I've been waiting for a while to get mine fixed from damage caused from body shop while there being fixed from accident. I have been given the run around now for 10 weeks with no communication. They do not seem to care about their service or work.

Took my vehicle in for a front end alignment. Caster and camber are not adjustable on my vehicle. Only toe and axle centering (track bar adjustable). I noticed at pick up that axle was NOT centered. So I payed $109 for a toe and go alignment. The axle should have been centered also. When questioned, I was given an excuse that the alignment rack could NOT center the axle. If so, then a tape measure to center axle should have been used. If you like to be ripped off and lied to, this is the place for you. STAY AWAY!

Place is a rip off charging more than price discussed for work that wasn t even done properly. Shady and disrespectful when you ask questions. You can find many other places in town more dependable and respectful.

Needed a new bumper. Tom Shockey and crew were Quick, polite and reasonable. Even went an extra mile and cleaned up my foggy headlights.

Fair warning this is going to be a long detailed review so the reader understands why I gave the rating that I did.I hit a deer back in December and my insurance company works directly with Tom Shockey Collision so it was easy and convenient. They did the work and got my car back to me faster than the estimated time and the body work/paint was good. (The body work is the only reason this is not a 1 star review)So that is where what they did correct ends from here on are the issues.So a week after getting the car back I realized I could not open the hood they replaced it was stuck down. Took it back and they get it open and said it needed greased because it was dry. Ok so that is something they should have done when they replaced it. Second the hood prop rod was missing along with all of the parts to attach it and a clip to hold a refrigerate line that was just flopping around. They never told me these were back ordered and not in yet so I was not aware, until I opened the hood, these parts were not there. Eventually I got those parts and put them on myself along with fixing a few other things they missed that were minor I could do myself.Now most recently, this week, I went to use the windshield wiper fluid, which that did not work, and also the air conditioning did not work either. After finding this out I took the car into my normal shop to have it looked over. Come to find out that when Tom Shockey's replaced the hood they never reconnected the wiper fluid hose. Also, more frustrating the air conditioning is not working because the high pressure switch is missing and I know they did replace a lot of parts for the AC system. (Also, I know the AC was working prior to this because I had the whole thing repair the previous summer)So needless to say I would never use Tom Shockey again or refer anyone to them. They are not thorough, don't do quality mechanical work and they do not communicate well with the customer.If you take your vehicle to them please have someone who knows something about vehicles look over the work to make sure they did not miss anything otherwise you might be dealing with the same issue as me.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

The crew here was unable to fulfill my request for Auto Glass service but had no problem at all recommend a great glass guy that came to me and charged a good bit less than what I would have paid going through my insurance. Any business willing to lead someone in a positive direction when they can't resolve your need themselves is worth a look when they can help with an issue.

I have recently had to have my vehicle into Tom Shockey Collision for two repairs, the work was great! If I had any issue, Tom worked with me to get it fixed. They worked around my schedule, secured me a loaner car and took care of everything. Michelle is always such a big help!! I love their customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone no matter how big or small the job is. Stay local and the personal service is without compare. Thank you Tom and crew, again!

My car was in an accident. Tom Shockey was well known in the area and was highly recommended. The work they do is guaranteed. I am totally satisfied with the results. Also good customer service. It took a little longer than originally stated but it was explained why. A job well done. I would definitely recommend.

Clean and professional car repair place that will do exactly what you asked them to do I asked to have my car with sanded and painted pearl white no dents just a lot of clear coat and paint cars almost 30 years old Camaro Z28 convertible

Tom and his grew always do everything they can to make sure you are happy with the service. I feel very confident when I take my vehicle there I'm getting the best possible service and price. The ladies in the office are so nice and do there job making sure you understand all there is to do to get the job done.

Everybody at this shop is there to ensure that you, as the customer, have the best possible experience.They have repaired our vehicles twice before, and each time Tom and his crew go above and beyond to demonstrate the upmost in business integrity. They are transparent, consistent, and go the extra mile to take care of you. They really care and show it in the way they treat you. This last time we had made plans to leave town (to visit family before Christmas) and they had our car ready for us so we could still keep our schedule!I can't recommend them enough. If you find yourself in a bad situation, Tom Shockey Collision is a safe port in a storm.

You guys are awesome when it comes to fixing trucks and cars you done a wonderful job on my truck and I really appreciate it we're really great service and then plus you give me a lunar car on top of that you're not going to find it any better thank you for the wonderful job

I had my Kia there to have the rubber seal around the windshield replaced. The staff was very friendly. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunchtime. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

My Son recently had an accident. Tom Shockey towed the vehicle. I wanted him to drop it off at my house clearly told him I could not pay storage charges as I did not know how long it was going to take to get fix. Well he said he wasn't going to charge me for storage. Now he turns around and charges my insurance company 3300 hundred dollars. I will never ever do business with this person again. Just letting people know.

My cars transmission went out on me and I needed a tow. I gave them a call and the truck was there shortly after. Quick and professional and the price seemed fair.

Quick, reliable towing service. When I went to retrieve personal effects from my vehicle I found it was safely locked away in a fenced area with an automated door. The staff on hand immediately let me get in to get what I needed. Nice work.

These guys are rip off artists. I had an accident that required a tow by the police. They called Tom Shocky. It was less than 3 miles from their shop. My bill was$250 towing$85 to clean up the scene (they didn't clean it, I did)$50 per day storage...$4000 to fix the car (I opted to not get it fixed) so decided if I signed my title over they would ONLY CHARGE ME A TOTAL OF $500. They got my $500, and the title. Fixed the car and sold it for $8000. You will NEVER another dime from me or anyone I get the chance to tell about this place. Shame on TOM SHOCKEY!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

November I called Tom Shockey Collision to pick up and repair a bent frame on a Suburban that had been wrecked. It was being worked on by another body shop who recommended their services, as he did not offer frame repair. 12/8/2017 my vehicle was picked up. 1/12/2018 I was notified that the frame was done and asked if I wanted an alignment done and the bumper repaired. I agreed to the alignment but already had a new bumper. At this time we were told it would be done in the next 2 days. 1/17/2018 my fiance and I went in to pay for the frame straightening, alignment, and two $75 charges for pickup and delivery but the vehicle was still not ready. 1/19/2018 I received a phone call stating it would be done and delivered on 1/24. No one showed up or called us that day. 1/29/2018 I called to ask why it wasn't delivered yet and I was told they had staff out sick and it now would be done and delivered on 1/31, but was another no call no show. 2/12/2018 I called asking why I still didn't have my vehicle and was informed the alignment was done, and it would definitely be delivered on 2/13. 2/13/2018 I called at 2:00PM to confirm it was being delivered and was informed the alignment was NOT done, but would be done and delivered on 2/14. 2/14/2018 Shockeys called to inform me the alignment was done but it would not be delivered that day.I went to pick up the vehicle from the shop and was refunded by the front desk for the delivery charge that we had already paid in January. I was very kindly informed of some other mechanical work that may need to be done based on the outcome of the alignment. After getting the vehicle back to the original body shop so the remaining body parts could be attached, the owner of the shop very quickly realized the frame was not straight and was nearly exactly how he had seen it before.2/15/2018 Left message for Tom at Tom Shockey Collision 2/25/2018 I called again, talked to Tom Shockey who stated he would come look at it that day. He never called or showed up. 2/28/2018 I called and they took down a message for Tom. 03/01/2018 Called and left another message I have yet to hear back from anyone in that office regarding this issue and they have made no effort to rectify the situation. I've since had another shop completely repair the vehicle who also confirmed that the frame was not done properly, therefore making the alignment absolutely useless as well. So much for "the best shop in town."

Great shop, fair prices. Staff is always courteous and helpful. They have loaner cars available while you re car is being worked on l. They handle everything with insurance for any kind of insurance related issues. Highly recommended in the area.

Needed immediate service to get car back in service. Tom got us an appointment same day to evaluate and determine what the problem was with the car. After diagnosing the problem parts for a major repair where ordered and job completed next day to make trip on time. Have also had estimates and body repairs in the past that are always timely, efficient and professional. Will continue to use for future needs. THANKS TOM SHOCKEY COLLISION!!

I originally had my car fixed after a front collision and they did great work. With progressive I had the choice to go to a dealership or a local auto body shop and I chose the local to support local businesses. After picking up my car I noticed new chips off the paint on my back bumper that i believed were not there when I dropped it off originally. I called them the next day and the gentleman at the front desk said to find some times to bring it in and they will take care of me. I dropped it off on he 12th, got a call the 13th from a woman saying they didn't know what was being done to my car....I explained the situation and she said everyone was on vacation or off that i spoke to so thats why they didn't know what was being done and they someone would call me the following day if there were any issues. I waited a week and called on the 19th to se what was going on with what should just be a quick paint job. No one seemed to know what was actually going on with my car I was placed on holed twice. Actually spoke to Tom Shockey and he said he was reviewing cameras to make sure they were at fault. He said he would call me the following day. I waited till the 23rd because I understand people get busy and watching cameras is a time consuming activity. I spoke to someone who said that Tom was not in and that he would leave him a message. I never received a call from anyone letting me know what was happening and where they were in the process. I eventually just went and picked up my car on the 27th and they happily gave it to me. I don't care that it never got fixed because it was so small but i think their way of doing business with how they communicated to the customer who was without a car for 2 weeks is completely unprofessional. I am a business owner and if a customer claimed one of my associates did damage or something in the same criteria in my restaurant I would put every effort towards finding out what happened and make sure none of my associates were at fault and happily communicate to the customer that I reviewed camera and can't see anything or what I see if not their account of the story. If they did it or not just going to spend my money at a dealership from not on!

Nothing short of amazing. Everyone I spoke with was professional and stood by their word. If you need any body work done at all, please do not hesitate to call their shop as they have my vehicle looking just like it rolled off of the showroom floor.

Over the years we have used the services of Tom Shockey, simply put this is the most honest, ethical, and professional team I have ever used (& obviously why its a no-brainer if we need this type of support). MOST Importantly, a 'team' must have a Leader who possess these same attributes or it doesn't work. That is exactly who Tom Shockey is in our opinion.
