I have used Kane's truck service multiple times. They have great customer service and top notch mechanics. I needed some engine work done and the gentleman named Zach got me back on the road in no time. He was very professional and very knowledgeable! I drive 40 minutes one way just to have them work on my vehicles. That says something about their work!Service: Engine repair

I came in to have my fuel pump on truck replaced. When it was time to pick up my truck I had a bunch of additional charges for things they had done that I did not request. And they would not refund me for said things. The second problem was paying. I accidentally provided the wrong card for payment, so I gave them a second card and my first card was suppose to be refunded and never was even after I have text messages from this company sayin the refund was complete. 3rd my appointment was set for wed. They didnt even get started working on my truck until the following wed. 7 days later. Very unprofessional and do not reccomend.

Everyone at Kane's was very nice and attentive to my cousin's need to have his engine worked on. He was taken advantage of by another garage, but Kane's corrected the mistake of the previous garaage, ordered the correct parts and got my cousin's vehicle back in good running condition at a reasonable price. Thanks for taking care of something for me that I couldn't and saving my cousin from having to purchase a new vehicle!Service: Engine repair

We have been taking our 2005 GMC 2500 to Kane's. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Always make us feel like we are important customers. I was having a nightmare of a time with a Chevy dealership. They told me that I had bad fuel in my tank and it caused me to loose a injector, and if I drove it could plug other injectors. The dealership took a sample and put it in a bottle and told me it was not be covered by warranty because I put fuel in with algae and other contaminants. The dealership said it would be at least $3000.00 and as much as $8000.00 depending on how many injectors need to be replaced. The fuel tank will need to be cleaned ,fuel filter replaced and possibly a fuel rail. The comment was we will not know until we dig in deeper. I was completely surprised at the findings. They recommend me to contact get-go as well as my insurance company. I contacted get-go and filed a report. They called me back after they contacted the dealership and explained they could not have tested the fuel that quick it would take 24-48 hours and they had no other problems reported, they pulled the filter off and took a sample and found nothing wrong. That was the only place I have bought fuel for 16 months. So I contacted my insurance company and after speaking with them they felt there was something wrong. I called Zack and asked his opinion he recommended that I bring the truck in , so I had it towed in. They took a sample and it was clear. He ran the codes and it said it was #2 injector. He called Washington Chevy check out it there was a warranty on it, they said it would be covered , Zack made arrangements for me to take it there and they fixed it under warranty. REALLY. Talk about honest !I Appreciate A Good HARD WORKING COMPANY.Thank you.And May God Bless.

Can I give zero stars? The absolute WORST service I ve ever had in my life. Brought my 14 trailer there with some wiring and brake issues..a guy named zack said oh it shouldn t be but a couple of hours and right around 250 bucks..I TOLD HIM LIKE 3 TIMES IF IT GOES ABOVE 250 TO CALL ME. Not only did it take him almost 9 hours without a phone call or an update, he charged me almost $1,000!!! What part of around 250 did I miss and what part of CALL ME did he miss? To top it off my brakes on my trailer half work and the break away doesn t even work! I suggest if you want raked over the coals you go here and have deep deep pockets because these people are nothing but shysty liars who will squeeze every penny out of you. Very unprofessional, rude, and very arrogant. He barely spit out I apologize when I complained about the price. An absolute sham and an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where!!!

Great Service, very knowledgeable, and super friendly to work with. I am at the point that I do not talk to anyone else other than them. Zack, the owner is always straight up with me and has gotten me out of jams in the past. Keep up with the great customer service and workmanship.

I had the truck towed to the shop spoke to a entleman there named Zack there the entire time regarding my truck issues. He did diagnosis on my 2006 VOLVO with Cummins ISX. told me the whole engine harness on my truck was bad and that it needed to be replaced along with the oil pressure sensor totaling out to 2600. Luckily I knew better the engine harness and the oil pressure from Cummins brand new cost is just little less than 1100$ and the it takes about 4 to 5 hours at the very max to install both. Zack stated his shop rate was 100$ per hour, this guy wanted to charge me an additional 1000 for parts alone. I mean I understand having to make your money on parts but this is just beyond belief ridiculous. I offered to have Cummins ship him the parts with me paying for them he refused to do the job. I asked him why he said it has to get warrantied. I told him I refuse the warranty just get it done he again refused. Clearly this scumbag just wanted to rip me off. So instead of going thru with this I paid his 100++$ diagnosis fee and had my truck towed to Walts Garage.. It cost me a total of 246.45$ to fix the harness get the truck going. Clearly this shop does not know what they are doing. If I were anyone I would stay the hell away.

Well for starters they are absolutely the nicest people I have talked her since I moved here to Pennsylvania three months ago secondly the entire three weeks my truck is in the shop they kept me updated and did a very great job I would recommend the shop to anyone who needs a vehicle done but doesn t have time to do it themselves
