Recently, my windshield cracked really badly from a huge rock that hit my Jeep on the interstate. The guys here at Safelite did an extremely good job taking care of the job and I'm glad that they worked with my insurance to help out.They work they did was exceptional and I was able to drive it again within the next day. I really appreciated how they explained everything really well throughout the whole process.

They were told to not put the windows down because the tint was just installed and they put them down. They can't follow instructions and are very rude!!!

I came in for a chip repair and they broke my windshield trying to repair the chip and then charged 374.88 for the repair. When I tried to call the office on Jefferson Ave in Washington there was no way to reach a live human being.

Got in quickly. One large chip successfully repaired as quoted. You can barely tell where it was! Great alternative to total windshield replacement for nearly $1700 and a trip back to the dealer for safety equipment recalibration. Thank you Safelite.

So I took my car to Safelite Autoglass out in Washington PA cause I could get a real good price so it was worth it. Me and Kimberly Sue English-Harms got there at 4 o'clock and they said it will be ready at 5. So we came back at 5 and they waived me in. they found one little pinhole of rust in the corner of it and they said sorry, can't install a new one cause of insurance purposes. Thank God my wife was there or I would of been stranded. The big wig managers where there and seen it and shut down the job. They closed up shop and made me leave. I got a text to be there at 8:00 the next morning to try to cut out the spot and weld it with a welding rig, which I didn't really want to bother anyone. They said I couldn't put rust preventive and jb weld it to fill the void cause thier glue wont stick to JB weld (which is a lie cause I checked online) So we drove back up this morning. Only the tech was there and I leveled with him and said look man, we gotta figure out a solution to this problem. I got him to sell me a new windshield so I would already have one to come home and have somone put in.So I had to pull the car out, go get windshield glue, and tack the old windshield back in to get it towed home cause they won't tow your vehicle without a windshield. Made it home, Called a local shop in Wierton called All Glass they said bring it over, we fix what safelite can't fix all the time. As i drove over to there the windshield was creeking and slowly cracking as I drove so I had to go super slow, and passes 2 cops (thank God they where nice enough not to pull me over). All Glass got me in right away and it was done in a hour with no problems. So be warned, never take a older vehicle to a Safelite Center, it may get impounded! lol All for a WV inspection sticker.

I had an appointment with a 4 hour time window. When nobody showed up, I was given an excuse of people calling off that day and was given a second time window. No one bothered to call to let me know during my original time that there was any issue, so they just let me sit around waiting for them for no reason.

Made a claim on the windshield of my 16 Fusion due to a chip that turned into a pretty bad crack, and these guys got the job done in less than 24 hours. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, they got me in the next day, and had my car done in just over an hour. Their staff is highly experienced and polite, and it shows in the efficiency of their work.If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Great place to take your car to if you ever need any window repair/replacement! Thanks guys!

They got me right in at my appointment time for a chip repair. 30 minutes later my car was ready to go. Sign up for the text alerts and it ll let you know when your vehicle is being started on and then when it s finished.

The staff were very nice. My complaint is that they pulled my windshield out only to tell me they could not repair it due to rust on the pinch welds (not even that bad of rust) it could ve been so bad for me if it wasn t for my family to come get me from there. I just put in about $800 dollars into so I could pass inspection.. It isn t right they can just take my windshield off and then say whoops we can t do anything to fix this have it towed to an auto body I have a daughter I depend on that car to get to work and take my daughter to daycare. This was so bad for me and my family and I m still not over it. But again the staff were very nice and polite. I m just so frustrated.

The job was done well and quickly, which made it very convenient. My only complaint comes with the online quote and appointment scheduling. It is kind of clunky feeling and the actual price paid in person is a bit higher than quoted even though I put in the make and model of my car. Overall it is a good place to get a quick windshield replacement if needed.

The technicians at Safelite refused to replace my windshield because they found the thinnest layer of surface rust at the top corner of my windshield. If you plan to take your car there, be aware that they may find any reason to refuse service.

Very friendly customer service. I waited with my vehicle and the time quoted was spot on (1hr-1.5hr). I also had my dash camera connected to my windshield and the tech rehooked/hid all the wires and put new sticky tape on for me. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend.

This shop has it together. At first I had trouble getting in touch witha human. You call and a recorded message comes on telling you to book or schedule online. We'll I am driving delivering a load to PA. A rock hit my windshield and cracked it really bad. I finally got In touch with frank in Washington,PA. He actually ordered the windshield (they had one in Cleveland) after doing all the research to find the proper one believe it or not there are almost 5 windshields that come for a 2021 ram! I was super nervous because after waiting 3 days in PA what if it didn't fit or it was the wrong One? No worries it was the correct one. They opened right on time and honored my appointment. The put a protector on my seat and returned the truck exactly the way it was. By that I mean they didn't move my seat or mess with my fridge that lives in where the passenger seat was.Very Clean and very proffessional. Couple of days later back In texas I took a closer look at the trim around the windshield and found everything in place and tight as it should be. Amazing. I really don't like anybody working on my truck. But this was a great experience. I recommend this shop. Talk to frank he will take care of you. The same foes for the rest of the staff. I heard them talking to other customers and they were proffesional and respectful. Keep up the good work.Thank you for getting me on the road again!

Busted my Ford F-150 windshield. They got me in the next day. Had my window fixed in a little over an hour. Also installed new wipers I had bought somewhere else. Gave them my insurance info they took care of the rest.

Second visit was successful. Although nothing was explained to me as I left their shop, once I got on the phone with the manager and my insurance company, I was told the seal on the windshield needed "a few days" to properly set. Sure enough, it did. No problems now.

Would give less if I could. We traveled a total of 60 miles back and forth and wasted an afternoon only to have Safelite tell us they didn't have the correct windshield in stock. This was after we checked with them the day before and the day of the repair.

Great experience!! I stopped in because of a ding in my windshield and a person named Greg walked me through my options and helped with the insurance info as well. Got fixed the very next day. He was awesome!

They did a fantastic job on my windshield replacement. They were very careful to keep the car interior clean. They basically left no trace of the replacement; I hope to never need another windshield, but I d go here if I do.

A complete shame I can not call and speak to a human being at the location. I have a fleet of trucks that I want to give them the business to repair but I cannot get to a person to discuss my needs. Absolutely ridiculous.

First experience with winshield replacement. I originally scheduled online not realizing that this would require pretty much an all day wait time. The guys were extremely helpful and moved some things around to get me in and out within an hour! They explained everything to me about what to do and not do. I would highly recommend this safelite.

Had my vehicle for 10 years with no leaks. They changed my windshield and my car was flooded!! They claim it was not the windshield... just a coincidence. They unhappily reinstalled the windshield and the leaking stopped, but the water damage is still there. Never using them again!!

This Safelite was absolutely amazing! Great service and wonderful employees. The work they did was quick and perfect! They all were great with my two little boys that my husband and I brought with us.. I think the best part was when they asked me about my Afghanistan sticker on my back windshield. I told them I served in OEF/OIF to which the gentleman they thanked me and gave me a Safelite coin (those of you that don't understand why I was excite about a coin, it's a military thing)!! Thanks Washington PA Safelite! We will be sending service your way!

They advertise installing windshields in all makes and models but they wouldnt install in my 1986 gmc. Plus you cant get thru with a phone call .What good are all their commercials if you cant get any help from them?

I had a new windshield put in my crown Victoria I thought I was having an issue with windshield wipers it ended up that they installed a windshield with a flat spot on it the wipers went right over top of it and never touched it I changed wipers five times finally went to the Ford garage and they told me I had a faulty windshield

I recently had my windshield replaced at the Washington, PA location. When they were done it looked mint and performed like oem quality. No rattles, nor has any water has gotten through.
