Staff at Mr. Tire in Washington, PA were friendly and took time to discuss the indication for and cost of services my car needed before asking me to go ahead with the services. I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I needed the first time I called. They seemed honest and trustworthy and I would definitely return when my car needs service in the future.

Jenn is awesome. She is friendly, and attentive to your concerns. She got me a discount on my tires. The service was quick and accurate. The prices and services were upfront, honest, and fair! I'd recommend to my friends. Thanks for an unrivaled guest service experience.

Drop your car off. If you wait it will be a long time. Took them a total of 3:30 to do my tires. As far as the tires and installation goes, they did a good job. More expensive than other tire places I ve been too.

The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful! The entire staff is friendly! I had an issue with my tire and it was dealt with very quickly and they got me back on the road and on my way! I would highly recommend!

Very nice shop, They've a large selection of tires. They seem to cost a little more.but i called 5 other shops, all the big ones, and none of them could fix/ replace my leaking valve stem on the same day while i wait.i called these guys. Bam, they said well get you right in, no wait. That's worth the little extra $ to me.OH -Bonus- also the manager and the shop guys were real personable easy to talk with.

Around 8am, checked online and made a drop off reservation for the morning. Took my car in around 10am and had a call before noon that I was ready to go. Fun, friendly service. Inspection, oil change, and alignment. Not my first time with these guys and definitely won't be the last!

Had a 9AM appointment. They got me in on time and said the service would be about 2 hours. Service was completed on time and very professionally done. Ben and his staff are competent and very professional. I highly recommend this place for automotive service!

Had a tire issue after running over some wood on the expressway. Called 7 or 8 tire places in Washington and the only one to even answer the phone was Ben at Mr. Tire. I'm so glad I ended up there - super friendly staff! I ended up having a second hole in the same tire which I only discovered the next morning when my pressure sensor came on, and they were able to fit me in even though it was really busy. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my Ford Fusion. My low tire pressure light and TPMS light were on. I had just had the tires replaced at another shop and all 4 TPMS sensors as well. After leaving the other shop, my TPMS light was still on and I had a tire vibration at highway speeds. I called Mr. Tire and spoke to Brad. It was memorial day but he told Me to come right in. As soon as I pulled in I was written up and my car went in immediately to be looked at. Technician Chuck diagnosed and corrected my problem. He found all 4 of my tires needed rebalanced and that the TPMS system needed reprogrammed. He performed the tire rebalance and reprogrammed the TPMS system. Even though I didn't buy my tires there, I was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I will never use anyone else from now on for any of my tire needs and will recommend Mr. Tire and it's staff to all I can. Thank you guys, you are the best in my eyes and deserve a much higher review than 5 stars.

I needed my Land Rover rear wiper replaced in a jiffy and I had already purchased the replacement part so the Manager Emmitt diligently performed the service. I'm so happy that I can see clearly out of my window

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Ben is incredibly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and they're a very skilled team who I feel complete trust in. They've quickly become the place that I want to bring my car to for everything that needs done from now on.

I love Mr. Tire! I was home on leave for a little bit & desperately needed new rear tires. They got the tires I needed on Friday night & met my requested appointment time on Saturday morning. Their customer service is great, their technician skilled & prices fair. I strongly recommend Mr. Tire.

I ve been to Mr. Tire several times now and it s been a pleasure working with them. Cody was very courteous and friendly. He was professional and very respectful. He gave me recommendations and their prices are very competitive with the other local shops. I was very satisfied with the work done. Emit, the manager was extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. The knowledge he has of the cars that come in is incredible and he is very good at explaining the service and cost breakdown. TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!

I'm giving 1 star because 5 months ago I got an alignment and they told me "you also can come back 1 time before 6 months if you run into any curbs potholes anything really and we'll give you another alignment free" (said the Petite alternative girl) Joe was sitting right at that desk engaged in the conversation I was very happy said cool ty and left. Well 2 days ago I walked in after work to set up an appointment for my free alignment she's the one at the register 4 PM 5 PM she sets me up for Friday I come in Friday Joe the "whoa whoa hold up" guy with the attitude wants to charge me a $157 tried to tell me they never said any of that and that they only said 4 months and something alot less than what was originally said. DON'T GO THERE THEYRE LIARS! They're scammers and they do a great job of it.

We were greeted the moment we entered. I explained what my vehicle was doing. They performed a complementary inspection and suggested a fix. Everything was completed in a timely manner. They didn t try to push any other services. Truly some of the best staff we have encountered. A++

We re not from the area and I was so grateful to have found Mr Tire! The staff was very helpful and patient, even though it was almost closing time. They were able to carefully patch the hole in our tire from running over a nail. I knew we needed this issue taken care of before driving on the highway the next day. Thanks for your professionalism and care in helping to keep our family safe!

Ben and the staff were polite and great. I brought my SUV in that was just purchased Certified New in to get a PA inspection >8000 miles. When I was leaving, I was told there were scratches in the leather steering wheel. I haven't driven the SUV more than 1000 miles and the seat was fully back and steering fully forward. I believe it was scratched as the tech was entering the vehicle.My experience before was fast and very courteous.

Had to get an oil change done as my present had ran out and the dealer was full and had no appointments for 2 weeks and i was about to leave on a trip. Called and they were able to get me in the same day and was supper quick! Would recommend to anyone!

I went in for an oil change and realized they also did state inspections, they were able to add that on and get me going in a very reasonable amount of time. The manager ,Ben, was very personable and courteous, a pleasure to talk with. Not only did they save me another trip but also at a very reasonable price.. I highly recommend and will definitely go back !

I had to get all new tires. The manager helped find the most affordable quality tires, ordered them and got me in within 2 days. My car was ready in an hour for pick up, from when I dropped it off. They were super helpful and friendly. 10/10 will be coming back for my automotive needs. Thanks guys!

Mr. Emmett the new manager is fantastic. He was very nice and respectful. Him and his team got my car fixed and ready to go in a timely manner. Any questions I had Emmett was able to answer and explain to me. Excellent service! I recommend this Mr. Tire to anyone in the Washington area. Quick, Thorough, and Great Service. :)

Steve made me an offer I seriously couldn t refuse! Came in well below any other offers. And while they were changing the back tires, caught that my back brakes were really bad (the mechanic that had done my inspection several months previous told me they were going to have to be taken care of soon so I know it was true). So I got them done at the same time. They definitely worked for my business, followed through with excellent service, and now are keeping my business!
