I don't normally leave bad reviews but I can't let this slide.Took my car in for a standard service (oil change, filter,etc). Serviceman calls to tell me they went to check the brakes and one of my lug nuts "wouldn't budge at all" and "PARTS AND LABOR FOR JUST FIXING THE LUGNUT WILL BE $655.80 PLUS TAX." I just had new winter tires put on about two weeks before, so I told them to leave the lug nut and I would go back to the tire shop to have them fix it.The tire shop removed all 20 lug nuts with a stand wrench in front of my eyes....Glad I didn't waste $655+ ... Will not be returning.TLDR: dealership tried to get me to pay a substantial amount for a false issue

Was off for the week and had my wife s Honda in for an oil change. So I called to drop mine off for the same when I picked hers up. The lady was rude. And would not schedule mine because I wouldn t tell her what my car was telling me. My car is brand new and due for the oil change. So now it s overdue. All because someone doesn t know anything about cars wouldn t schedule my oil change. As well we had asked for a rotate which they wanted 25 dollars and most places do it as a courtesy. So I ll do it my self. The biggest thing they took the tires off to look at the brakes without my consent in which I d you were taking the tires off anyway why couldn t they just rotate.Service: Oil change
