxious on the way, not knowing just how quickly it would deflate again (1st time was quick!). When I arrived at the Walmart center before they opened a very very nice employee came out, to tell me where to park. I told him of my situation. He was so understanding, calming and reassured me they would take care of everything for me. And they did! Turned out that I had picked up a nail in the tire! Each employee in the automotive department was very very kind and helpful. Never once dismissed me, made me feel stupid or like I was over reacting. That may not seem like anything to them, but it meant a world of difference to me. Kindness and understanding go a LONG way... Thank you and kudo's to the Automotive Department! I hope your manager sees this feedback. Amazing job.

Took my car in for an oil change & air filter replaced. Waited over 2 hrs.Discovered 2 days later oil was never changed. Took it back to question why my money was taken and job wasn't done and they said it was a mixup between my car and another of the same make/model.Waited another 2 hrs only for them to still not replace the air filter that was paid for.

Let me first off this is my 2nd time having the same tires replaced on my car the first 2 a belt broke and the tire last maybe 2-3 months and the other tire the toms came on before I left the parking lot I never went back to have it fixed so when I went in the 2nd time to have the tires replaced I said I ain't worried about let's just get it done anyway they get the tires replaced and upon bill out I am being told I am being charged anther $24.00 for lifetime balance and rotate I was not told before the tire were installed that this is a requirement I was asked if I want road hazard I declined but I was not asked this I then asked to speak with a manager and I told him I understand why you have this but as a customer a paying customer if you are going to charge me extra for something nindid not ask for then I should be told I was told the tire price I was told how much road hazard was but nothing about this lifetime balance and rotate ? Why was I not told from the beginning I would be charged this? I asked 2 other customers who were there as well having tires installed and they were not told either and once I told them about it they got upset as well I am on customer service and if your going to charge a customer extra and then not tell them and try to sneak it by that is not good customer service I had to ask BYRON why I was being charged this he stated I had no choice but to pay it even Though I was never told before the tires were installed I would be charged this I then asked to speak with a manager not an assistant manager but a manager then sent an assistant manager by the name of Dave he was no help he said I had no choice but to pay it as well I will never go back here agian and if you do please be aware that there is a extra $12 charge they do not tell you about for lifetime balance and rotate which I did not ask for they make you pay it or you cannot have your tires installed here you need a better system I truly believe I should not have been charged tha $24.00 since I was never told about it , what do you think? Please let me know because they surely did not give a damn about me being upset about this, as long as they got there money they were happy.

I don't know who wrote the positive reports, prob company employees, the wait time is generally 2-3 hrs....the longest I had was at the Mt Airy, MD store where it took 5 hours to get two tires mounted....generally some on the employees don't come in and one or two people are trying to handle the workload

I took in 2 wheels for tire replacement, it took nearly 1 hour. The guy used a screw driver to pry off the old balance weights and put deep scratches on the hub. Some of the staff there were just miserable, including the service manager.

Worst experience. Waited forever on the phone, came in for a simple oil chance and took over 2 hours. When I left and came back I waited to be helped for literally 25 minutes just to pick up my car. Worst customer service I ve seen. Much rather pay a couple of extra bucks to go anywhere else.

They were nothing but a bunch of crooks! They tried charging me to dispose of tires that I kept I caught that and had them refund the money. When I got home I realized they did not replace my valve stems and charged me for that but they told me I had to drive back in to get the money back and they admitted over the phone that they didnot replace them but charged me to do so. I called corporate and they blew me off so I am done with them.

Terrible experience. I will never return. The Walmart staff is pathetic and unprofessional. We were in today to get a tire change. After having to rebook several times because of Walmart unprofessionalism and having reduced hours even though they don t advertise reduced hours, we were charge for the tires before we even got there three days ago when we booked the appointment as well. We get there for the tire change the appointment is at 4 o clock so we go around the store walk around a little bit trying to waste some time they said it would take about an hour we walked back out literally 5:02 PM and the entire place is locked up they didn t call to let us know the car was done they didn t tell us where the keys will be at at this point we just don t know where the car is we don t know where the keys are we don t know anything. The customer service area was so rude and so disrespectful. After we located the car and found that it was outside unlocked, we got our keys and we left I m very disappointed I will be calling the manager over and over until I can get in contact with the district manager

This Walmart TLE is never busy. As it's a little out of the way for me, I don't go there as often, but it's definitely worth the drive. There fast and friendly.

Walmart auto care at least in my area is very good. There knowledgeable and have good prices versus other places that try to upscale you. They do lightbulb changes, tire changes, etc..

Cheap on tires n oil change but when you ask for an oil change n tire rotation n only receive a oil change that took 90 mins when I was the only one there in the beginning. And nobody has an answer for you as of why? So how much is your time worth?

Was closed today even with an appointment because of employee call offs. Guess everyone got a stimulus so why go to work. I desperately need my tire replaced and I ordered it and it's there but no one to mount it.

Full synthetic oil changes have cost me $100 elsewhere.. $61 here.. very nice staff. Will definitely keep using them!
