Had body work done due to an auto accident (rear ended). When I picked my vehicle up I was told a part was on back order. I still have not received the part nor have I received a follow up call. When your car is repaired due to an auto accident it s supposed to look like it did prior to the accident however this is not the case. I m very upset about it. I m filling a complaint with the better business bureau as well as a complaint with the attorney general office. Very disappointed especially since I was referred by my Nissan dealershipService: Body & Trim

I brought my Audi here after being recommend them by my dealership. I had a scratch and dent on my rear driver side door and wheel well fender from a hit and run. The guys there walked me through what they thought was the best course of action and laid out an estimated timeframe to completion. They were true to their word on price and time, and the work was amazing! Can t even tell where any of the damage was and my car looks brand new again. Hopefully I never have to go through this again but if I do, this is definitely where I m coming to!

Initial review just based on phone interaction with Tim here at Euro Coachworks. He was professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the work needed to be done on my car in coordination with my insurance.At first, I brought my Audi RS5 to Karosserie just down the road due to their excellent reputation and a personal recommendation from a trusted Audi service manager for work on high end cars. To my surprise, I received a call from my insurance adjustor a few days later saying they got a supplement list of charges from a completely different bodyshop called Euro Coachworks and that my car had been moved their! This was a shock since I didn't know Euro Coachworks was affiliated with Karosserie (and also Classic Coachworks) and thought it had been farmed out to some unknown bodyshop without my consent.I gave this place a call and got Tim on the other line, which brings us to the present. Apparently Karosserie only works on the very top of the line cars like ferraris and other exotics, and they bring other cars here for body work. They also said the cars are transported on flatbed which was reassuring, as I was thinking someone definitely had a joyride in my car transporting between the two shops. So hopefully this will provide other customers some peace of mind and clarity when they find out their car is actually being worked on at this location.As to the actual craftsmanship and technical work on the car, an updated review will be coming after it's all said and done (which is hopefully soon)!***UPDATE***Got the car back and after careful inspection, I actually couldn't tell it had been in an accident. Truly impeccable work. They did a lot and spent a long time making sure everything was perfect.The entire car was clear bra'd, so they had to remove most of the clear bra in order to be able to blend all the panels correctly. Tim forwarded me pictures of a few stages during the process and let me tell you, they do their craft meticulously. From the taping of the car panels to paint blending to disassembly/reassembly, as good as a new car from the factory. And they do their paintwork right, from using slow reducers for paintwork during the hot summertime to baking the car. The paintjob is probably the thing I'm most impressed with, given the clarity and depth of the paint without a single visible blemish or overspray. I believe one of the painters there has been doing this for more than 20 years, and it shows.Tim in particular was excellent. Thorough, honest communication and always happy and available to chat by phone or text. He alone would be reason enough to bring your car to this shop. But the key phrase here is trustworthiness, which everyone I interacted with at this business exemplified.The only caveat is that, as with anything in life, it takes time to do good work. So if you need your car in and out and don't care so much about perfection, another generic body shop may suit you better. This repair shop will definitely take the time it needs to do the work properly and won't cut corners just for faster turnover.So after pretty much a month from the time I dropped off my car at Karosserie to pickup again at Euro Coachwork, I have my car back in mint condition. Definitely come check out this place for bodywork should the unfortunate situation ever arise. They have certainly earned my business and I think you'd be lucky to have them earn yours too.

I would highly recommend Euro Coachworks. I needed my car tended to and they were able to accommodate my tight timeframe. I worked with Tim who was professional, reasonably priced and performed a great job.
