Excellent purchase experience! This was our first Ford product and we were highly impressed with the vehicle (F150 Lightning) and sales experience. Despite living an hour away, Washington Ford delivered the tonneau cover to our home within a few days of taking delivery of the truck!

Let me start by saying thank you to Dan and Brian. Both have been extremely helpful through this process. Back in June I decided I wanted to place an order for my dream truck (F-150 Raptor) after helping another friend get a Raptor R through the same dealer. From June, till October, the process has been smooth, and no issues! Dan and Brian both were responsive to my millions of questions, and always responded back to me asap. When the truck arrived, I mentioned to Brian, what I wanted cleaned, and what not to clean. Brian made sure it was done to my standards. He even pointed out an imperfection on the front bumper, but went ahead and placed an order for a new one before I picked the truck up. I will continue to do business here, as well as service, as they a good, true people which are hard to find anymore. Don t look any further than Washington Ford!.. or Woltz & Wind Ford!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my experiences both this time buying my 2023 Bronco, and in 2016 buying my F-150. My salesman, Bill Glisan was excellent in keeping me up to date on where we were at during the whole process of my Bronco being built up until delivery. I highly recommended this dealership. Tracy Lawson, the finance manager was also awesome to work with, as she explained everything in detail about my extended warranty.

Justin Tomazich was top notch! There was no pressure to do anything but find what makes you happy. He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He also has a great sense of humor! We will continue to work with Justin and Washington Ford and you should too! We drove over a hour to get there and it was totally worth it!

Easily my favorite Ford dealership. Employees are generally well mannered, polite and friendly. Staff is well manned and well educated on the product. I believe they always treat me fairly. I have been buying vehicles from Washington Ford for quite some time now, my sales reps were Bill Campbell and Paul Sargent who are both retired now. The Ford vehicle is one thing, the service is another when things need fixed.Mike Reed, the service Manager at Washington Ford runs an outstanding shop and has instilled a courteous work ethic throughout the entire staff.The level of service, certainly will have me back on their lot when it comes time for my next vehicle purchase.

Can t recommend Washington Ford enough for their attention to detail in the service department. They have taken great care of my 6.7 diesel F350 from routine maintenance to major surgery (engine removal - oil pan replacement due to leak) and all repairs done perfectly. I had no concerns/issues towing 20k the day after major surgery! Andrea is the best service advisor! Highly recommend Andrea! She deserves a raise!

Spoke with salesman Dave for 3 days prior to driving 3 hours to pick up a van. He assured us that the photos accurately reflected any issues. My wife had specifically asked about any damages after thinking the hood looked scuffed up in one of the pictures, and Dave sent a picture to her that showed that there was not a scuff, however there were some dents and chipped paint in the hood. He then followed up with another email a few hours later saying he had accidentally sent pictures of a similar, older van's hood and sent a picture of the correct hood showing no damage. This would have been the perfect opportunity for him to have sent pictures of the dents and scratches that were found on every side of the vehicle and even the interior of the vehicle. We went ahead and set up financing ahead of time and an appointment for 1 pm. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, only for our salesman to be with another customer. It took 45 minutes to see the van in person, at which time Dave said they were very behind schedule, and we needed to move quickly. Upon inspection of the van, there were 4 big dents, a lot of scuffs and scratches, the running board had clearly been damaged, and there was paint overspray along the entire length of the roof. When we discussed it with the floor manager, he told us that the vans are in high demand and that we could take it or leave it. We were extremely frustrated with the entire situation, so they finally offered to take $500 off the price of the van, but after their "we have you over a barrel" attitude, we decided to walk away. On the way home, I called the sales manager, Jeff, and he basically told me that he didn't know what I was expecting but they sell a bunch of used cars, and this is just how it goes. He also told me that my experience was atypical and that they had been in business for 38 years and they wouldn't have sold as many cars if the way I thought I was being treated was representative of how every customer's experience was. I told him that I was shocked that he seemed to be perfectly okay with the way this all transpired, and he said he didn't know what I was expecting or how I wanted it to be made right. I told him that I wasn't calling to ask anything of them because I was on my way to another dealership, but that if it was my business, I would want to know about this situation and how it was handled but that it seemed he was perfectly fine with it. He responded by telling me that we were just coming from two different places.

Barry is a superstar provided me excellent service. We ordered a ford bronco 2 door big bend on 02/14/2022 and the order was fulfilled last week 10/04/2022 it is a long wait time for a very desirable vehicle. Barry made sure I did not pay a dime over MSRP. The only negative was the wait time to receive the bronco. Washington ford was wonderful. Looking forward to have my bronco serviced at Washington ford.

Bought a used Ram here and the staff is amazing! I traveled two hours to buy the truck and they treated me like I lived right down the street. Prices are in-line with fair market value. Easy to deal with and great deals for sure! Barry Duffey was a great salesmen to deal with! Ask for Barry and tell him I sent ya!!! Awesome dealership!!! Huge selection, this is a big dealership. Building is only about 3 years old.

I had a really great experience with this dealership to have my Sync and Maps updated. I have had many terrible experiences at another dealer where I purchased my car, so I was so relieved to have found these friendly and extremely competent folks. I live quite far so I needed to wait for the update to be done, and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had waiting for my car to be repaired. The waiting area is large, bright and comfortable. And every, single person with whom I interacted went out of their way to be friendly, kind or helpful. I had a credit on my account which was 16 cents shy of the labor charge so my service advisor changed the labor cost so I would owe nothing that day. I could have easily paid 16 cents, but I really appreciated that kindness. The biggest bonus was that my updates were successfully done and I don t have to return to have them repeated or some such thing. I m so pleased to have found this Ford dealership. I will definitely be back.

I love my new Bronco Sport!!! I walked into Washington Ford with an idea of what I wanted and Bill greeted me as I walked in. Within minutes he knew which vehicle I needed and with keys in hand, I was sitting in my new Ford. I took it for a test ride and was instantly impressed on how well it handled. It had a the features I wanted in a SUV ( 4x4, fog lamps, head and leg room: I m tall and that feature is important). We went back and discussed how much the overall cost was and I got it within my budget. Because it was late on a Saturday, I handed over my title of my trade in, and scheduled the pick up of my bronco for the coming Tuesday. It was prepped and ready to go as soon as I got there. Washington Ford is going to get all my business from now on.Ps.. get the extended warranty. It s not much more, and it covers everything

In December 2020, I was looking for CPO (certified pre-owned) Ford Escapes and unfortunately my area is mostly overpriced foreign vehicles so I had to look elsewhere. Fortunately, a 2016 Ford Escape atWashington Ford. Though Washington Ford is in a different state then where I am, we drove up to Pittsburgh (this dealer is close to Pittsburgh) and decided to look at my Escape (and another Escape in a different city north of here). The first time I came by the dealer was not the best experience. I was looking in the lot for the Escape and didn't find it, so I was on my way to leave when a salesman came up to us and asked if he could help us, who was nice but maskless and not social distancing. Remember, it's December 2020, COVID vaccine did not exist, so this was very uncomfortable someone with Asthma, like multiple members of my household and I. We mentioned the Escape and we all couldn't find it. We said thanks and was trying to leave but we talked for a few minutes and it was mentioned how he had left quarantine for COVID 2 days after someone in his home tested positive. Why would you work if that was the case, especially MASKLESS? We immediately left after that point and moved onto looking at other dealers inventory (all of which were unsatisfactory, thus why we came back later. The next day, however, was a lot better. We actually found the Escape(which was among 5 other black Ford Escapes') this time with the help of someone else (who name i forgot, but he was really nice and was wearing a mask, so a better start). We checked out the Escape, and test drove it and liked it.When we came back, we wanted to get a trade in value for the car we wanted to trade in, and we were offered full KBB trade in value for the condition it was in, which we did not expect, so with the clean CarFax report (which all Ford CPO'S have to have), a great trade in value, and finance had a deal. We were all good to go except for the fact our old car was dual owned and by law both owners needed to sign off on the old title to trade it in(only 1 was present). Not horrible, except for the fact we both lived 2 states away. At this point, the was person needed was driving up and the dealer salesman recommended good shopping around Washington while we wait(which he gave very good recommendations) and had us use our old car we were trading in so we could "part ways" so to speak. The day we were there (a Friday) the dealer closed at 6, and the person who needed to drive 2 states away was not going to make it in time, but that wasn't a problem thanks to the salesman, finance manager, and store manager. At 6:20ish, everyone was there and signing papers so we could all go. The finance person left while we were signing as we didn't not finance with the dealer. So that left the manager and the salesman, who both took their times explaining everything we needed, mentioning how the Escape was owned by one of the staff members parents(so local owned and maintained by the dealer), and we all left the showroom at 6:50ish as we finished the signing and the manager needed to lock up and go. However, the salesman and our family talked for a while until he had to go at 7:20. Overall I would buy again from Washington Ford and was impressed with the deal and experience I got from them.Here is a little pro/con chart in case you just scrolled through looking for a pro/con chartPro:- Almost all staff was following proper COVID protocols for the time- open showroom with tables to sit at- nice selection and diversity of vehicles- Salesman i worked with went above and beyond and stayed over and hour after they closed to finish my deal- Very nice staff- inventory were generally in good condition- close to interstates and shoppingCon:- One salesman did not follow proper COVID protocols for the time (did not see them after my first run-in, situation was probably dealt with)- Dealer Sticker on bumper is hard to get off (i don't mind it but other definitely will)- closed at 6 on a Friday (plan accordingly and you will be fine, probably)

My wife and I are on a trip from Boston to Kansas City, almost reaching Pittsburgh - PA with only 100 miles left, when my car's engine warning light came on and it lost power, not going above 50 miles per hour. It was very difficult to make it to Pittsburgh. Early the next day, I looked for a Ford dealership with the best customer reviews and found Washington Ford in the city of Washington. I was first assisted by Cindy, who promptly helped me and made an effort to understand me (as I am from another country and my English is not good). They made the repair that needed to be done and then I headed back on the road. However, after driving 30 miles, my car began to lose power again, and I had to return to the dealership. This time, I went directly to the service manager, Mike, who also treated me with great respect and patience (also making an effort to understand me). Unfortunately, they couldn't solve my problem on the same day, so I had to stay overnight in the city. The next morning, I returned to the dealership and looked for Cindy again, who assisted me very well once more and explained that they found some more problems with my car. First, they replaced some cables, and if everything went well, my problem would be solved. And so it happened, they replaced some cables and my car started working normally again. I'm writing this text to deeply thank Cindy and Mike for their professionalism, patience, and empathy, as they treated me with respect and kindness despite the language barrier. I hope that these professionals will be recognized for the work they have done for me

The workers were great. They answered all of my questions quickly and were very knowledgeable. I had to bring my new car I purchased recently, in for it's first service. I had questions about the vehicle they answered. The receptionist provided tv and refreshments and a comfy lounge to wait in. I only had to wait 45 minutes for my car to be done. The place was so convenient and easy to get to from work. It was right off the highway. I did have to schedule an appointment online and it was a almost 2 weeks in advance, which gave me more than enough time to fit it in my work schedule. I will be back in the future.

Sold my son a wrecked truck several years ago. He found out it was wrecked but the carfax had not come through at the time of the sale. When we went back to ask about it and he was told sorry for your luck. I will never purchase another new or used vehicle from Washington Ford but their service department has always come through for me. 0 Stars for sales 5 Stars for service

I have been taking my Escape to Washington Ford since I bought it in 2018 and have used this dealership over the years when I have owned Fords. I have found them to be fair and timely with their work. I absolutely love how they will come and pick your car up and drop it off when it s done! A definite perk for me!

Just bought my first Ford F-150 absolutely beautiful!!Wanted to give a shout out to the whole team for making my wife and I feel like we were part of the family. I felt like this is the company I've bought every vehicle from. Wanted to give a huge shout out to my salesman "Big Bill" who was truly my favorite car salesman ever.I felt like I was dealing with one of my own brothers....accommodating and thoughtful for every thing I needed or even he thought I needed. First experience with a dealership that I had 0 issues with! Great service! I had to drop my car off the night before just for regular check up but had other concerns I needed looked at. They fixed them while it was there. I was not able to pick it up until late that night. Everything was inside as I was told it would be. Clear and open communication. Immediately responded to every message I sent. Andrea was a dream to deal with! Thank you for your great service and your team! I had also purchased my vehicle (2018 Ford escape from them a few months back) They were great to deal with then as well!
