Very friendly staff, but they tried to charge me $5600 for brakes, tires, and an alignment. The local shop I ended up using with all top of the line tires and parts was $2200 for everything. You expect to pay a bit more at a dealership, but that is crazy.

It was awesome. Everyone was practicing social distancing. They sanitized my car before they got in and made sure my loaner was sanitized after they got out and I got in. My service advisor Matt is nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Most importantly I never feel he is trying to drive up the price of my bill.

Stopped by earlier this week because my low oil light came on and the service techs provided immediate help while I scheduled an oil change for today. Could not be happier with all the help I received the other day and today. My car was ready in a timely manner and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly.

This is usually an exceptional service department but recently I was disappointed.When I paid for my inspection and oil change, I mentioned I usually get coupons for these services. I checked online but there were no coupons for these services. JR Ramirez, Service Advisor, mentioned that I might have received the coupons in the mail. I immediately went home, found the coupon, and immediately returned to JR with the coupon. He said it was too late to apply the coupon. Come on! I was there only a half hour earlier paying for the service and now it's too late??? That's very poor customer service. I left the coupon with JR, he wrote my service number on it and said he "will present it to his manager and see what he could do." I have not heard back since then.
