Fantastic service. Inspection and oil change with very little wait time. Highly satisfied. Will definitely bring my wife s car in next. Gentleman who runs the front was amazing. Communicated quickly and informed me in detail of services being performed.

Got a slow flat on the drive home from thanksgiving! The team got me in next day and were able to repair the flat and get me back on the road. I didn t ask the price as I just needed the work done, they fixed it for free. Surprised and delighted, made my weekend. I will definitely be back for my regular service needs.

This place is awesome! Very nice guys and professionals above all else. I am an owner of an Audi and had some issues with my flex pipes. I took my car and these guys helped me in the same day! They heard about my issue and sensitive time line that I had and quickly offered to help. End result they fixed in no time and no problems moving forward. Brandon and Mike, remember these names they are both excellent in what they do and provide tons of support and assistance. Hands down the best place in Wayne PA, highly recommended it!

I recently went to Monro and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the repairs my car needed in a way that I could understand. They provided a fair and transparent estimate, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the shop, which made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated them topping off my washer fluid.Overall, I highly recommend Monro and Mike!

I can't recall if I've already reviewed this place but I wanted to make sure they get 5 stars from me. In short, if you're wondering about bringing your car in, wonder no more - just do it. They are fantastic.I have brought my car and my girlfriends car here several times for oil change services, and some tire work. Everyone I've spoken with is very calm and professional. They are also quick to do their work which is important to me.Most importantly what stands out to me is they respect that cars are expensive, and they do not ring customers out for cash. I have brought high dollar cars (porsches, lamborghinis, etc.) to some very prominent indy shops around for simple jobs. They will fleece customers any way they can. Monro is great though! I most recently took my daily driver toyota in for o2 sensors (had a CEL). They advised me they saw some other errors in the system pointing to possible hybrid battery failure, and it may not even be worth doing o2s without further investigation. I agreed and declined doing the o2s. It's amazing they even told me this, as most shops would just do the work and take my money regardless. BUT on top of this, I was expecting some sort of fee for their diagnostics and time, but they refused and handed me my keys.It is amazing to me this unassuming shop has truly some of the best of what people want in a mechanic/shop they trust. I will continue to give them my business however/whenever I can!!

I would URGE you to go elsewhere for competent and honest service.Years ago this was a 5 star location. Last year they damaged my wife s car changing a tire, which I hoped was a 1 off. Took my car there last month for what I still think was a thermostat issue. Brandon said it needed a new radiator (at 25k miles). I agreed to have it done. Like my wife s car, they damaged it while putting on the lift, snapped the trans line. I was told a 2 day fix. I called everyday after those two days and was constantly told it wasn t ready yet, with no sense of urgency. 16 business days later I was told it had a new trans line and was good to go. Drove for 3 days, then I m spewing trans fluid. My mechanic neighbor takes on look and it s not a new trans line, they sleeved the one they damaged with regular hose and clamped it. Not just a half rate fix, but it took 16 days and I was blatantly lied to. Additionally, they failed to bolt the AC condenser back onto the new radiator, it is swinging freely. I m having it towed to my dealer for professional service.You can fix skill, but this issue is about dishonesty and that s seems to be the culture at this shop presently.

Here's to Brandon, Mike and that wonderful mechanic who rescued me in 11 degree temps. You went way out of your way to get me back on the road and off to see my family Christmas morning. I cannot Thank you all enough...So heartwarming to find you have such caring and responsive people right in your neighborhood!

Mike and Brandon are great. Helped with rim and tire replacement as well as soft top install on my wrangler. Tremendous customer service and conscientious work. Highly recommend them!

This was by far my best experience at a auto service shop. I am someone who knows nothing about cars so it is easy to overcharge me but the folks at this place were so honest about what had to get done and the best way for me to save money. This was extremely affordable, fast and everyone was kind:)

Had 4 tires put on my car recently. Service was great and fast. Brandon was very friendly and Mike was very informative and friendly definitely would recommend for any of your car services.

Had a great experience here. Called ahead and let the manager on duty Anthony T that I had a nail in my tire, said I d be there in an hour or so. He went over quick options, patch, replacement tire. Got there was greeted and taken care of immediately, zero wait. Fortunately he had the exact replacement tire size I needed, and in minutes they got me a quote, replaced the tire, and I was already on my way. Car drives great on the replacement tire, no AWD overcompensating issues, etc. Would definitely recommend for fast, honest, accurate service.

I ve been taking my cars to Munro in Wayne for several years now, and Anthony has always taken great care of me. From general maintenance to updating some older cars that I bought that needed some TLC, Munro has done it all! A few weeks ago, I had an emergency on a Saturday with a flat tire and a rental moving truck, and Anthony rearranged his schedule to help me out and patched up the tire. He was a life-saver! If you want a trust-worthy, local place to bring your cars, I highly recommend this location. Anthony is the type of mechanic you hope to find when you take your car in for service, and you can be confident they will treat you and your car right.

I recently moved to Wayne and was way overdue for an oil change. I didn t know where to go without getting ripped off, but Monro was great. They fit me in on a Sunday, did the oil, and let me know about another minor issue. They didn t pressure me into fixing it then, instead told me to call them if interested. Great service, very affordable oil change, couldn t be happier!

Great experience at Monro Muffler in Wayne today. I walked in without an appointment to see if they could patch a tire with a screw caught in the tread. I was planning to drop off my car and pick it up after work, but they were able to take it right away and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Because of a coupon I found on their website, it cost under $14 to fix. The service manager was friendly and kept me informed of the status. Glad to have this shop so close by.

Highly recommend taking your car to this location. New manager Brandon is amazing. Fair and honest pricing. Great people to work with. We will be returning with all our cars.

I was very pleased with the service and cost during my visit today. The mechanics and manager, Anthony T., were very honest, unlike some competitors that would say that certain repairs needed immediate attention. I am glad that Monro is close to my residence. I am confident in their service and intend to continue using them in the future.

I received great customer service at this shop. I brought my car in for an oil change. I made an appointment in the morning and was out in 45 minutes. Other maintenance needed for my car was explained to me in great detail. Pricing is reasonable. I would recommend to others!

I've been going to Wayne Monro for about 3 years, and I have found them to be economical and very professional. Today I took my son's car in because of concerns about the power steering, since he'd driven it for months low on steering fluid and even now (topped up for a couple weeks) it was noisy. Arnie's boys checked it out - said they had no solid evidence of need to rebuild or replace, might be cautious and give it a flush and seal, but did not really maintain that was necessary. They also checked why the car drifted; found the front end fine, alignment not necessary. In these hard times, they refused to let me pay them. Folks, these are the kinds of problems that most mechanics would instill a little fear in customers to make work on a slow day.Not sure what burr was under the saddle of Neil CW who wrote a nasty review on Oct 11, 2007. All I get from his review is that parts were more expensive than on eBay - duh! In most cases, it's time you pay for the most, and the cost of parts delivered instantly when your mechanic needs them is all about stocking and delivery. In the past I was suspicious on some prices for parts at Wayne Monro and compared at different places - repair shops - and got the same prices everywhere.These guys also respect their schedule. Arnie (the manager) runs a tight yet happy ship. They remind me of neighborhood mechanics I hung around in my youth when I did all my own work on my cars. Definitely not a K-Mart type operation.

This shop does good work and is very helpful with giving car advice without upselling. I've come to trust them with my car, as the people there take great care in their work. Prices are always good, they work pretty fast, and they have a good selection of magazines to occupy with while waiting.

I recently had my inspection completed at Monro in Wayne and received wonderful service! Everyone working there was friendly and professional. After dropping my car off, I walked out feeling my car was in good hands. I will be coming back here for future service! Highly recommend

Anthony and his team installed four new tires on my 2004 BMW 330ci. They accommodated a delay in me getting to my appointment and completed the installation efficiently and quickly. Anthony took the time to show me some issues I needed to address and explained them in terms I could understand. He didn't pressure me to have the work done on the spot and suggested that I take the vehicle to a specialist for one of the issues. After researching the issues, I called Anthony back to schedule an appointment for the work his shop can do. Good pricing. Great customer service! I highly recommend this Monro location for tire and brake work!

I was out of town helping a family move, when my car suddenly started acting up. Being from southern Maryland, I was unsure where to take my car, or quite frankly, what to do. I came across Monro and called to see if they had any availability same day. Anthony told me I could bring my car right in, and one of his mechanics would take a look at it. I arrived 10 minutes later, and they did just that! They took me right in, and were able to weld my exhaust since it had completely rusted in half. I was able to travel home safe, and I am extremely appreciative of all of their assistance. I would 100% recommend Monro to anyone! It truly says a lot that they were so generous, kind, and helpful. It is hard being in a new area with car troubles, but it makes it so much better when you ended up at such a wonderful and helpful place! Thanks Anthony and Monro!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Monroe in Wayne for several years. They are always helpful and professional. We've NEVER felt like they have tried to take advantage of either of us. I took my car in once because it was very "wobbly" in the front end on the highway. I was worried it would be very expensive to fix. Monroe Muffler of Wayne fixed it for under $30 by balancing the tires. Thanks Anthony.
