They truly live up to what they advertise. I was denied by everyone and had some repos on my history and I still drove away with the car I wanted. If you have a job,DL and insurance you'll be fine. JD Byrider got my hopes up and gave me the run around. Stick with Jefferson Auto and you won't be disappointed.Thanks to the team in Washington PA.

It was a very easy process of getting approved and also taking the car out for a test drive. I will definitely be referring my friends to go to Jefferson Auto! Highly recommend, Mark and Johnathan are truly top notch.

I have to say that this place is amazing! They have good cars and the staff is not only professional but friendly and not sales people just out to sell you a car. They try to help you in every way that they can! I have to give a shout out to Mark and Anita!! These people especially Mark made this such an easy process and were so up front and honest from the very start! He was understanding and did everything he could to get me into a car. I tried other places some couldn't get me approved and other places just had really bad cars. But being a single mother and a car was so important to me to get to work and appointments. With this car it saved me so much money from ubers and trying to rely on others to give me a ride. I can't thank these two enough for all the hard work and getting me into a good car! Definitely recommend to anyone including my family and friends that is looking for a car!! I will be back in the near future!

The salesman don t pressure you into looking at a vehicle they know you can t afford. He was straightforward and honest about the price. He let us test, drive it for as long as I felt necessary I would say overall it was a good experience. The only downside was it took forever for the paperwork to be ready, but that s every car dealership but overall, it s definitely a place I would recommend.

I love my 2009 Hyundai Tucson from Jefferson Auto! Mark made everything very easy and even filled up the tank for me before I left with my new car. It was a quick, easy, and painless process. I have horrible credit and I am only 20, so I never expected to get a great car in good shape, but Jefferson Auto made my dream into a reality.

Listen I've heard good I've heard bad today I had the opportunity of experiencing the good I'm forever grateful for the speedy service and I am satisfied with the vehicle and surprised by the low mileage most used Buy Here Pay Here car lots have high mileage vehicles for the year make I'm pleased I thank Jefferson Auto for being patient with me while I was the one who had them waiting

Wish I could give them zero stars! They sold me a car with problems. They never could fix the problems. Then they took my payment an shut my car off. Mind you I haven t missed a payment the whole 7 months I had the car. They will rip you off. I ve had to hire a lawyer an we are proceeding to sue them. They are shady an definitely rip offs.

Not only do they sell quality cars, the cars have low miles. Today I drove away with a jeep with 4 wheel drive with barely anything down. Will use them again!

I had an exceptional experience at Jefferson Auto, not only were they friendly but very good at handling helping me get into a new car with ease, and I had no worries about time because they were very time efficient too. I will be a CUSTOMER FOR YEARS TO COME !!!! I am so grateful because I had just had 19 months of a very horrible experience with a different auto sale shop and they made those fears disappear with their knowledge, experience and concern for my happiness and well being. I am so thankful I found them. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE NOW!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Lemon lot.Sold a car that in the past 4 weeks has had check engine lights, misfires, and wheel problems.They push off service, refer to other shops, and refuse to do repairs.

I had the pleasure of going to Jefferson Auto two weeks ago hoping to get a used car to replace my old car. Mark was great in getting everything ready for me paperwork wise and although he was off when I went to get the car I wanted the rest of the staff got me through the process and I was able to leave with a great car. Thank you Mark and Anita for helping get me back on the road with a really great car.
