Not helpful, had them check my engine light.. the one kid didn t know anything and the other guy was too busy to help me. Made misogynistic remarks as well Tried ordering the part but again, the kid had no idea what he was doing and the other wouldn t help.Never coming back here. Give your business to ANYONE else, especially if you re a woman.Just disgusting.

Nice parking lot. Good selection of part items. Tools and equipment. I was able to get wiper blades to fit my Subaru. They brought down parts from another store the same day. Very quick getting parts delivered. This place will find parts to fit feign and domestic vehicles. The wipers were OE fit. No adaptors. The people working here are very knowledgeable. They will dive in and dig around looking for parts for you. I looked around and the prices are a one stop deal. Reasonable prices. You will leave knowing that you can afford things to up keep your vehicle.

Counter person (Eddie) was rude & unwilling to help over the phone and equally unhelpful once I got to the store. I will say, previous experiences at other O'Reilly Auto stores I've been to over the past 15 years were great. I'll just avoid this particular store.

Wouldn't refund core charge because my debit card on file was stolen and I had to replace it. Since I had a new card they told me I was out of luck, then the guy replied rude and also lied to customer service and said he spoke to the store manager. I was standing right there, he never spoke to anyone. I switched to O'Reillys because customer service in store in Freeport, PA. This store caused me to return to Autozone because of poor customer service and a lying representative. Stay away from this type of store or you may get burned too.

O'Reilly Auto Parts visit once again was good. Store employees know a lot and when there don't know he asked others and got my auto repair issue resolved. Good place to get your auto parts from.

If you have an older ford they generally have electrical parts in stock, which is extremely helpful sometimes

How is a company suppose to get parts if they can't pay for it over the phone with a business card when they don't accept that. They just lost business to Advance Auto cause they will.

Have bought many parts from here. Yesterday I ordered an o2 sensor that they said would be at store by 10:00 am on Friday and it was.

Got a new alternator at a good price. Please remember there is a core charge so bring the old alternator.

Was not pleased. The part I took back was purchased in April and I wanted in store credit which the manager disputed. So the credit card it was bought from was credited.
