We drove our car to Swope s at 8am on a Fri. morning with a prayer that maybe they could address a last-minute brake issue before our beach trip on Sun. No promises were made as we did not have an appt. Swope s was able to have our car fixed up by 4pm that same day! I will definitely continue to use them for routine maintenance. Thank you so much!!!

Overpriced. Was quoted prices $40 to $50 higher than other tire shops for the same tire. Most places offer lifetime free tire rotations lifetime free balancing and road hazard they told me the high prices they quoted me doesn't include any of that.

Great customer service. They got my SUV in quickly, completed needed service & had me on my way in no time. Reasonably priced, clean business and very professional friendly staff. Also got 2 full sets of Cooper tires for both vehicles here. Very happy with this business & both Mr. Swope's. A+++

Finally a repair shop that wants my business! These guys are awesome, customer service from start to finish. Bought 4 tires, state inspection and oil change and could not be more satisfied and if I had a problem I guarantee I won't have to file a lawsuit to make them do the right thing.
