I ve have made my last few vehicle purchases at Premiere Auto Sales. A truck for my business, a SUV for daily life and a compact sedan for my oldest daughter. I could not be more happy with how all of these purchases went. This place is very nice and well organized. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The process with purchasing and lending was easy and relatively quick. I got a good loan rate and purchased additional warranties they offered. Very happy with my experiences at Premiere. I have and will be recommending them to friends and family in the years to come.

I absolutely loved Mike. I didn t have to ask him for anything. He handled everything on his own and got my sorry credit approved I would definitely buy from them again.

Mike was absolutely fantastic in my need for a vehicle. Went in at 4pm met with him, test drove two vehicles and found one I wanted. We did application for financing at 430pm and the next day at 1030am I was told by Mike I was approved with a payment lower than I originally asked and with no down payment needed. Arrived at office the whole experience took less than 30 mins of paperwork and was on the road by 1115! Mike and his team are excellent and are so wanting to help you get into a vehicle that you can afford! Thanks Mike!

I'm 52. I've bought hundreds of vehicles throughout my life. Been to alot of car lots. Met a ton of car salesman. Steve Lubozynski was a great experience. I got a great deal. This is my second vehicle I've bought from him. This guy is the best. Steve was honest, extremely fair; he even drove me to drop off my rental! Plussss..oh the best part, I was in and out in a 2 hrs 15 mins... Love Premier Auto.

Good place to good a solid used vehicle. They did a great job in not making it a high pressure sales process and were very clear with pricing of the vehicle we purchased. We also got what we we wanted for our trade-in. Mike was easy to work with and the process was quick.

Had a great experience dealing with Steve and Matt. Definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a vehicle. One of the places you can still find a manual transmission. Love my 6spd turbo. Not specifying make and model cuz nuna biz.

I had my vehicle for a year and 5 months. To be honest, it ran great sounded great but it was in the shop ALOT (like every other month)and the warranty I purchased (their best package) actually was used for all of its value plus. Unfortunately I did not get a reliable car. I'm known to take very good care of my vehicles. I no longer have this vehicle and decided to trade it in due to its unreliability. I drove it off their lot July of 2022 and I am just happy to finally be rid of the car. More trouble than it was worth. Make sure you recheck the carfax yourself, I feel like I got a condensed version and if i had known i probably wouldnt of purchased the vehicle.Hope this helps.

These people are very good to get you the car you need with no pressure to buy. It's a very pleasant atmosphere & they make sure any concerns are addressed. They helped me get the car I wanted....even with bad credit & very little money down. I'll be a customer with them for life. I'm very happy with the purchase of my 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid

I stopped by to see if the guys would be interested in trading my new Corolla for a 2017 Escape on lot (crazy proposition, but I love that Escape lol). Steve was super nice and accommodating. I love these guys and they never put pressure on you and they are always honest. I ve gotten multiple cars from them before and I m sure I will again in the future. Unfortunately the appetite for the Corolla wasn t there being basically brand new and what I was asking for it, but I ll still easily recommend them for anybody looking for a great deal on used vehicles.Edit - the next day Steve indeed gave me a call and I now have the Escape I wanted! Amazing service and courtesy from the staff!

I've purchased 3 vehicles from the team at Premiere Auto, and there's a reason why I keep returning. The staff is friendly, helpful, informative, and they work to get you the best price. The cars are top notch, priced competitively, and I've never had any issues with them. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!

Kudos to Mike!!!! a few weeks ago i was on a hunt for a new car with me being a single mother i really didnt have much to work with but when i tell you mike helped me by making sure me & my 3 kids left with a vehicle even though it it took a few hours mike did not give up on us finally i got the car i wanted and it drives immaculate! thank you mike and all that you do im am very grateful.so moral of the story is if you are looking for a good car premier auto is the place to go!

Steve was great. Have a good value on our trade before we made the 3 hour trip and made sure to hold the vehicle we were traveling to look at. Very upfront and not pushy, which we appreciated greatly. Would definitely do business with them again!

Steve and the guys at Premiere made my first ever vehicle buying experience absolutely amazing! I traveled 3 hours to come down here and they were so accommodating, did everything they could to make my purchase work out even after a bit of a hiccup with the insurance. My van is super clean and absolutely beautiful!I HIGHLY recommend working with these gentlemen, they are just awesome people!

We had an agreement on the price of the truck (which was their asking price) and the appointment was made, he called me back an hour later to tell me that someone had offered five thousand dollars over their asking price, and wanted to give me the opportunity to match or offer even more maybe? The price of the truck was KBB fair market value, which was displayed right in their own Facebook marketplace ad. The ad was taken down immediately after that. It's just very dishonorable and unprofessional to do something like that.

This car dealership is located about 45 minutes from my residence. I am very sad to say they did nothing to work with my husband and I on purchasing a vehicle. We were interested in a vehicle and contacted them. We were going to make a cash sale. We ask for them to negotiate the price and was told they don't do that because then that is considered discrimination. So then when I agreed and told the manager I could understand that and ask them about what time they close so I could come in and purchase the vehicle, mind you driving 45 minutes away, I was told I had to be there by 4:15 at the latest. I explained that I am a working women and would not be able to make that time as I do not get off work until 3. I was told that many of people take off work to buy a vehicle. Talk about discrimination? So your discriminating against the working women. It is what it is, they didn't want to put in much effort to make the sell. I wont give money to people who do not put in effort to get the money.Per your response, I would like to inform you that I am giving you a one-star review because of your lack of ability to maintain a respectful, successful customer service. People look forward to great customer service, which yours is clearly lacking thereof. No, we were not approved, unfortunately that happens. However, I told you of a business where I know 100 percent hands down, I would be approved, and they would hand me cash on the spot. Sadly, because YOU could not approve me, you had brushed me off and moved on to the next. Regardless of how I had the cash in my hand, it was cash in hand for you and you just openly admitted to not accepting me as a customer and working with me coming to purchase a vehicle after 4 because you could not get me approved yourself and I would have been getting my money elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service, everyone can clearly see the unprofessional response you had given me. I do not feel bad for not getting approved at all. I do not have to get approved to know myself worth, but your passive aggressive response was cute, I am glad all your non-future customers can see. I am more than pleased to advertise this on all social media platforms as well. Thank you for saving us from the biggest mistake of our lives by purchasing a vehicle from you. Have a great day!

Steve was a pleasure to work with. Being 4 hrs. away, we were hesitant to move forward with the purchase. Steve provided add'l photos as requested and promptly answered all of our questions. When we arrived, the dealership had all paperwork ready and the process could not have gone smoother. After returning home had a couple "minor issues" with the truck which Premiere helped us out with. Fair pricing, excellent communication. Overall, a very good buying experience.

No class operation. I live over an hour away but was extremely interested in a listing for what I considered the perfect jeep for me that I found late on Friday. Immediately called them and come to find out they are only open until 5p or 6p during the week, AND not on Saturdays, AND that I would need to be on premises by 3pm any given day to allow them time without them having to work over. So considering I work a full time day job that was challenging. Nevertheless I called the salesperson 3 times in 2 business days to express interest and say I was going to take time off work to drive there on a Tuesday afternoon (the soonest I could) and potentially purchase the vehicle. Monday afternoon I confirmed I would be arriving Tuesday around 1:30pm, and was still told to call when I was leaving on Tuesday. After looking forward to potentially purchasing this almost "tailor-made" jeep overnight, when I called to confirm I was actually en route Tuesday morning I was told the jeep was sold. That was dirty and classless considering I had started my pursuit of the jeep 4 days earlier and the only reason I could not make it there was because of THEIR limitations. I was prepared to go there Saturday right after I found the listing, but nope not open. Maybe I dodged a bullet. Guess that is what you get dealing with an operation like this and no brand anyone cares about protecting.

Wow - just wow. Worked with Matt to complete a sale from out of state, he had the exact truck I was looking for. He allowed shipping, met with my shipper as scheduled, and went above and beyond. When the truck had an unforeseen repair needed, he stood by the warranty - and made sure the repair was complete. Thanks, Matt, truly appreciate your service and my new ride

I want to share a review from the other side of the business. I have been working with Kevin for over 3 months servicing his vehicles and I must say, at NO point has he ever asked for a short cut or to skip a repair on a vehicle. We check them top to bottom very thoroughly to ensure he is selling the car in its best condition possible so I can say this, there may have been problems in the past but with Kevin there.. You can be assured he made every effort to sell you a decent vehicle without hiding anything or clearing any codes. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism this entire company shows, and the support of other small businesses within the community.
