We have not had luck with deer with 3 of our vehicles. One of which had a color that was hard to find paint for. The color match is always perfect and polished, like new. Never have we had any problems other than having to wait for parts to arrive. They are always timely and kind. Up front and honest people are also very much appreciated! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Worth every bit of time and money.

My daughter hit a deer in her Platinum Ford Escape. The vehicle suffered severe front-end damage. Mill Run Collision picked up the vehicle, delivered us a rental car, and repaired the damage beyond our expectations. The color matched perfectly! They even detailed the interior. We highly recommend Mill Run Collision for all your vehicle needs!

I took my car here in dec. and they had it done in four weeks. Very nice and polite people that work there. They kept me updated at all times on what was going on with my car. I had hit a deer over a two years ago and took it to Bonnell and had to keep taking it back because the never put the bumper on right. Now my car is fixed the right way . I would highly recommend going to mill run collisions . They even cleaned the inside of my car. They did a great job. I will be always using them. Great job. Thank you.

I had the worst luck with deer this season and hit two within three months. The professionals at Mill Run Collision Center were an absolute dream to work with twice in a row. Will always recommend and come back for ANYTHING I need regarding work on my vehicles. 10/10.

Absolutely loved my experience with this shop. I smacked a deer and almost totaled my car but they were able to fix it in less then a week! I couldn't even tell that my car had been previously damaged because they did such an excellent job in repairing it. They even replaced my front license plate cover - all the little details matter! Not only did they provide fast quality service, but they were also very friendly and professional. 10/10 highly recommend!

Lee and all of his employees were wonderful. They got me in so quickly and had a fast turn around with my vehicle. Lee was quick to answer any of my questions and worked very well with my insurance. I recommend them to everyone!

I hit a deer wiped out most of my passenger side front and they did an amazing job! It looks like a whole new car! They even detailed it! It took a while for parts to come in which is normal these days, and they kept me informed and were always pleasant if i called to check-in! After hitting a deer, we used Mill Run Collision for our repair. They were wonderful to deal with. The repair was quick and efficient! Hopefully we won't hit another deer, but if we do, we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! Mill Run Collision did a fantastic job on my car. After I hit a deer and damaged the front passenger side, they acquired all the parts and put it back together like it was brand new. I also had a couple of scratches on the back that I asked them to fix and they did a phenomenal job! The car looks brand new! I had to have some major repair work done on my vehicle due to an accident. Mills Run took care of everything. They were able to get the parts needed for the job with no problem . The whole side of the vehicle needed to be painted. They did a fantastic job. Very Professional this was our first experience with Mill Run Collision Service and we are very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. My husband had a deer that ran into the side of our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country and I was surprised how quick they got it repaired. These guys do amazing work. They always fix my cars up right and they do it quickly. I recently had my van in after a deer hit caused substantial damage and they had it back to me, during the holiday season, in just a few days. It looks and drives better than it ever has.
