Jake helped me find my 2009 Honda Accord for the absolute best price. I searched all over Erie for a week to find the perfect vehicle. Justin and Mindy also helped me so much throughout this process, and compared to other dealers in the area, their service was unmatched. Thank you all; I love this car!

I travelled down from Buffalo, NY to purchase a used Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Auto Express and I worked directly with Justin Sutton. Justin is personable and a true professional. The dealership itself was clean, modern, and appealing. Great experience overall and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Justin Sutton was very professional, upfront and knowledgeable. I have bought many vehicles throughout the years but this was by far the smoothest and best experience by far. I can see why Justin has so many plaques on his wall of salesman of the month. He is outstanding. I appreciated the no bs attitude too. He s honest and forthright which is rare in salesman. The vehicle I bought, I am extremely happy with and he was able to give me the deal that I had been looking for. I can t say enough good about Justin and the buying process. I highly recommend him as a salesman and will to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you!!!!

Jake did a great job taking me through my Mini-Van purchase! He was very helpful and courteous. The financing department was wonderful too in walking me through everything and explaining things to me. I would definitely consider doing your next purchase through them.

Jake did a great job and was very cooperative with everything i asked. Even put the car up on the rack to examine the undercarriage of the Toyota rav4 i purchased. Went as far as providing me with a flash and aired up the tires for me. Great experience! When i needed a vehicle he went above and beyond to provide me with one

Jake was very helpful and very nice. He answered all of the questions I had very thoroughly and made sure I understood every aspect of the response. This was my first time buying a car and he made it stress free and very easy. I would definitely go back to Jake again when I am looking for another car.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin for my latest car buying experience. He made everything super easy. Even though I wasn't purchasing a super fancy or expensive vehicle,he still went the extra step to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and more. Justin and Mindy had all the paperwork ready so all I had to do was come in to sign. I could tell immediately that Justin was the right salesman for my current and future car buying needs.

Justin Sutton is an amazing person. He also happens to be a used car dealer. When I walked in I shared with him that my credit had recently taken a hit and in a very relatable tone he said, that we've all been there, and that he would do whatever he could to get me in the 2017 Chevy Silverado. I watched him work with two customers and myself and never leaving any of us to feel as though we were left alone. As I waited anxiously at his desk he came in and had a big smile on his face and told me congratulations. At some dealerships I have gone to before Auto Express Alfa Romeo Fiat I just didn't feel the customer service. But I can say without a doubt that Justin's customer service and relatability made me want to buy that truck from his store. I look forward to having it for years to come but also buying my next vehicle from Justin as well. Also need to give a shout out to Mindy Perkins who was very clear and precise when explaining the finance end of the deal and paperwork.

I cannot express how pleased I was with my experience with Justin and his staff. They are kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They make buying a car a wonderful experience and make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase. Mindy was also wonderful and did all she could to help us with financing! Had great experiences working with Jake K at Auto Express. I purchased my 124 spider from Jake almost 3 years ago. The entire transaction was handled remotely (during the Covid pandemic). Jake even delivered the car to my home over 100 miles away. Recently, circumstances required that I sell my spider. I contacted Jake and Auto Express was able to accommodate me, by buying the spider back! The whole transaction went smoothly, and I was able to get what I needed from the vehicle. I recommend working with Jake K. at Auto Express - upfront, professional and respectful during all of my contact with him.

Just purchased a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport. I cant say enough great things about this dealership!! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, Justin & Lou Went ABOVE and BEYOND amazing customer service. They really took the time to show you the vehicle and make sure you understand it and the advantages over the competition. You don't feel pressured or rushed during the purchase process. When I picked up the car it was Spotless just as it should be. I've purchased A LOT of new cars and I have to say this one was delivered perfectly. The Service department is Amazing so far as well as very kind and ready to help!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a professional experience. Just talk to Justin or Lou!!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this dealership! My primary vehicle is a lease, and being that my professional life has picked up significantly I was in need of another vehicle to offset mileage. From the day that Fiat had landed in the US, I was always enthralled by the sex appeal the 500 Abarth had to offer. I had searched high and dry all over the United States to find a yellow Abarth that had all the options that mattered to me as well as find the deal that made the most sense to me. I could not find one dealership on the East Coast that would make a sensible deal with me. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, my opinion of car salesman has been less than stellar and I usually go straight to management which had gotten me in touch with Lou Bizzaro. I had made my very thorough proposal to Lou and we were able to come to a deal in a very timely fashion that made sense for all parties involved. When Lou had been busy, Justin Sutton was available to answer any and all of my questions. He was also able to make sure the deal closed in a timely fashion so we could get the car here for my birthday when Lou was swamped with meetings. Compared to past experiences, this purchase experience was a total anomaly! Will definitely send all future Fiat business to Lou and Justin!

Justin was very professional and understanding when it came to helping us purchase a vehicle. He also sacrificed his personal time to make sure we could leave the dealership that day with the keys despite it being 3 hours after closing time. Mindy was very knowledgeable and helpful and did everything she could to help us achieve the best deal. Great place to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Dealing with Justin was the best car buying experience I have ever had! He knows his stuff inside and out. Not like your typical pushy salesman. If you are in the market for a new or used car make sure to ask for him, he will set you in the right direction!

Justin was a great salesman. I thought I knew what I was looking for, but when they didn't have it Justin showed me all the SUV's in my price range. I ended up falling in love with this sportage and he was so patient with me, as I am a first time car buyer. I think I came to look at it 3 or 4 times before I actually decided to buy it for sure and he was extremely personable and patient every time. The price was competitive and reasonable, I don't have perfect credit but they were still able to get me approved. Definitely someone I will recommend to family and friends when looking for a car to buy.

Working with Justin was a great experience. I went in with low expectations of getting into a new car but he and the financing team did a great job at making sure that happened for me!! I spent a good amount of time there and he made sure I was comfortable and up to date with everything happening behind the scenes along the way. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My girlfriend got a car from Justin Sutton a few months ago. She was a first time car owner and got a very nice 2013 VW Passat and received excellent service. So naturally when I needed my first car we went back to Justin and got a 2012 Chevy Impala. We are both extremely satisfied with our cars and would recommend getting a car from here to anyone and especially from Justin Sutton! His customer service is out of this world awesome, he stayed after hours with to makes sure we got the car. Justin is very personable and easy to talk to, the whole process was smooth and i will definitely go back to him in the future!

I recently bought a Ford Escape from Jake @ Auto Express. After looking at a few different vehicles I zoomed in on this as it fit all my needs including my budget. The Staff from sale to finance was super helpful in putting my deam in my driveway! Jake, Lou, Mindy are the best in town to work with! I highly suggest you take the trip and check out the selection. No pressure purchasing!
