Great car buying experience! Fantastic customer service was provided by all departments. Michael C (Sales) exhibited low pressure sales and was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Sean (Finance) helped to smoothly and quickly go through the financial piece of the process. Ronnie (Service Center) was extremely responsive with additional service requests. I would highly recommend this dealership!

My husband and I stopped in to look into trading in my Jeep for a Pathfinder. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Carrier who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was honest with us and very willing to help us get the best deal he possibly could. We could not have asked for a better experience. I have never left a review before, but had such a great experience at John Sisson Nissan I wanted to share. I had been in the market for a new vehicle, and had never been there before so I decided to stop in. As soon as I walked in, I felt very comfortable and was treated exceptionally well by everyone I interacted with. I had the pleasure of working with Todd Watson in sales, who was extremely helpful, respectful, and kind. Robin the Manager, Sean in finance, Ronnie in service, and Brittany (scheduling) also made the experience totally different than any I have had at other dealerships. They made things so easy for me and really went above and beyond during the entire process. I left feeling very comfortable that I had made a good decision in purchasing from them. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Thanks again Todd and the team!

The sales person we had, Joe Liberatore, was a perfect fit for us. He understood our main concerns and worked with his manager to work out a plan the suited us and our budget.Had we had a different personality type, I am not sure we would have had such a good outcome! Joe was caring and understanding and very knowledgeable!

My salesman Mason Cooper went above and beyond to make the whole experience very comfortable and easy. He did a great job. Dave Kane in financing also did an amazing job helping me to understand everything and went way above to make sure I was able to purchase my vehicle within my budget. The whole team really made it an enjoyable experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. I would absolutely recommend the Nissan team to friends and family!

Had a great experience doing something I hate doing; buying a car. I ve been going to Sisson Motors for years for buying cars and getting them serviced. I m willing to drive over 100 miles round trip because the service is exceptional and the staff are knowledgeable. I feel that everyone is transparent and honest, which is very important to me when spending so much money. Adam sold me the car, and we did most of the negotiating via email and phone, which was preferable to me. Nice guy, straightforward approach. Sean in finance was able to get me a better interest rate than the one that I had been pre-approved for by my credit union, saving me hundreds of dollars. No pressure to upsell, either - which I appreciated. I fully recommend John Sisson Motors.

Had recall service done on Feb. 21. Was greeted immediately by Savannah who explained what was to be done. There were many people waiting but there were still a few seats available. Received text from Savannah giving me a number to call or text if I needed to get in touch with her. Service was completed within 45 minutes of my appointment time. Savannah explained what was done and that Nissan would cover the bill. After arriving home, I received a text asking me to contact them if I was not completely satisfied with the service I received. I was completely satisfied and will be taking my car back for routine maintenance and any additional service that is needed.

I have taken my vehicle for service there different times over that last couple years. Recently, my vehicle was not starting due to battery issues and the staff at John Sisson Nissan Service got my vehicle in for appointment right away. I was in constant communication with Savannah who explained to me everything that was going on with my car and even made sure that I got a loaner so that I was able to get to and from work when needed. She is great! I am completely satisfied with my experience and I will continue taking in my vehicle for service at John Sisson Nissan.

Adam was a fabulous salesman to work with! I even received a thank you card in the mail! Who doesn t love a piece of mail? The finance guy I worked with (I m forgetting his name) was also very pleasant and worked to ensure my coverages were set on my lease at the agreed upon price. Overall everyone was incredible at John Sisson! From the front desk and to the Store Manager that stopped over to check on how everything was as going with the sale.

Joe and Sean were great! They worked really hard to get me in a truly terrific vehicle. I cannot express how grateful I am to the both of them. Joe was in constant contact and Sean went above and beyond normal customer service. I have gotten several vehicles here, but this was the best experience I've had!!Update: I had a small service issue. Chase made sure to get me an appointment the following day and had the issue corrected in not only a timely manner, but while keeping me in the loop the entire time! I cannot express how great everyone here is not how wonderful the customer service is, 10 out of 10!

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. Colton knew exactly what we wanted when purchasing our Nissan Rogue. He made us feel like family, and was very easy to work with as was Dave in finance & the associate Cindy Crawford. Had to come back and they all remembered our names as soon as we walked in. Simple and easy transaction. Spoke with Sean via text and phone to view inventory to find my beautiful suv within my price range. Most of the work was done before getting to the dealership so all I had to do was verify and sign. Really good and trustworthy guy that will tell you give you his best advice based on car performance, perks, deals, longevity and for your own personal use. Super efficient and quick.

For this location...Be more considerate when you're parking the vehicles near or at EV charging stations.We were using the public apps like EVgo and PlugShare for EV charging stations options and, unfortunately, Pennsylvania doesn't have many of them available, from in-between towns.Thanks.

Purchased a vehicle from John Sisson Nissan earlier this week and was blown away from my experience. The sales team was friendly and easy to work with and when it came to signing my name on that line the experience was elevated. The representative i dealt with was Sean Smoggie and he made all the confusion of financing the car smooth and simple. He was very knowledgeable with any concerns or questions i had and really laid it out in basic terms. I recommend anyone that may get intimidated by the financing portion of purchasing a car speak to Sean.

I went to the dealer to buy a used vehicle I saw on their web site. It was a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from start to end this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer, and I have owned a lot of vehicles in my life I made an appointment on line to see the car. My sales person was Mason Cooper and he was truly awesome!! Very personable made me feel comfortable and not like I was being pushed to hurry up. He treated me like a person not just a sale From beginning to end he was there explaining things and answering any questions I had. We took the car for a test drive I fell in love with it!! It was exactly what I was looking for. I bought that car that day. Everyone in the dealership was so nice!! They spent time with me showed me videos on the warranties they offered but never pressured me on anything.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership!! . Mason and everyone there made this an easy and enjoyable experience I ve never had a better car buying experience in my life!!!Thank you John Sisson Nissan you are the best!!

Unethical used car salesman 12/7 - Mason. At 9:15 a.m., Mason tells me the vehicle I am looking for is available. Takes down all my information- address, phone number, full name. Spoke to me for almost 20 minutes about the car. He was supposed to give me an out the door price after our phone call. He sends me a standard text. I followed up twice via text and didn't not hear back. I called him on his number at 5:50 pm and found out that the car is not available. What was the point in taking my information and wasting my time?? He says he didn't get back to me because he was busy.. on a Thursday?

John Sisson Nissan in Washington PA always has the best service when I take my car in to be repaired. Savannah that works the front desk in services helps me and my family every time. I trust her and the mechanics with my car. Always a friendly environment when walking in. I appreciate all that the service department does for my car and especially Savannah for always being there ! I am giving 5 stars to John Sisson Nissan for my recent car purchase. Shout out to Colton, my sales person, for doing an outstanding job. I was looking at a used truck one night and did a change up the next morning to a different vehicle. Went to the dealership after work that day, loved the car, and bought it that night. Colton, Robyn, Cindy & Dave stayed after closing hours to make my purchase happen that evening. This is my 3rd car purchase from John Sisson, I service them all there, and it's always a great experience. They are my dealer of choice, and they should be yours also.

I m so disappointed on the deal I was offered on leasing a Nissan Rouge. I have been dealing with John Sissan Nissan for 12 years and this is the worse experience I have ever had. I was offered a lease deal on a vehicle that was $4000 less and it was going to cost me $60 more dollars a month. The new lease was a downgrade in the package too. I was also asked, do I make the decisions on this or do I have to call someone for approval! Ummm I m 43 years old and I answer for myself. I am assuming because I am a women I was asked this. I have emailed the salesman and the manager and still no response as to why my deal was so bad. Do better.

During my service at John Sisson Nissan, I received an oil change & tire rotation. This was my 2nd service at this establishment and 2nd time having Savannah as my service advisor. Needless to say, this is one of the best service departments that I've dealt with, and I've dealt with quite a few over the last 10 years. The staff is courteous, friendly, & easily approachable. Savannah was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process - ensuring I was in the loop along the way. The service was performed quickly & I was back in my truck in no time. I won't be going to another service department anytime soon. 10/10 would recommend this service department, particularly Savannah, to anyone who needs service on their vehicle & wants it to be a streamlined/enjoyable process.
