Jenn and Jim are the best. Got me in for service promptly, diagnosed the issue, advised me of the best course of action then performed the work the next day. Great friendly service, great workmanship and at a fair price! I would highly recommend!

Westland Muffler came through for me in a pinch. Customer service was great! In fact, I had my vehicle two days earlier than expected. They even offered to come into the shop off hours for me to pick up my vehicle. Great experience. Will use again!

The best absolute best auto repair and maintenance shop around! Family owned and operated and the most honest company i have dealt with. They just replaced my exhaust and at a good price!!! One of the best shops in Washington county! The Maloy s are very inviting from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. Had to get my vehicle serviced and inspected and they worked around their schedule and my work schedule to get it done as soon as possible. I was in and out, no long waiting times or anything. 100% not disappointed the Maloy s will have my business from here on out!

Friday afternoon, before New Years weekend, on our way back to NJ from Missouri, we heard a grinding noise in our front right tire. We stopped and asked a local gentleman if he knew of a car repair shop in the area. He directed us to Westland. This could have been an awful experience, had it not been for the kindness of owner Jim and his family.Despite they were getting ready to close for the long New Year weekend, they accommodated us by taking the time to check out the car and replace the front brake pads and rotors.Jim, his wife and son are a rare breed, in this uncertain world. We were just strangers off the highway. They could have just said they were closing, but didn't. They made our New Year!If you want honest, quality work, stop by Westland Muffler.Ken & Darlene Kirby

Westland Muffler is a small locally owned business who has always gone above and beyond to help with repairs on my Jeep. They are wonderful to work with and are a wonderful family. I wouldn t want anyone else to work on my vehicles!

I once again return to Westland as a satisfied customer. I brought my 2008 Dodge Ram for replacement of front struts. Was quoted a great price and as any dodge truck owner knows. "Be prepared for the worse" . Fate struck again and the bolt was frozen with in the bushings. The extra time and labor was a very difficult job even with the best of tools. Jimmy stayed late to have my vehicle back to me a quick as possible. Final cost was extremely fair and I drove away with a truck that now performs and handles the same as the day I bought it! Awesome job Jimmy and the Westland team!

I was referred to Westland Muffler by the mechanic I usually go to. I needed my exhaust repaired for my Ford F150 to pass inspection. They were able to give me a new cat back exhaust, with flowmaster muffler, and customize the tailpipe for a very reasonable price. Great service, great job, and I would highly recommend. I also found out that they do much more than mufflers.

Our daughter had car troubles on her way back to college after Christmas. We are so grateful to the team at Westland Muffler for working hard to get her back on the road quickly. They were so friendly, helpful, and caring, and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. I will recommend them to anyone I come across who needs work done. They may not be able to do everything at their shop, but they sure know a ton of people they can refer you to. All you have to do is just ask they are proud to spread the business to others.Thanks a lot Westland Muffler II. You are my hero's along with a few other customers I have ran in to, they just don't know how do do a review, but appreciate the professionalism.

I was looking for a custom exhaust for my f250 6.2 and found this place on Google, so I gave them a shot. When i arrived, ( it was very busy ) I was greeted right away and discussed what exhaust options we could go with. A few weeks later we scheduled an appointment and made it happen, about half a days time. OUTSTANDING WORK / PRICE!. They really went above and beyond and the quality of work shows. Thank you westland muffler family!!

This Family is amazing! Had my van about 7 months (used) the engine blew and needed a new catalytic converter. Jim was always up front with me about the job, time and cost. I appreciate everything they did! Will go to them for all my car needs!
