Thought I was going to 9am scheduled appointment. In reality I booked appointment at other Lombardi's. Jason was really cool and they worked my jeep in. Everybody there was professional and straight up. I appreciate being talked to like a equal.This Lombardi's will definitely get my repeat visits for auto service.

I'm very surprised by the number of reviews that say this is the place to go for honest and fair service that won't try to rip you off. I'm new to the area and needed an inspection. I wanted to go to a local place with every intention of becoming a regular customer. I dropped my car off in the morning on Friday 8/26 and they were very friendly. They called a few hours later and told me that I needed two lower control arms replaced and a rear wheel bearing - no mention of what on the control arm went bad (ball joint, bushing) just that they needed replaced and it would be $900 (inspection, emissions, tire rotation, parts and labor). I am by no means a mechanic and realize that cars do need maintenance and repairs, however it was surprising to me that my car was not making any odd noises with all of these things being broken. I told them to fail the inspection and found another local shop who looked at my car 4 days later when no work had been done in between. My car passed the second inspection without issue, no work needed! I would not recommend this business unless you want to spend money on unnecessary "repairs".Service: Vehicle Inspection

I hit a deer and my normal shop wasn't really known for body work, so I took a chance on Lombardi and I'm glad I did. They worked with my insurance company and treated me with respect even when I asked them for a number of different estimates. I never felt like I was being talked down to. They got me a new fender, painted it, blended it with the rest of the car, redid the decorative stripe and the car looks better than when I bought it. What a great experience. I went in for an oil change and I had a few other things that I wanted them to look at. I was warmly greeted and they were ready for me. My car was started as soon as I got there. Marcus, the head mechanic, fixed a switch that was causing the other problems without a lot of fuss or extra expense. I was out in no time, but they also offered to give me a ride if I did not want to wait. I will definitely be back for all my work! And will refer my friends and family.

This place is awesome! I didn't have a way to get to work after dropping my car off, and they offered to give me a ride. Not only that, but because I am a young adult and struggling financially they found ways to give me a good discount! Very nice people. Will be coming here from now on.

These guys are great. Very reasonable prices and efficient work. Never had a bad experience and my wife and I have had our cars serviced there multiple times. Very friendly too!

They have been so helpful with the inspections and emissions on our vehicles. They have been fair and honest every single time! The only place I call when I have questions or need something done. Best place to go for vehicle services. Highly recommend them!!

If you don't want to be ripped off by corporate owned shops, try this local shop. Nice people, reasonable prices, you don't have to worry about fixing stuff that isn't broken!
