We had a great experience with Chad and his team at Stoneham's. They were the only dealer to respond and provide quick pricing and delivery to our home. Our EV RANGER was on back order and Chad kept us informed along the way with updates. Thank you to Connor for the delivery and review of the machine. Highly recommend considering them for your next equipment purchase.

Was looking online at getting kids a go-kart and this place was the place to go. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushing to make a sale. I'm sure I'll be back for more.

We contacted Chad about purchasing a CFMOTO lucky for us they had one on the showroom floor in stock it was exactly what we had been looking for! Went up first thing Saturday morning and picked up our new machine. Chad went over everything. We even picked up some pretty cool accessories to go with. The staff at Stonehams have been great to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, personable, funny, and just all around great to deal with. We will be back in the future.

I wish I could give 20 stars!!! My purchase was so easy. Chad and the other guys were very friendly. He was interested in what we were buying the utv for. And had a idea of what we need.. Not OVER SELLING! I'm a Stoneham's customer for life.

Great dealership and great people. Purchased a leftover 2019 Cfmoto CF500s. Bobby in sales handled my purchase and was very polite and courteous. I'm also impressed with service personnel as they handled a small issue I had and went out of their way to fix it promptly.

Chad is a great guy he was extremely helpful and completely transparent with the CF MOTO CFORCE 800 that I ordered. These guys are very different from the rest in the way of they do not charge you for delivery of the machine to there shop and they also do not charge you for building the machine that you order. I wish that the shop was closer to me so I can buy all the supporting products from them, I highly recommend them for you powersports pleasure!!

Bobby at Stonehams was a dream to work with. We bought two Polaris atvs and the whole process from getting a quote to financing was painless and efficient. Best of all, no BS fees or upselling. Nice honest dealership. Worst part was waiting for polaris to build and ship them.

Purchase was fine and very professional even worked what we feel was a very fair price. My family purchased two vehicles at the same time. However, when we took our vehicle for the first service which salesman said at the sale, was included and service manager stated first service is normally covered we assumed it was covered. However a week later, received a call from the salesman saying first service wasn t covered and that they don t normally cover first service. He then said that we owed for the service. I was then told the service manager would call me because he didn t know how much it was. He called and advised that I owed $130 for the oil change. Salesman sold us on customer service we want a customer for life . I suggest that you get everything in writing and not rely on word of mouth. On the plus side they have taken care of the several issues my father had had with his bike.

Horrible Salesman Customer Service! Very rude. It had nothing to do with Financing. He was rude and disinterested in our business when we first walk thru the door. Then when I called to express interest in purchasing a side by side, he was just as rude and disinterested. I almost cancelled the deal from the time I heard the tone in his voice when I called. But, we took our business elsewhere and got a way better deal from much nicer people.

I just purchased a 2020 polaris sportsman from Chad. No issues with the purchase and he knew the product well. Stonehams provided a fair price and did not inflate the price like other dealers due to the high demand and low inventory.

Doesnt know how to answer phones, or return calls. Bought a mower an within 20 hrs the belt has jumped 5 times, e brake doesnt stick. Called an told them i live 1.5 away an that i want to upgrade bc i wasnt happy with the mower itself. No call back. Finally called again an got a trade deal.. told them i just didnt want the mower an wanted to work a deal an salesmen ghosted me again saying he went on "lunch" an never got a call back. Wouldnt even pick up the phone after seconds of texting me.
