Service was the absolute best. Drop off and pick up staff were open, honest and friendly. Regular updates from repair crew kept me informed to the progress of the repair. The finished work was impeccable. I would never hesitate to have 3D take care of my car repair again. The experience was impressive.

This is the only body & collision shop I would ever use for my cars. Every member of their team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only is the quality of their work outstanding but they stand by their work. I have rarely needed body work on my vehicles so was rather apprehensive about the process, but Jeff and Rob made it transparent and stress-free. And sincere thanks to the behind-the-scenes crew, the repairs were excellent and the final interior and exterior detailing were much appreciated. Can't say enough good things! The guys kept me updated, the team did excellent work on the necessary repairs, and Rob and the crew were completely professional as the process took a little more than a week. It usually sucks to have to take your car into the shop, BUT when you get excellent service, you remember them and are grateful.

They were awesome today. I brought my car for an estimate after being hit in a store parking lot. They were extremely professional and honest. He buffed off the paint transfer so it looked great and didn't charge me.I hope I never have to use the body repair part of this business, but if I need it, I will use this shop.Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with the people at the Wayne and Oxford locations. The inspection was very thorough and they handled any additional issues with my insurance company. The team doing the work kept me informed all along the way via text as well as phone calls. And, to top it off, the car was finished a week earlier than originally estimated! Great work!!!

This was the best body shop experience we ve ever had. Easy booking to complete an assessment, rapid check-in when dropping off for the repair, constant communications throughout the process, and early completion of the job. The car is brand new again! Strongly recommend them.Added bonus, Enterprise is just across the road, so if you are renting a vehicle while yours is getting repaired, all you gotta do is jump across the street.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

3D was great. The reps answered our questions honestly. The work done was better than expected. They fixed damage to our car when someone sideswiped the car while it was parked in Philly. Service manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and with very courteous engagement. I can't recommend highly enough. Very satisfied with my results.

This was my second time to use 3D Autobody. Just like the first time, they were fantastic. They scheduled my car in quickly, dealt with insurance company and rental car company and did an amazing job on the repairs needed. Delivered it back to me 2 days early. Very pleased and will go back to them without any reservation if i have any more damage to my car. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Stopped in by chance as I had gotten some scuffs on my GTI from being hit in a car park. I showed the car to the gentleman outside to try and get a quote to fix it after getting some major prices elsewhere and they actually took it on the spot and cleaned up the majority of the damage for free as well as offered to take another look once I got the matching touch up paint from VW. That is top notch service and something they did not have to do but definitely made my life a lot easier. Could not say enough good things about these guys thank you so much!

My insurance company, USAA, recommended 3D Collision to repair my driver side door which had been t-boned as I was getting out of my car in a parking lot. The door module (interior and exterior panels, side mirror, window controls, etc.) was replaced perfectly. The paint on the door is a perfect match too. The repair was completed quickly. The car was returned to us, after detail cleaning) in spotless condition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance company recommended that I take my car to 3D to repair damage to the rear trunk and bumper from spray paint vandalization. They removed the paint without charging me a cent, even though my insurance was going to cover the costs after only a small deductible. I highly recommend this auto body shop. Prompt. Courteous. Professional.

I have used 3D Collision Center many times for different vehicles we own. I continue to return to this place because I like the professionalism and the quality of their work. From Cameron Camacho at the Wayne location being there for me early in the morning opening up the shop and staying late so I can pick up my car after office hours, he makes an effort and goes the extra mile.I know my car is repaired expertly and they mehr an effort to meet top expectations. I know my car is in good hands. Just recently I picked up my E300 and it was dark outside, but driving away I knew the car is repaired well and when looking it over at home in the garage, yes, it looks like new. Car was washed, vacuumed, and even the wheels were cleaned and shiny.I strongly recommend you take your car to 3D Collision at the Wayne location if you happen to require expert body work on your car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had two recent experiences with 3D within the last month.I had a minor fender bender with my Lexus GS and my wife hit a deer with her Volvo XC70. In both instances the service was great from the first interaction until the delivery of the competed repairs. Both cars look good as new and were completed on time and returned sparking clean . Great staff to deal with. Totally professional and most pleasant. Cant say enough. Great job to all the crew!!!

I got my side mirror fixed here earlier this week. They were fair with price and the time it took to fix. I had my car back (and cleaned!) within two days. They also help you set up a rental while your car is in the shop. I am very happy working with 3D. Great people, great place!

Amazing service, the owner went above and beyond to help me out. I had been stalled out on Lancaster Ave and was being towed by the police. He took time out of his day and kindly drove me all the way to my springfield cate dealership.
