Finally decided to make the leap and buy a new car! I previously had a an equinox and absolutely loved it! Decided to check out KIA and John Bizzaro was the best sales man! Helped me find the perfect car that was close in size to my old one and better on gas mileage! The whole staff was nice stopping and talking to me during the entire process! John was patient and kind! Definitely recommend going and checking KiA out!

Took my Kia here to have the engine replaced @ 90k miles due to rod bearing failure, and it's been a complete nightmare. I finally got my vehicle back last week after patiently waiting 8 weeks only to be left with more problems. I immediately noticed my steering wheel wasn't aligned properly after leaving the dealership and was told they couldn't look at it until the middle of January. The following day my engine overheated, coolant was pouring out from underneath my vehicle all over my driveway, and I had it towed back to the dealership. (Supposedly one of the hose clamps wasnt tightened properly). I'm no genius, but you would think these things would be thoroughly checked over before handing you your vehicle back but that clearly isn't the case with these guys. I picked my car back up last Friday, and now my check engine light is on due to an issue with the turbo, which I never had a problem with until they worked on my vehicle. I was told it wasn't under warranty, and they quoted me $600 to fix. The manager said he was tied up with engine replacements ( the entire left side of their service area is stacked full with replacement engines if that tells you anything about these vehicles) but due to all the issues I've been having, the manager said he would split the cost with me. This whole experience is extremely frustrating to say the least. I highly suggest anyone looking to purchase a new or used Kia for you or a loved one to do plenty of research, and read some information about the recalls before making a purchase.

John Bizzarro did an excellent job working with us. We came in with lots of questions and ideas about what we wanted. He was patient, personable, and professional. He helped me coordinate with my insurance company once we had decided. He even responded quickly to a few questions I had a few days after purchase. I m very happy with my 22 Kia Sportage and would recommend John to anyone looking for a Kia.

Just purchased a 2024 Kia Forte GT and couldn't be any more pleased with the purchase and the buying process. ETHAN BROWN was our sales associate and he is the BEST! We met Ethan at the auto show and asked for him when it was time to purchase. He made the whole process simple and took extra time to make sure we understood everything before leaving. If you are looking to purchase just ask for Ethan. He will take very good care of you!!!

I had a seamless experience purchasing from Auto Express Kia! We drove 600+ miles to purchase based on the great experience family had in the past! Devin Almleaf was fantastic! He was quick to respond back to any questions I had, no matter how frivolous they were. He called me before I even had a chance to think about calling him to follow up. The day we showed up to pick up the car I had the full family in tow (2 toddlers included) and they were prepped and ready to make it swift and yet still comprehensive and meaningful. I felt valued and heard throughout the process. Thanks to Devin and all at Auto Express Kia for making a tough financial decision much less stressful!

This is my second time purchasing from Auto express Kia, and haven t ran out of good things to sayMy car was totaled in an accident back in September. No other dealership around was willing to work with me due to having an open auto loan, some credit issues, and a new job. Rodney Vera made sure he got me in a vehicle that was up to my standards-not to mention it looks & drives beautifully too!! A fresh 2018 Kia Forte LX! I love this car, I love the help I received in such a professional manner from Rodney, & the 1on1 attention I got with him on my purchase today.Everybody up there at Kia from their service department, finance & the salesmen are excellent people to work with. I had a great experience here working with both Scot and Regina. Scot got me set up with my new Seltos and I love it! He was super helpful every step of the way. The bank was giving us trouble because my credit report didn't reflect that I had bought out my old lease and then sold that car, but Regina made sure to smooth everything over and get me my car on schedule. UPDATE- came in before work for an oil change, full synthetic was only about $50 and I was in and out in about 40 minutes. My old dealership it took hours for an oil change.SECOND UPDATE- this time I got my state inspection AND an oil change and I was done in 40 minutes! Love coming here for service!

Ethan made my car buying experience easy. He was friendly, listened to what i was looking for in my new vehicle, and took time to answer all of my questions.Regina the business manager was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest when it came time to talk payments and going over everything. Scot S. was so amazing to work with. Car shopping makes me very anxious. But Scot was extremely down to earth and friendly. He helped us pick a perfect car and we were able to get a newer car than planned. He fit us into his schedule on short notice. I highly recommend Scot and everyone else at Kia. We will definitely use them again for our next car.

The sales department is super easy to work work with and ready to help you find the car you want. Dave knew what I was looking for in a used vehicle and kept in contact me with over a number of months to let me know when inventory came in that I might be interested in. Now I m enjoying my Kia! I would highly recommend if your looking for a new/used ride in Erie.

If you re looking to get a new or used vehicle I HIGHLY recommend asking for David/Dave. He was very professional and thorough. I was concerned with what my options were but he was able to fit me into the perfect upgrade. He was honest and made the process very simple for me. Regina was also amazing! She was very easy to talk to, provided excellent advice, and was able to explain things into simpler terms. Overall the team at AutoExpress Kia from the front door to the back have provided superb service.

Leased our very first Kia yesterday and had a great experience! We had visited twice and Dave started our search when we first visited. We ended up completing the paperwork with Rodney.
