I have been coming to this location for years. I always get excellent service and great prices on tires. I even have been in several times lately with in my tire and they ve always taken care of things as quickly as possible. Great place for tire service.

I have been coming here for years and was impressed again today. Amazing prices and quick service. Called on Wednesday and had the tires installed on Thursday. Very fast and quality service

I have bought my tires from Buchanan for now on 10 years probably.. They always find me the best deal for what I need and ALWAYS have the BEST Service..If you aren't going here you are paying too much or having to wait too long..!!! This business is Top Notch with old school service..

Get my tires here all the time. Fast, Friendly and NOBODY can beat their prices. Just called Wholesale Tires on Pennsylvania Ave in Hagerstown and they want $1020.00 out the door compared to $890.12 out the door at Buchanan Trail for the same exact tire. Hankook Dynapro AT2 Extreme. I won t go anywhere else.

Had to have a tire fixed due to a nail. I was surprised how fast the shop fixed it & had me back on the road in less then 10 mins! And for a very small price! Professional, quick & easy process! Definitely recommend! Great little shop!

Dan, Dakota and the other tech staff are great. Had an issue with a tire leak and they went the extra mile to check it out and offer a solution. Great service, fair price. I've done business with them 3 previous times and they are consistently the best in the area.

I've been buying tires and accessories there for years , they always seem to have the best pricing and service is timely and friendly . They can compete with any of the big name tire shops .

What a great, quick and easy experience! I needed two new tires put on and the other two rotated. They got me in and out in less than hour! And the price was almost HALF what other places quoted me. I went to them based off of a personal recommendation and I'm so glad I did. And I had to drive almost an hour to get to them. Totally worth it. Thanks guys!

Worst tire place ever called yesterday and placed order for tires called today and was told all day long truck was not here yet. Finally talked to someone who might know what they are talking about and said well we have those tires In stock normally and have me a much higher price then what was originally told to me. To top it off they just sold the tires they had and won t have more till tomorrow and had the nerve to ask if I was ok with that. They are the most disorganized place I have ever seen and well I had used them in the past but never again. STAY AWAY if you want good service and a good price...

I called them today to ask a general question, and the gentleman told me we could stop by he would see what we had and give us a price. We stopped by, his price was great AND he was able to change out our tires the same day. Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me and for the great service!

I would recommend them for all your tire needs. Tires were rotated in a timely fashion for little to no cost....same can be said if you have a puncture. When you buy tires here they dont pressure you to buy the most expensive set, but rather one that fits your car and your needs. I have used them many times and purchased several set of tires, stop searching this is your place for all your tire needs.

They quoted me one price on the phone, then it was higher when it came time to pay. They also used way to much grease that then slung all over the sides of my car. On the plus side They are quick to get you in and out. Just feel like I was taken advantage of.

Great, Friendly service. Also you can always get a good deal on great work. Much better than Blubaugh's Tire Service. Take your car to Buchanan Trail Tire Sales and you WON'T get ripped off! I've gotten 3 sets of tires from them they always take care of you if something goes wrong (nail in the tire or uneven wear). Wouldn't take it anywhere else!

Always great service. Only tire place around that gets my business now. Had terrible problems with 2 other local tire shops and haven't had a single issue with Buchanan Trail Tire in the last 5 years that I've been a repeat customer.

Don't make the mistake I did! Their prices might be low, don't be fooled, what they didn't do for me was warranty support. Had a warranty issue with my Michelin LTX Defender tires, excessive road noise, those folks won't stand by their warranty or even assist in submitting a claim to Michelin. They make fun of local firms in Waynesboro like Blubaughs and Strites that have high end tire equipment to check out of round tires, etc., necessary to diagnose tire problems, equipment they don't have. Service after the sale is worth a few dollars more.

Don't go anywhere else or you're overpaying and not getting the best service. Only place I take my cars for tires.*update* - Still taking my car here and just had another round of great service and even let me know I should start thinking about replacing a few things and even gave me some aftermarket advice to help save me some $$$

Had a tire that was leaking and took car over to Buchanan and they checked it as soon as I got there, plugged the tire, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Kudos to Curtis' quick work and the friendliness of the shop personnel.
