Excellent service! The waiting area is the cleanest auto shop I've ever seen!Midas gives you an over view of what your vehicle need for inspection along with pictures! Highly recommended!

Good garage to take your car to. Knowledge mechanics, fair prices, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend Jason to fix your car at the Washington shop. Best mechanic in the shop!

Definitely not happy that it took 2 hours to just pull my car into the bay (and I had an appointment), then waited another hour almost for a inspection . All I wanted was new rear brakes, which will probably be another hour. They seem nice enough, I guess we will see what kind of work they did. I m not sure I ll come back or recommend them to anyone at this point.Edit - it took 4.5 hours

Been to this location a few times and service has always been great. Scheduled online to have inspection/emissions, oil change and tire pressure sensor replaced today. Scheduled for 12pm, got there 10 mins early. 12:45pm rolls around and still my car is in the parking lot. Only 1 bay has a car in it (3 bays open). One tech is sitting drinking an energy drink, the other is walking around doing who knows what, and the guy that mans the customer service desk is sitting at a computer playing on his phone. I understand I don t have the slightest knowledge about how an auto shop operates but it was quite obvious they don t have the leadership they did on my previous visits when things were more efficient. At the very least come let me know what s going on because I m not trying to make a simple oil change and inspection at Midas an all day affair. I finally just asked for my keys back and left. I hope they get whatever service issues they have fixed because like I stated, in the past this has been a great place to have minor repairs done.

New to the area and needed my car inspected. Came in having scheduled an appointment the night before and was in and out in an hour on a Friday! Very friendly and helpful staff - new person in training was doing a wonderful job along with the person training him. While I did not need any work done, they were transparent with others who came in, showing them exactly what was wrong with their car and even doing so free of charge despite not doing the repair. Great crew and a very straightforward experience. Prices could be lower but were not unreasonable by any means.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This place was so nice and patient in dealing with any questions, a hyper young child, issue I had with something, and just had overall good service. I found them when searching for cheap place for brakes and definitely will be returning for other things.

Our appointment wasn't saved in the system when it was made, but Robert made sure that I didn't make the trip in for nothing! He was able to get my truck in and diagnosed in about an hour. I had a hard 'need to leave by time' and after consulting with the mechanic, they made sure I'd get out when I needed. Robert is A+.

Midas is a great company to service your vehicle. I have taken my vehicles to this location may times. However, I did my research on part prices. They wanted to charge me $1499.99 for a part that only cost $149.99 retail. That is 1000% profit. Maybe I need to rethink taking my car back.

Had my State inspection done here, staff was very polite and had it done in just over 30 minutes. Very quick and no complaints whatsoever!

Beware the inspection mechanic drives your car around town first.then does a inspect..he's just the town drunk and has no clue how to diagnose a wheel bearing .or obviously put a new wheel stud in he rather lie and tell you it's bad to sale you a marked up wheel bearing he so out of touch he don't know old gas fume on top of a tank from a charcoal box hose odor..totaL joke ..

Took my car in for an inspection. They claimed my registration wasn t in my car. After I called penndot was verified I had a valid one I borrowed a car, I drove up there and found it where I told them it was. They then started my car and after dropping it off at 10 @ 230 it was ready: They said I needed new wipers. 263 dollars later I am driving home in the rain and what happens but one of those new wipers I had to have fell off! This place is a joke. They had me come back the next day so they could replace the wiper and they didn t even have it in stock so I waited 35 minutes while it was delivered. They knew I was coming. I wouldn t send my enemy here. No one deserves this treatment.

Great service most times in and out in a hurry....nice ppl....I'd rather go to them and get a really decent price than the dealership.......also they will get u in within 1 2 or 3 days after calling for most services......been coming here for about 7 yrs

Recently went here for an alignment, and when I got home, I realizef they did not give me a spec sheet from my alignment like you usually get so when I called them, he confirmed that you usually get them. However, he was unable to print me one out. So my question is how do I know they even did the alignment? I told him I would not return. I think they should ve offered to realign it at no charge.

The gentleman that assisted me helped me to understand the inspection last year since it was my first time ever having an inspection and this year still was able to assist. I only go to this car place for any and all needs to do with my car because I know I will be safe as far as since I do not know about cars I know I will not be told something is wrong when it isn't. So I totally trust Midas!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Side view mirror repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

The service was quick and effective. Store was ready to open 15 minutes prior and allowed me to drop off vehicle while going for a 30 minute run.Upon completion of my run the vehicle was completed and I was able to immediately get back on the road.Honored coupon from Midas without hesitation. So I guess they erased my review but I m going to keep putting it up there got a radiator put in it was put in so badly and then came back to them and stated another mechanic stated the radiator was never fixed they wouldn t fix it and stated the other shop damaged it which was not true for months I went back to figure out the problem with my car they took my money and never fixed the problem I truly wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy

We ve brought our vehicles here for years. Today was my first negative experience. I waited over an hour for an oil change and finally asked how much longer. Only then did they tell me they didn t have the oil filter for my car in stock and was waiting for it to be delivered. My issue was I made an appointment the day before and they were aware which vehicle we were bringing in so why wouldn t they make sure they had it in stock prior to my appointment? In all I waited 2 hours! For an oil change?? I ll be locating another service shop. Very disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance
