I had water pump, brakes pads, rotors replaced. They did a great job replacing water pump. Car runs great. In order to replace water pump, several parts needed to be removed due to poor design by manufacturer. I was concerned there may rattles or noises because the amount of parts removed and reinstalled. The car runs better than new. Brake job was excellent and at reasonable prices. Thank you.

I had Recently brought my car in to have looked at and fixed. 12 days went by, no phone call, no update, nothing. I called day after day and no response. Finally walked in and said what's going on with my car? Lady at desk had no idea, talking in circles. She said they put 200 miles on my car!!!!! To test drive it. When I picked up my car there was over 300 miles put on it. Not sure if they were using my car personally, lent it out or rented it out but the whole experience was Shady and off. Things were broken that weren't when I brought it there, my emergency brake line was "cut" funny because I just had new brakes put on before I brought it there. They tried to charge me over $800 dollars in labor when the parts were less then 200 dollars. Then try adding on all these unnecessary things for extra money. They see $$$ signs and will take full advantage of you. I will never be returning.

I bought a new bulb for my headlight and went to 4 auto shops, but no one would replace for me. When I went to Lombardi they immediately gave me an appointment and it only took 5 minutes to install. And they didn't even charge me!Thank you so much for your help, I would definitely recommend them!

I have been waiting for my car to come back for coming onto two months now and have not received any updates. Call after call, theres no answer and no return from any voicemails left. Even when coming in there is never a specific answer given, just the basic "covid" excuse that everyone seems to rely on now. If its going to take weeks to get parts in, let the customer know in advance so they arent inconvenienced this badly. Instead of driving with a cracked bumper, I now have 2 insurance payments for a car I havent even looked at.

We want to thank Dawn, Jimmy and Marcus for the great job they did on bringing our 1956 Chevy Bel Air up to quality standards. They took the time and efforts that were needed to do the job right. Parts were not easy to come by and they did not stop until they found the right part and did not settle for just any part that would fit. If you have the time to entrust your classic with them, they take the time to get the job done right. We recommend them highly.

I will absolutely refer anyone who needs work on their cars to Lombardi Auto Body & Repair! They have done work on my car multiple times over the years including oil changes, state inspections, and general maintenance and repair. They do great work but more importantly, they are honest, won't try to overcharge, and won't try to rip you off with unnecessary repairs. Additionally, they provide excellent customer service! Lombardi's is by far one of the most fast, efficient and friendliest auto shops I've been to. The customer service is impeccable, they truly take the stress off off your shoulders when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. Lombardi s did collision work on my car. They did an awesome job and even gave me a better price because items my car needed were on back order. Went there for front in damage. Initial estimated job time was 5-10 days. Today is day 31, car still not finished. Communication and customer service has been very bad. Caught staff in multiple lies regarding why it was taking so long to fix my car. Called several times with no one ever calling me back. Terrible experience from start to finish. Wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

The folks at Lombardi Auto Body & Repair were excellent! I was only 2 hours into an 8 hour road trip when I had car issue. The folks at Lombardi were friendly, fast and communicated clearly. They never let me feel like I was in a crisis (which could have happened easily). Thank you Lombardi Auto Body & Repair!

I can't put into words how happy I am with the service and honesty that is provided by Lou and the team at Lombardi Auto Body and Repair. I drive 45+ minutes and I pass countless autobody shops to get to Lombardi's because I know they will not take advantage of me like several other autobody shops have done in the past. Would recommend Lou and the team over there 100 times out of 100.

I have been to Lombardis twice for body repairs to my vehicles. They were EXCELLENT. The work done was impeccable! Done when they said it would be. They worked directly with insurance company and, believe me, that was a nightmare for them.....but they did it!!! So friendly.....yet so professional!!! My son and his girlfriend were heading from South Carolina to Canada, when they were involved in an accident on Highway 79 near Washington P.A. No one was hurt, but their vehicle was undriveable. Fortunately, they happened upon Lombardi Auto Body & Repair. Lou dealt with the insurance company and fixed the car as good as new. He communicated with us every step of the way and went out of his way to help us with a minor tire issue, unrelated to the accident. We are extremely thankful to Lou for taking care of the problem, on the spot and free of charge. I highly recommend Lombardi's for outstanding customer service and quality workmanship at a reason price.

Had them look at front end because of a little uneven tire wear. They offered to check it out for free to make sure I didn't waste money on an alignment if it needed something else. I admit I was a little skeptical at first but it turns out it didn't need any front end/steering parts. Lou said it didn't need any thing and there was no charge. I appreciate their honesty. That's hard to find nowadays. I'm glad I took it there first so I am now sure I won't be wasting money on the alignment.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my 2014 Chevy taho down to Lombardi auto to have my tires and brakes and rotors taking care of. The entire process from beginning to end was simple and straightforward. I would highly reccomend Lou and his team for your auto needs.

The most professional, , auto business I have ever used. They searched all over to get the lowest price for parts. The body work performed is excellent, they told me 4 days to do the work and it was 3. Lou & Team repainted and replaced my front bumper on my Jeep when I unfortunately hit a deer last month. From start to finish quote and last payment was a smooth transaction and the finished product looks immaculate! They were even able to save me money on my deductible. I also used a coupon on the facebook page. I would personally recommend Lombardi Autobody...on top of the hill.

The reason I rated this workshop with a star was because they gave me a very bad service, although they took almost 2 months to fix my car, they gave it to me with many aesthetic details which I didn't have, I chose this place because I looked Very good comments from the workshop. In spite of paying almost 8 thousand dollars they gave it to me very badly, they scraped my four doors, the trunk had too much dirt and paint, in the part of the engine my car looked like new today it looks like an old car in spite of trying to clean it. I spoke with Lombardi the owner since Friday of last week and told him that my car was ready when I go to pick it up he tells me that he only needs to clean it but that to deliver it he has to have the check of my insurance, when my insurance had already approved the pay and sent the check to the workshop, then my insurance I talk to the workshop and Lombardi agreed to give me the car on Wednesday afternoon, I call that same day to confirm and he tells me the same. And on Wednesday ready to pick up my car he tells me that they are still working on it when supposedly since Friday of last week I was ready just to clean and deliver, so he lied to me several times, I give it a week later with the details that I already mentioned, I am going to put pictures so they can see how damaged I am giving it.

This is by far the one of the best auto body in the area. Lou and the team do fantastic work. Dawn kept us updated on the progress and where the delays were. They also do regular maintenance work along with big repairs.

This place is great! One of our work vans wouldn't start, so they had it towed, fixed, and back to us within a couple of days! They also figured out a way to fix it that saved us a little money. I can't recommend these guys enough.

My first visit here was due to an accident with another vehicle where my right front end of my car was damaged. I had to return over 3 months later because they claimed a part had just come in from that accident they needed to put on. During that 3 months I had run up over a teactor trailer tire that was threaded on the highway off if an exit I was driving on and had to pull it out from under my car on the same right side. I only pulled the tire out...not car parts were removed or detatched. And my AC had never worked right since the accident. It only worked half the time sowhen I returned I asked them to check my air. They charged me $100 to recharge the air and supposedly put the part on my car. They had my car all day!They supposedly detailed it too as he had offered to do so for free. Well my air did not work at all now so I called to make another appt! When I took my car back now I was told they had put my car up on the racks and found that when I ran up ove the tire I caused a crack in the AC compressor...that you could see plain as day the damage done to the underneath of the car and I needed a new compressor which would cost over $1,000 and I would need to open another insurance claim! The Erie adjuster came to my home to inspect my car and found several things wrong with my car from the first claim when I had my accident. The right panel was not put on properly and was popping out and not flush and where they had touched up paint it was peeling already...so this meant new parts were not used ..the old ones were. My wheel well shield was never put in and the claim says it was. The adjuster said its clear it was never put in OR...when the called it back to put the windshield washer fluid reservoir...one of the 2 parts they were supposed to put in on my 2nd visit....they removed it to put that in and never put it back. There is no way he could say me running over the tire couldve ripped it out as he was trying to claim after the adjuster told me this because. In addition the 2nd part turned in under the claim he supposedly put on was the front lower deflector and it was never installed, which again he tried to say the tire ripped off and the adjuster said you can clearly see it was never installed. The piece of tire I ran over was maybe 18in. And it got lodged between my wheel well closest to the door and my tire. I pulled it out. There were no fragments of a lower deflector or wheel well liner anywhere! And as the adjustor pointed out the areas where the bolts and clips attach were perfectly clean...no scratches...no fragments...the bolts and clips were all in place...no evidence whatsoever that they were ripped away! Furthermore when the adjustor jacked up my car he found absolutely no damage under my car...no crack in my AC compressor. When the adjustor called the owner to confront the owner about his findings he told the adjustor he never told me there was a crack in the air compressor he told me it was the seal leaking which is not true. I called him to question this and he told me he told the adjustor there was a crack not a leak he must have misunderstood! He just kept lying!!! He was ot honest with the adjustor about the wheel well liner it the lower deflectot either and when I requested he put those parts on since he had already charged them on my first claim he refused! So I am left to pay for them AGAIN on this new claim along with fixing my air which shows NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE so its probably just wear and will be totally my cost and I do not have the money for it! He told me he would mail $100 back for recharge of air I paid him and Ive yet to receive it! He took full advantage of a woman in an extremely difficult situation! To make himself look good he offered to detail my car for free but it was returned filthy! Only half swept out and wiped out with dog hair everywhere and stains. It was never scrubbed as you would do with a true detail. I appreciated the offer but he kept throwing it in my face! And it wasnt even done properly! I truly cant fathom how any humam being can be so dishonest!

We have used Lombardi auto for auto repairs. We found them to be very honest and only did work on what was needed. They did not mis lead us. If you need an honest company to work with CHOOSE LOMBARDI AUTO BODY!

They did an amazing job on fixing my car. (Flex pipe and floor) other places told me 700-800 took it to them did it all for 300. Very friendly and helpful. Won't go any where else from now on.!!
