Amazing company with top tier customer service. Someone broke into our vehicle and we had a lot of back and forth with other repairs so our initial schedule fell through. But True Blue not only honored their quote for us, but also showed compassion in what we dealt with as a whole. They were able to get a new window and install same day at my fianc� s job, and the install took less than an hour. I ve been telling everyone about their service and work ethic ever since. Definitely the best option for any window repair or replacement services in the area.

Really impressed with True Blue. Great prices and even better that they re 100% mobile.I left a message Sunday afternoon looking to for a quote to have my windshield replaced. I heard back Sunday evening with a quote that beat out all other competitors (including Safelite) AND had availability the next day.The the tech showed up on time Monday morning, was professional, and had it all done in under and hour. The quality of the glass was exactly the same as I had before (was previously replaced with aftermarket glass). There is a lifetime warranty for all install and glass quality related issues as well, which is a plus.Not often do you find a place that has great prices, service, and speed. You typically have to sacrifice at least one, but not here. Hopefully I won t need a replacement again, but if I do, I m glad I found True Blue.

My back windshield broke Saturday. They were able to come Monday morning and fix it. Every other place had much longer waits. They were also cheaper than SafeLite would ve been. Great customer service!

Good people, and professional service from beginning to end. Rest assured if you ve never had your windshield replaced/don t know where to start they make the process straightforward (and they re there to help).They texted me promptly after I requested a windshield replacement quote on their website, and we set up an appointment for the next day.This being my first broken windshield, I filed a claim with my auto insurance right *after* I booked the appointment with True Blue, but everything worked out minutes later, True Blue confirmed they received my claim and updated their quote.They called me the next morning with a time frame (i.e., Your technician, Jon, will be there between 1-2pm ). As the hour approached, Jon texted me his ETA (~20 mins).When he arrived, he explained what he d be doing and that it d take about 45 mins. Sure enough, 45 mins later I had a brand new, crystal clear windshield.Jon outlined the next steps, such as how the car needed to sit still for the next hour, and how I had 10 days to get an inspection.I appreciated the strong communication every step of the way. I got a cracked window while I was on the side of the road with an unrelated car issue. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the car repair store Paoli Auto Repair on Spring Street in Paoli, PA. They did a great job of communicating with me even after hours relating to the repair and I was able to get my chassis repaired while it was at the shop without adding any repair time. Would highly recommend both True Blue Auto Glass and Paoli Auto Repair

I am grateful for True Blue Auto s responsiveness, quick scheduling and great price. My driver s side window was busted open over Memorial Day weekend. Even though they weren t open, I was able to speak to an operator who passed along my information. The next day, I got a text for pricing and scheduling and the day after that, they came to my house and replaced my window in 30min! The price was also much better than what I was being quoted from Safelite, so that was a huge plus. Overall a great and seamless experience and I am grateful for that!Service: Auto side window replacement

My original review remains listed below, but I felt the need to update it. In my 15 years in insurance, I would often be asked where to go to get a windshield replaced. Though I never got a dime or even a gift basket I would often refer folks to True Blue through the years and I know many went there who had good experiences. Having been out of insurance for about a year I reached out about my own glass claim recently and while no one was rude or anything the process was very confusing (and I have done this before for myself and others hundreds of times). After getting different messages and directions I decided to go elsewhere. Maybe it was a blip, but I can't waste any more days waiting to get this figured out. Sorry.My old review from 5 years ago........This group does really amazing work. Our insurance customers always speak highly of the skill, professionalism and attitude of True Blue. Scott and his team have often gone above and beyond for people we send their way, something you do not always see these days. If I could go higher then 5 I would. True Blue is a really great locally owned and operated company.

Fast response and fast action. I received an email shortly after submitting my online request, then requested a call, which was received equally fast. After explaining my situation I was given the cost for the repair, then I scheduled the work for Monday (call was on Friday). Rep arrived at stated time and he educated me on what caused the crack in the window and then replaced it without issue and did so in the time frame given. Very pleased with all aspects of dealing with this business. Highly recommended.Service: Auto side window replacement

I can't say enough about my experience with True Blue. First I got to talk to a live person who answered all of my questions which is very rare these days. I got a quote in a very short amount of time and they were at my house the next day. The tech was very helpful. I have told all my friends how wonderful my experience has been with True Blue.

We called and got quotes from a couple of places. While True Blue Auto Glass wasn't the cheapest, they were the most knowledgeable about what was needed for out 2005 Toyota Camry XLE. They even scheduled us for the next business day, which happened to be Monday. Jay came to our home and replaced our windshield in less than 40 minutes flat! He was courteous and patient with us as we asked him what was supposed to happen, as this was our first replacement experience. He answered all of our questions in detail, and treated us with dignity and respect. We will go to them again if we ever have any auto glass issues in the future. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Way to go, True Blue Auto Glass! They are highly recommended by my husband and me!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Denise from True Blue was the first person I spoke with, and she was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. She offered quick service, information about pricing, and coordinating my appointment. Jay, the technician, came to my house (a little early even) and was kind, professional, and clean. He quickly replaced my windshield and I've had no issues so far. It was even a bit cheaper than expected because the new windshield came with molding that was initially accounted for in the price - most companies wouldn't have even mentioned it any take the extra money but they didn't. I can't say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was with the quick, professional service. Would recommend to anyone!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They were professional, fast, and affordable I love love love that they come to you. I had no side window after my car was broken into, and I didn t feel safe driving around in that condition not to mention it was freezing outside. Called the listed number on Wednesday. I was told that someone would call me. No call. Called again on Thursday, same thing. No call back. Called again today, Friday afternoon. Same thing. The published number must be an answering service. I suspect that the company is no longer in business.Update: Recieved a call from the owner and arranged for the repair the following day. The tech did a great job and answered all of my questions, showing complete knowledge of the process and what to expect. I went with Trueblue because the cost was less than the other company that spends a gobs of money on television advertising.Service: Auto windshield repair

The golden standard of professional customer service! In my 10 years of driving I ve never had a better experience of exceptional service, an affordable rate, as well of a knowledge & dedication of work. The gentleman who helped me (John) was efficient, came at a timely manner, and pointed out things about my original windshield that I didn t even know. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Communication was fantastic, I knew exactly when to expect the technician, he explained the process to me, repaired my windshield in about 20 minutes and was professional and polite. A small rock hit my windshield while driving on the turnpike, and after the repair, you can barely even tell that it happened in the first place. Plus, the cost was cheaper than what we would have paid for with a larger company. I highly recommend using True Blue!

Our technician (believe it was Jay) was punctual and very informative. He explained everything he was going to do and what to do once it was replaced. It was easy to set up an appointment and Denise made sure our insurance covered the deductible. We had exceptional care. Everyone at True Blue auto glass that assisted us was amazing! True Blue did a great job from start to finish. They were the most responsive right from the start. They returned my calls promptly, quickly quoted me several different options for me to choose from, spoke with my insurance agent, and fully explained all aspects of the work. Their installers were also top notch - they arrived early, worked quickly, answered all of my questions, and were simply just good guys. It was an overall great experience!

Good Evening Scott:This email is in regards to the terrific appointment I had with your company to fix my Hummer windshield. Setting up the appointment, I spoke to Denise- who was very pleasant and helpful. Prior to the arrival of your technician, I received a phone call to finalize the appointment. There was a second call just before the appointment from your technician stating that he was on the way. In today's world, communication is everything and this was much appreciated. Just had a positive & painless experience with True Blue replacing the windshield on my fancy car. Really, from beginning to end was very well handled by Denise from their Wayne PA office (online & phone) and Jay who did the actual installation at my home. I'm happy to recommend True Blue if you happen to need their services.Denise answered several questions upfront since my car has safety features that use cameras through the windshield that might require recalibration, and she also connected with USAA Insurance who already recognized True Blue as an "approved service provider". That made the assignment of the claim and payment process very easy.On the installation day Jay was on-time, friendly, and followed a detailed process for the glass replacement itself. He was patient, thorough, did a perfect job at positioning and sealing the glass, and also with the finish work including reconnecting the safety features and trim pieces. I'm a car guy myself and appreciated the level of detail. All while I was working from home and eating lunch. Actually, I kind of felt bad for not offering him a sandwich when he was done :-)

Tru Blue was terrific!! Due to pandemic issues, my new windshield had to be ordered directly through Land Rover Denise monitored the order frequently and pushed it to be expedited, such that it was received in half the delivery time originally indicated. Once received , I was scheduled for installation the next day. The Installer was expert and did an excellent job of installing. True Blue provided excellent service and walked me through the process of contacting my insurance company to report a claim. The next morning they came out on time (9:00 am) and Jay the technician politely told me that it was unable to be fixed and that it would have to be repaired. True Blue contacted me back and scheduled an appointment 2 days later and again, arrived at my place on time. Jay was polite and replaced my windshield perfectly. I would highly recommend using their service!

I was quite pleased with Tru Blue Glass. Good communication, answered several questions for me & set up the install at my home within a few days of making the appointment. The tech was on time, showed me the new windshield & got to work.He was a very nice young man that did an excellent job of replacing my windshield. No leaks & no wind noise. On our cross country drive from Texas to Villanova, we caught a rock that cracked the windshield and spread quickly. I had called and booked a national glass repair and replace chain for an in shop repair during the pandemic. Their switchboard customer service rep upsold me windshield wipers I didn't need. After hanging up, I had second thoughts and decided to buy local. I'm glad I found True Blue. Denise was very professional and helped me switch my insurance claim to their services. Even though I live in Texas, True Blue has affiliates that could honor the warranty should anything happen (it hasn't). True Blue's technician provided quick onsite mobile service early the next morning where we were staying. Quick, easy and super professional and transferred my registration and Toll tag too! I had a cracked windshield on my Honda Insight that required replacement. True Blue Autoglass gave me the best quote and replaced my windshield perfectly with a Honda OEM glass. The work was done right in front of my house and completed in an hour. Scheduling the replacement was quick and seamless, and Denise was incredibly knowledgeable at explaining what my car needs. Should I ever need any kind of glass work on my car, I will return to True Blue Autoglass again, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family in the Philadelphia area.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

True Blue was amazing! NO HIDDEN FEES!!! I was going to go through a competitor, but got to check out and there were over $115 in additional fees. Everyone at the company was super nice, they came out (EARLY!!!), kept in constant contact, and delivered exactly what I thought I was going to get! They far exceeded expectations. I hope to not use them again, but if I need them, they will be my first call. I would give them 1000 s if I could.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Customer Service: True Blue was very helpful in fixing a chip in our windshield. They communicated throughout the process and proactively reached out on a rainy day to reschedule due to inclement weather. Overall the customer service was excellent. They showed up during the requested time slot and called 40 minutes before arriving.Price - My auto insurance did not cover the repair but True Blue did reduce my fee to that of the fee that they've negotiated with my auto insurance company! The final price with True Blue was half of what SafeLite quoted. True Blue even offer a full refund if the fix does not pass my next state inspection.Completed Work - They did exactly what was asked and fixed a small chip in our windshield.I will be calling True Blue for any future Auto Glass needs.

We had our driver side window smashed in by someone or something. Our insurance company recommended that we use True Blue to make the repairs. They came to our driveway and cleaned up the broken glass and replaced the window in no time flat. The job was flawless and no extra bother to me since I didn't have to have it towed to service the repairs. I give them 5 stars.Service: Auto side window replacement

I contacted True Blue about a month ago to repair my windshield, they are great! They were very easy to work with and paid attention to detail getting the exact make and model of my car to make sure they replaced the correct glass that goes with the windshield wipers. Adam, the technician who came out was so professional! He called first to let me know he was on his way. He met me in the parking lot of my workplace, and was finished within 45 minutes. The glass is perfect, looks great, no leaks and I am very happy with the whole experience.
