I've only been here twice but both times the personnel were kind, professional and made me feel quite comfortable. I'm new to the area and am thrilled to have found an auto shop that's close by, where I feel I'm being treated fairly.

Absolutely stellar service experience! I was greeted right away upon arrival, and the check-in process went very quickly. I received updates about the service and when the car would be ready. Then, another warm welcome and quick check-out that afternoon. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at D'Avico's!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about D'Avicos. My husband and I have been customers here for several years. The staff is friendly, thorough, communicative and honest. I trust their recommendations implicitly. It's fantastic how they text updates throughout the day. We won't take our cars anywhere else!

Really nice professional people, able to complete maintenance with a quick turn around time. I came in for oil change, inspection, and to address a check engine light. They were able to do all repairs save one that they needed to order a part for (which they were able to get in the same week). Even though they completed part of the maintenance the first day, they were nice enough to hold off on pay until all service was complete. They did a full diagnostic on my car, and found some issues I didn't know needed addressing. But they never pressured me to get the maintenance done. They keep fresh cookies out in the lobby if have to wait for maintenance, which is really nice for those who don't have any other means of transportation.The only con I can think of is their location. Google maps shows them as being on the side of the road, but they are further back, tucked down away from the road between other buildings on the side of the road. It needs a little better signage, since I almost got in accident trying to find them the first time.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. The communication was well beyond my expectations. The attention to detail and service was exceptional. The whole experience of working with D'Avico was easy and when it was all said and done they were able to fix a noise issue with my car that has been bothering me for over a year that other places didn't take the time to figure out. They gained new customers with my family for sure!

After getting tired of waiting forever for dealer availability and feeling like I was just a number, I decided to check out D'Avico's on the recommendation of a friend. Kim and Ashley were able to schedule me quickly, offered text updates throughout the process, and made sure I got back on the road as quickly as possible, even in spite of parts delays. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Excellent Service, great guys...I was given full information of the repair cost as a customer and only when I said yes to it, they went ahead with the repair.There were no additional charges, hidden costs or "hey: we see this problem in your car, you should do this nowwww!" kind of things mechanics do. Which makes me feel they are honest with their work.The biggest thing was while I was busy with my office work, they offered to drop the car to my place and delivered what they said...Happy with their service. thank you D'Avicos for the detailing about the parts within warranty, I got them repaired for free from the Honda dealership I purchased it from.

Picked up a new Tesla and needed an inspection. D Avico s was recommended to me. I made an appointment on Tuesday for that Friday at 8:00 am. They said I should expect it to take 1 hour but it would most likely be shorter than that. I got there a few minutes before 8, met Kim & Ashley (both were very friendly). I sat in their waiting room and was offered coffee and cookies. The next thing I knew, my car was ready. 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend D Avico s to anyone.Service: Vehicle Inspection

First time visit to D'Avico's and had a great experience. I chose them because I wanted an experienced shop that appeared to be good with diagnostics, and would truly explore the problem rather than shotgun fixes. My car would not start and needed to be towed to their garage. It was a 10 year old car bought recently from a private seller. They did an initial battery change but we later discovered that the problem was deeper and it required significantly more service. They worked with me on exploring options and had a true collaborative service approach with excellent communication. Their prices were reasonable and I found their entire team very experienced and competent. When any of my cars have more significant issues in the future, will not hesitate to take it to them. D Avico s always does excellent work. I arrived early and they started working on my car right away and my appointment was over before I knew it. Had an issue they couldn t address. That said, they were detailed in their explanation and didn t do any unnecessary work to run a bill or something like that. Very responsive, kind and communicative before the appointment, and nice facilities while I waited for them to check my car. All the positives reviews are right. Definitely an excellent place.

Been going to this place for a while now and they really get the job done right!. As a female, I prefer to visit female owned businesses and I really like the service advisor Kim. She explains things in terms that I can comprehend and makes the whole process easy for me. I got my state inspection done and I was in and out!They are great!

Had a great experience here, calls, and Ashley was able to get me in for service within a few hours, she texted me the entire way through to give me updates and ask questions about my car. They have a great software as well that gives you a full breakdown of what they saw, and what you need! Very transparent, very friendly, and great business. Hi, my name is Ryan and I used D'Avico's auto repair today. I spoke to Kim who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They picked up my car from my home and did the necessary repairs which was highly appreciated. After that they dropped off my car at my home in about 2 hours. Not only were their prices extremely competitive but they people I spoke with were extremely courteous and helpful. They are a complete women owned business and we need more women entrepreneurs in our country. I happily give them 5 stars for the excellent service provided. Really happy I found this garage. I have nothing but good experiences here, Ashley goes above and beyond for her customers. They offer accommodations to make your time during repairs so much easier. I ve moved both cars over to this garage for all repairs and maintenance. they focus on Tesla services and super friendly. The place is hard to find as I didn't see a sign and it is kind of tucked in. It also doesn't look super fancy but the service is awesome. Will return as I don't trust just anyone on my Tesla.

In the past, there have been auto repair shops that have tried to take advantage of us. D'Avico's was a fresh breath of air. Not only were the friendly, had a beautiful lobby where I could work while I waited, but they were also SO efficient. We will 100% be using them again in the future!!

BEWARE of OVER INFLATED PRICES. Get another quote and check to make sure your not severely overpaying. Their prices have hidden, very high costs baked in that are not clear .and not necessary.For example, i asked them to quote a simple steering pump replace. Their cost, $1800, $1150 of which was the part, $650 in labor. I ended up getting the same job done for $500 (all in) with Infinity parts, purchased from dealer, with a 12 month warranty, and another high quality mechanic minutes down the road.Factory part cost $348 (direct from Infinity dealer with a 12 month warranty), however their part cost was over 3x, with no explanation why on the quote. When asked why they said it has to do with warrantee. (What warranted would ever drive the cost 3x!?!). Also it s an 1.5 hr labor job (according to another very reputable mechanic)Ultimately, their $1800 simple steering pump job was completed for $500 (all in) by a high quality competitor down the road. $350 Infinity factory parts. $150 labor. With a 12 month warranty on parts.Hopefully this helps consumers become more knowledgeable in managing their maintenance costs.Been a customer for years .now moving on to more affordable, high quality options.

Went to D Avico s for the first time for my annual car inspection. From the very first call to schedule the inspection to the completion of the job, my experience was excellent. Ashley, the owner, was super friendly, courteous and thorough. They offered to drive me to and from wherever I needed to go while the car was being inspected. At the end of the inspection, they made some good recommendations regarding longer-term care to ensure the car stays in good shape. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I won t go anywhere else in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! I went for my inspection after picking up my Tesla, and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. The lounge they have for guests to wait is so clean and wonderful. I highly recommend this shop and will be back again! The staff are awesome. Shout out to Ashley. She s great!
