Honda service is fantastic. Melissa is stellar! As always, my CR-V was serviced in a timely fashion, and Melissa explained every detail. Thanks so much!I highly recommend Honda service & Melissa in particular.BTW, I ve bought 4 Honda s there in the last 35 yrs!

Id say 5 stars..it was a great and very simplified process with great people but I'm a little disappointed. Bought a NEW car and realized next day there were no floor mats. I asked and got told sorry. Come on guys an item thats less than $100 at cost and ya can't give me a driver's seat mat on a $30k vehicle?

A great dealership to buy a car! Yvonne was amazing! She kept us updated throughout the process, answered a million questions, and was overall a delight to deal with. Amanda was a pro at the financing and paperwork, even dealing with a few hurdles during the process. Zach, the manager, was super helpful making sure we were able to get the car in time for a vacation. And, the service department worked hard to have the car beautiful for us. By the way, the whole deal was made via email, phone calls, and texts. Superb service! Thank you!

So far , every experience i have had with them has been great. They went above and beyond to get me approved for the car I wanted, and when I had any issues the team and managers all worked together to help me. They are not your typical, high pressure sales team. They are friendly. And Knowledgeable, and will treat you with respect .

Took almost 2 weeks to try and buy a Hyundais Tucson after getting approved for the loan. Kept getting off the wall reasons as to why the car wasn t ready for pick up. Ended up leaving and going to the Hyundai dealership in Greensburg where I found the same year Tucson fully loaded with the same miles for the same price! Was in and out in 2.5 hrs with the vehicle!!! Jesse over at the Greensburg location was amazing! Check them out!

after raising this issue, the new service manager called me to say that Washington Auto mall will service this for me at their cost. I appreciate that response. then the service manager got changed and they reneged their offer.

I bought a new Honda CR-V here and it was one of the best experiences I ever had buying a new vehicle in my 15+ new vehicle purchases. Will definitely buy here again.

After inquiring about a vehicle, I was told they do not sell vehicles out of their district. I live 3 hours from the dealership, and I stated I was going to be in the area for other business. The reason given was they do not have enough cars for their clientele. This makes no sense as I would have been their "clientele" had they taken the time to sell me the car. Don't waste your time with Washington Honda.

I havent bought a car from them but I have purchased parts and dealt with the service department. Everyone there is so friendly. The mechanics are well mannered and knowledgeable, the service writers are very polite, the gentlemen in the parts department are efficient and easy to work with, the cashiers are friendly, and the salesmen are polite and recognize me even though I haven't bought a car from them. Overall the best dealership environment I've dealt with as a consumer. My next car may not be from them, but I will certainly stop by to look, as it just might.

Never had such a bad service experience as what we had at Hyundai. Completely took advantage of a elderly handicapped widow to make a few bucks. The management team at the Hyundai service center are unqualified, disorderly and careless. Terrible service, very unfortunate for the Hyundai name.

Washington Hyundai and Honda are a complete joke. Good luck getting anyone on the phone ever. Seriously unprofessional, would not recommend any of these places to my worst enemy!

Went to the Hyundai dealership & rode thru the lot several times looking for a Kona. When I stopped in to speak to a person. The only Kona they had was the Ironman Edition on display - in the showroom. No test drive. I didn't realize they were ready to close. I was ushered to a young lady, gave her my info & the car I was looking for & ZERO. NO follow-up, phone calls, texts ZERO --- until the last day of the month. Amazing. When they called I happened to be doing my closing paperwork on my new Kona SEL at Straub Hyundai in Tridelphia. I had contacted Straub the day following my dismissal at Washington Auto Mall.They had several Konas in stock & got to test drive one immediately. I wanted a specific color with tech package. Rare, at best. The sales manager tracked one down within 48 hours, sent me a quote, & had it delivered to the dealership. I could have picked it up 5 days earlier than I did, but my work schedule conflcted.THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best!I too am in sales. Communication is vital. My lease was almost up. I was anxious to find THE CAR which now sits in my driveway! Washington is more convenient mile wise than WV, but I cannot express how well I was treated at the OTHER dealership. I got immediate call backs & updates. All concerns & questions addressed & left there with the intention of referring several of my co-workers who are now actively car shopping.This story ends with this advice:THE CAR that you want is out there - somewhere. Deal with the dealership that will look for it!

Had my honda accord coupe in for service, very friendly and helpful, work done was perfect, spoke with John and Eric of questions and they provided me with all the information I asked,did a complete inspection of my vehicle,best service I've ever had, they will be taking care of my honda until I purchase another one, and my purchase will be at this dealership!!
