I know one of the reviews says this is a guys place... But these guys treat us gals wonderful. Bruce was insanely patient with me and I appreciate that greatly. He got me the absolutely best price for an awesome battery 90 dollars LESS than any other parts store I called. The warrenty was great tooThe service is TOP NOTCH, we will be back!

1st it's in Washington pa. Bought a battery that was Napa brand worse battery ever had 2 year warranty. So battery in was still in warranty by 6 months yes the battery only lasted 18 months aka year and half.Joe Biden voting manager Brian wouldn't cover it because, Napa wouldn't cover there piece of suit brand battery because obviously customer service went away with the wind when his life Ling hero joe Biden made it into office. All heck supporting small business if they don't take care customers. Thanks again Brian

Traditional /Old school auto parts store with machine shop in basement. The counter guys are friendly and know what they are doing! Unlike the national chain store auto parts stores in town with the only parts they offer are over priced Chinese junk. Along with counter men that don't really know to much about autoparts or cars/trucks.

Needed a power brake booster for a 44 year old truck. Looked on line because of it's age, could not find one anywhere. I didn't think I could find one local. These guys came through for me. Had it the next day. And at a fair price. Started coming here with my Dad almost 50 years ago. Excellent staff, always great service. Easy in and out location.

Well I have to tell you this is the last old time auto/truck parts store's in Washington Pa, the counter people actually want you to leave the store happy with the right parts! They are really mechanical and know what the part actually does , very helpful and they are friendly. Other places if you don't have a serial number or the old part your in trouble. The prices are comparable to the other stores. So stop in and give them a try, they are not perfect but excellent comes to mind. That's my 2 cents

Employees have attitude and don't care if you come back or not. Had to buy a complete caliper for one component but was told too late that core had to be returned in original box. I'm going to end up throwing away an 80% complete core. My business goes elsewhere now and they could care less. I worked for years in the business but not with rude, crude characters like these. Good place to teach your kids profanity.

If you have ever felt anxiety from having to go somewhere that only the pros go and having to deal with the counter person that doesn't have time for the amateur then you will know exactly what it feels like to walk into Smith's. They will get you what you need and will have a reasonable price for it but don't expect to make a new best friend here. These guys are professional focused and seem to be annoyed when I ask for something from an old jalopy that is in the shop. When I am shopping around looking for the obscure part I always finish the hunt at Smith's cause they usually have what I need.

Our son (active duty military) was traveling back to his home from visiting us and had an issue with his alternator. These people helped him so he could continue on his journey. Thanks to them for all the help. Great service.

So unfortunately my husband has to use this particular NAPA for his business currently. But I was very disappointed in the unprofessional staff! Stood there for 2 mins with only one other customer in the building with employees just b.sing. F word was used multiple times. Building could use quite some work. It was disorganized and messy. Just overall irritated with this particular NAPA as far as being professional by any means. Certainly can do better.

After being told by the folks working at both Advance and Auto Zone that they didn't have the part I was looking for (one guy at Auto Zone was actually drooling on the counter while he pretended to look for said part), I hauled ass to NAPA in the West End and alas, the guys had it. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what I needed, but the guys took their time (they had officially closed 10 mins prior) to steer me in the direction of the specifically generic part (I know, makes no sense). They're knowledgeable counter help and willingness to help me are the reason that I'll gladly give my money to them and not the morons at the other places.Thanks guys.

They sand blasted and baked my wheels to prep for paint at a very reasonable cost. I will be back here when I start my next project. It's so nice to be able to walk into a old school parts store love it !

I have to admit something for the last 10 years the only place we would go was Auto Zone, mainly because I always forget about Smith's and their hours can be tricky. But from now on I will definitely be a loyal customer of Smith's they were able to get the part we needed no problems!!! I don't know what has happened at Auto Zone but they don't have the parts we need, and I don't know anyone who works there anymore and there's only a couple guys that know what they are doing!!! That to me is very frustrating.....you wouldn't have a dentist cut your hair!!! So Smith's it will be from now on!!!

Went in to buy a extension cord first thing in the morning.stood at the counter for 10min while 3 people stood behind the counter bullshiting.they never stopped to cash me out or even ask if I needed help.finally a guy came in the front door clocked in and cashed me out

I wanted to follow up on my review, for the past year or so I have used this store alot, I called not to long ago and they placed me on hold, they didnt actually have me on hold and I hurd the staff member call me a name! Besides this incident the rest of time with have been great!

Always have what we need and still put fittings on hoses which is nice alot of places don't do that anymore.

Has hard to find parts for older vehicles and has a machine shop in the basement, that you can get rotors turned down, and heads shaved among other things. Great staff

They always have everything you need the workers there do their best to get you in and out and they are definitely cheaper than Advance Auto or AutoZone
