I was traveling to Philadelphia PA from Columbus OH for Easter weekend & my SUV broke down Thurs p.m.. I found a Hampton Inn in Washington PA and had my car towed there. RUSTY'S was listed as a AAA approved repair shop and I AM SO LUCKY I FOUND THIS SHOP!! On a full booked Good Friday they were able to fit me in, replace a waterpump that blew and have me on my way by 4p.m. The customer service was above & beyond, Fair pricing and would recommend to anyone local or if you find yourself in a jam like I was. 100% satisfied and THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I can t say enough good things about Rusty s!!! I was on a trip from North Carolina to Canada and about 1 1/2 hrs into my trip my air conditioning broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. I had scheduled a stay at the Hampton Inn nearby so I searched for a local mechanic and found Rusty s. I called them that evening expecting to get an answering machine but I got a live person and spoke to him! I knew it would be difficult for them to squeeze me in but he said to bring the car in and they would at least check it out. So I did. They were very professional and explained the different things it could be. I left the car with them and they gave me a ride back to the hotel. It turned out to be the compressor, so I had to stay an extra night, because they needed to overnight the part, but I didn t mind at all. The next day they got it all fixed up and I was on my way again! Just want to say Thank You to Keith, Dave, Rachel, and all the rest of the guys I didn t get to meet! You folks are the best!!!

We use Rusty's for all of our vehicles' inspections, general repairs and most recently for sensor issues on our truck. Scheduling has been easy and convenient, communication is constant, and all repairs and costs have been explained before any work has been done. All of the employees have been friendly, easy to talk to and respectful of our vehicles. Rusty s is a great company to deal with. I have had my vehicle repaired there they do great work. They are reasonable in price and honest with you with all the repairs. There towing is on point I use them for are business all the time. They are fast and direct with picking the vehicles up and delivering them. Called Rusty s because I totally forgot when my inspection/ emissions ran out and only had a few days to get it done. They were excellent with working me into their schedule before the month ended. During the services I was informed I needed rear breaks. Their prices were very reasonable and they were able to complete the work the same day. This kept me from experiencing delays is getting my vehicle back or having to schedule a second appointment with them or somewhere else. They also worked with me to make my payment over the phone so I could pick my vehicle up after their normal business hours. If you re looking for top notch service for you vehicle don t hesitate to give Rusty s call.

I spent almost a year looking for the right garage to work on my trucks when a good friend recommended Rusty s. Keith and his staff go above and beyond to keep my vehicles on the road and running safely. We are governed under FMSCA DOT so things have to be done the right way He and his staff make sure it s done correctly. I also trust his staff with my personal vehicles as well. Jess helped me out with a flat tire today. They did so quickly and rolled with the punches of loading the car up on 79 during rush hour. She was also very pleasant and made an inconvenient situation easier.

Keith and his mechanics are the best around especially if you have a fleet. I have a construction company and keith takes care of all my trucks. They are very honest and always on time. I broke down on a Sunday morning still 4 hours from home. The tie rod broke on my truck. I had to get a hotel for the night. On Monday morning I called several places, but every one was busy despite my unfortunate situation. Finally I called Rusty s and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road to home. I thought for sure I was going to pay dearly. I was really really surprised!! I got a really fair price, I absolutely did not get cheated. It was a very good experience.

Keith and Rachel were awesome - I had a really messy situation with someone renting my car and not returning and they worked for over a day to find a time and coordinate from across the country with me a safe way to get my car towed and impounded safely. Really appreciate their hard work!

This is the only place I will take my vehicles! Prices are fair and issues always get fixed. They get my vehicles done in a timely manner and doesn t mind answering all of my questions. They took care of me ASAP and even asked if I needed a ride. They would have brought out a more accommodating truck if that were the case ! They were timely. I have used them in the past and if I'd ever need a tow again there would b no question that I'd call them again !!!!
