On my third call trying to get my deposit back. No issues when I returned the vehicle except them not being able to refund discover card unless it is manually. Great service!

I ve always had a good experience at this location. Joe is an excellent employee and always takes care of everything I need from the moment I pick up the car to when I drop it off. I ve booked rentals several times from this location and Joe has always been very accommodating with all my needs. I ll always book from here so long as he s there!

I know it s not this specific locations fault but it s unacceptable that all enterprise locations don t have a consistent policy when it comes to debit and credit cards. I m traveling and now I m stranded because this specific location dosnt take debit cards. I ve been renting with enterprise for years and this has never been an issue

My work truck broke down and I needed a ride. I immediately called Enterprise and was back on the road in a Ford F-150 (same day). I used the truck for 2 weeks without any issues before returning. I was very satisfied with the service I received from everyone at Enterprise!

Absolutely useless, which isn t solely the fault of this local office, but the experience is terrible.Here s how it went:We don t have any cars. Yes, you got an email confirmation but you got it from corporate, not our local team.We never have cars for people from all these car dealership service departments around our facility. Everyone needs to reserve several days in advance.We tried to call you on your old phone number from 10 years ago, not the one on your reservation.The website can t show when we re sold out. OK, you re right. It did show that yesterday, but for a special reason.This is not our fault. It s the company s fault.

Long story short worst car rental location I have dealt with in 30 years of renting cars for work. Rented me a vehicle that was not the right vehicle as specified by my company and it had less than 1/4 tank of gas .. and when I pointed that out they said oh let us fill it up to 1/2.. sorry no time for your problems. Car smells awful like some kind of masking chemical that was over applied the instrument panel is constantly flashing to service the vehicle. If you are the Enterprise associate that dealt with me are reading this..you know the rest of the story.. your solution to make the situation right was unacceptable!

Although I had to wait a couple of days to rent a car, the experience was very good. The employees were pleasant and efficient. The car was small but it was nice. Had most modern-day accessories like back up camera and heated seats. I'll miss them lol

Our car was given away without any sort of notice and on top of that, they had no cars available for us when we went to pick up. Joe from this location was a terrible employee with no empathy or remorse for what had happened. Didn t offer to help us find another car or do anything to compensate. Will not be going back to this location!!!

I rented a car for week from this location and was told I could return it to my local enterprise just had to pay 30 pick up fee everything seemed ok at first until I got into the car to drive away and noticed food stains and the stink creeping out of the interior was able to deal with it for the short period of time until my vehicle got done at the dealership the next morning I woke up to the back tire almost flat and to top it all off the day before drop off Cody called my wife s phone and demanded we return it 45 min from home because he needed it so when I return it I ask for Cody the little hipster wouldn t even look up at me and respond to my request to speak with him complete terds and this location in the toilet

WE CALLED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO GET A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR A FUNERAL. WE LEAVE THE NEXT MORNING AND IT WAS A BLIZZARD AND VERY NASTY EVERYWHERE. 1ST OFF DRIVING THE INTERSTATE TO AN APPOINTMENT ON THE WAY THERE THE WIPERS WORKED BUT KEPT FREEZING AND NO WASHER FLUID AT ALL THE WHOLE THING WAS FROZEN. WE HAD TO KEEP STOPPING TO CLEAN WINDSHIELD OFF. EACH TIME STOPPING WE WOULD SMELL SOMETHING HOT BURNING SMELL AND BURNT BRAKE SMELLS BANGING AND GRINDING. WE CALLED TO SEE ABOUT GETTING A DIFFERENT CARAND OF COURSE NO ONE HAD ANY THING OR JUST LARGE PICK UPS WHICH WOULD HAVE KILLED US IN GAS. THEN I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER FROM WASHINGTON PA ENTERPRISE AND HE'S LIKE DRIVE IT TO TENNESSEE AND THEY WILL TAKE IT A DEALER... MEAN WHILE WE WAS ONLY A FEW HOURS INTO OUR TRIP. WHILE TRYING 4 SEPARATE PLACES NO VEHICLE AND THEN WE WAS STUCK FOR 5HOURS IN TRAFFIC FOR A WRECK. SO WE WAS LATE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION AND HAD TO KEEP STOPPING WHICH DIDN'T HELP. SO WE WAS ABLE TO GET ON THE ROAD AFTER 5HOURS STOPPED AT GAS STATION GOT GAS A FINALLY AT 730 PM WE WAS ABLE TO GET SOME FOOD. AGAIN MULTIPLE STOPS AND FINALLY AFTER 16 HOURS WE MAKE IT TO THE HOTEL AT 130 AM. REST FOR A FEW HOURS TAKE THE TOYOTA 4RAV TO THE ENTERPRISE AND THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT THE LADY WHO WE HAD TO TALK TO WASN'T RHERE. BUT THE LADIES THERE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH PUTTING US IN ANOTHER 4 WHEEL DRIVE JEEP COMPASS. WE JUST MAKE TO THE MEMORIAL SERVICE WITH MOMENTS TO SPARE. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS WRONG WITH THAT CAR WAS IT WOULD SHUT OFF WHENEVER YOU WAS STOPPED AND WHEN YOU TOOK YOUR FOOT OFF THE BRAKE FOR THE MOST PART IT WOULD START BACK UP ... VERY BIZZARE FEATURE. WHEN I TOOK THE JEEP BACK THE MANAGER DID REFUND EVERYTHING BACK TO THE CARD. LONG STORY SHORT PLEASE HAVE THEM CHECK OUT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU GET BEHIND THE WHEEL AND DRIVE.THAT WILL BE OUR LAST TIME RENTING FROM THAT PLACE...IF YOU RENT AND THE WEATHER IS BAD THAT'S WHEN YOU SHOULD REALLY DOUBLE CHECK THINGS...THIS IS THE 2ND VEHICLE THAT WAS SHUTTING OFF AND HAD VERY TOUCHY BRAKES... WHIP LASH..BE SAFE OUT THERE...ONE THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THE FACT THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN CALL MY DAUGHTER OR MYSELF TO EVEN FOLLOW UP AND SEE WHAT HAPPENED...NOT VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO RENT FROM THEM.. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Just made a reservationAsked the manager to check availability locally. He didn t want to help at all so he hung up on me. Zero desire to provide customer service. Didn t have cars available so it didn t matter to him.

Called for a reservation two weeks ago went fine confirmed on Saturday again ask for pic up shop there verified I was told they don t send emails to confirm that with telephone reservations. So moving forward at shop 10 they were supposed to pic me up I got no ride after 20 minutes I call they say not computer like that but we come. They pic me up the driver was best part of my day polite very respectful. Got to enterprise ask why I didn t have pic up scheduled cause I confirmed it on Saturday and was told by Cody that the address wasn t in the computer I m sorry we ll if it wasn t in the computer but name was why did not someone look it up are call shop are call me. You don t just decide not pic someone up till they call. So get out car bird poop three places ask why he says can t help what car wash don t get. Stuff all over back seat. Ask Cody again says it stains. So decide take car and leave to office max get out car mud on door panels grass between seat food on front seats and no it wasn t stains on most of it I used my finger rubbed it off. I ain t never been so disappointed. Discusted by service are condition of the car. Went pit my bags trunk grass is in trunk mud on mats believe me took pictures emailed customer service. You would ask your self why would you take it well at first I thought stains as I was told second I had no ride my car went garage and ain t that why I rent a car. Most important of all this I see this person and inter prose has prayer complaints. With Covid this car should been cleaned and disinfected.

I always rent from Enterprise and have a good experience. This rental was no different. Everything was ready when I got there and the appropriate vehicle was rented to me based on what I have in the shop. The manager is great! It appears the other customers might have had the same experience with their rentals too.

Normally don t review but I had to in this case. This place is awesome! The staff was efficient, fast and very friendly. The car was amazing I felt safe and secure driving my family on vacation in it. Pick up of the car was fast and even faster dropping it off. The price was as expected. Can t beat their prices!I would and absolutely am going to rent from them again and again.

I've rented from here a few times. The cars are always clean and in good shape. The staff is efficient. On my most recent visit, they didn't have the standard SUV I'd reserved, so they gave me an Audi Q5 instead. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

I rent a lot of vehicles from Enterprise and usually have a pretty good experience. This is the first time renting from the Washington location and I would have to say, the customer service was absolutely excellent. Chris was able to set me up for success with a 1200+ mile trip ahead of me. This will now be my go to location for renting. Not only did Chris set me up, his follow up call was very professional yet personable. Can t express how pleasant this experience has been.

The vehicle smelled like pot from the first day we rented. I did make the young man aware of the smell as it made me feel sick to my stomach. He did apologize, but, did not ask if I would like another vehicle. I was constantly worried I would be pulled over and they would ask me to search the vehicle that is how strong the odor was. I purchased 8 large new car scent air fresheners that did not touch the odor. I did call the office back to ask for a different vehicle, they said they had nothing available until the following Sunday. I like the convenience of the lot, I'm just disappointed I had to be sick to my stomach from the odor and from being worried. I found pot buds in the console, which tells me they did not clean the vehicle from the last customer. That is equally if not more concerning.

I had a guy named Tiger as the person helping me and he was just awesome. He made sure i got a vehicle that I wanted in my price range. He was very charismatic and seemed really happy to help. A+ service and the price was reasonable. Had a Hyundai Elantra and the car drove very well and it was very clean.

Very friendly and professional employees.I originally asked for a midsize car and got upgraded to a much higher level with a SUV with all the features for no extra charge since they didn t have the car I requested. The only issue I had was that I waited about 30 minutes to get the car after the paper was done since it wasn t ready.

I picked up my rental car Monday morning from the Washington location. McKenna was very helpful in making things run smoothly so I could get over to work in a timely manner. I was pleased with my overall experience.

Have used enterprise many many times. Never had a problem. The guy at this particular one asked me to tell him the mileage and the gas and I told him the number and said it s right at half. That s weird my last 2 cars had exactly 1/2 a tank of gas. He said yeah that is weird. When I turn it in freshly washed and vacuumed with 3/4 of a tank of gas they charged me $28 for 4 gallons of gas which was currently selling at1.29 a gallon. The guy lied. Then they promised to have corporate call me back and that was 34 days ago. No call. Never will use again. Thanks for nothing.

The car I rented was nice. However, it would have been very helpful if rental rules had been much clearer when I made my reservation. I was not made aware that because I was paying with a debit card, that I would need to provide a utility bill, 3 personal references with phone numbers, nor that they would tack on a $50 deposit for "incidentals". So... be prepared.

I have been renting from these guys for a couple years now. Always had a good experience with them. This time the car I rented had a cracked windshield, low antifreeze and the windshield fluid didn't work after filling it. Went to them for help and was told they had no replacement for me but would call if something came in. No call all week. I ended up having my mechanic fix the windshield fluid (hose came loose). Very dissatisfied with them this time. I gave them plenty of notice for the rental. I paid top dollar for the rental also. This place has gone down hill. Will have to go elsewhere to get a rental next time.

Totally positive experience. First they are open on Sunday. Second the Enterprise consultant Josh Evans was great! Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Third best rental ever! When I need a rental car again I will definitely go to this Enterprise!A very satisfied customer.

We rented a van for vacation. The vehicle was great for us traveling with our 2 grand daughters. Most of all, Josh, the Enterprise rep, was wonderful. He explained the van thoroughly and was so nice. Easy process from beginning to end!! Thank you Josh.

This company is trash. The car I rented was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. They didn't even take five minutes to clean the car after she noticed the poor condition the vehicle was in. Also two days after getting the vehicle i noticed that the windshield wipers were worn-out and I called. The girl who answered the phone told me they were closing but I could buy a pair and to keep the receipt and I would be reimbursed. I had to keep putting air in the tire every day we had the car. After a week I took the car to the Washington location and they made it like we were asking them for something other than a working vehicle. Then they told me that they wouldn't reimburse me for the wipers. We had to wait almost an hour for a car that wouldn't go in the snow. In addition to the crappie customer service, and lies about the reimbursement for the wipers, the manager tried to have me pay $10 per gallon of gas because I couldn't take the car to the gas station due to the flat tire and I wouldn't drive the car any more because I'm not going to be held responsible for any damages to the rim. This place is a joke and so are the employees.

I would not even give Enterprise one star. You have to click on one star to get this to post. Just know I was forced to give them that! I just spent thousands of dollars with the company over the last month and I will NEVER use them again after how I was just lied to and deceived. They need to do a better job at training their employees so they are all on the same page and don t feed customers different stories. My total that was emailed to me was $114 and the charge was actually $153. I was lied to about where I needed to drop my rental back off. I was lied to about it being mandatory for me to use their insurance. I will tell everyone I can about how awful this month has been with this company. Not once did anyone step up and say they were sorry.

Worst experience ever. 5 hrs after getting car from a different enterprise it got a flat. Enterprise customer service has it towed to Firestone. This enterprise goes to pick up a different vehicle and takes my currently rented vehicle instead(probably illegal). When I go to pick up car, assistant manager Cody has by far the worst attitude ever and talks very poorly(swearing and lying) about anyone outside of his staff and himself during the transaction. After about 45 mins he is able to get me into a different vehicle and tosses the keys won't tell me which vehicle I'm in or do a vehicle check with me. Luckily one of his co workers(who I'm pretty sure is new and had about a thousand times better customer service than he) comes out to go over vehicle. Long story short avoid this until manager is replaced.

Were excellent when compromising to change Vehicle upon pickup and everyone had great customer service. I just think the company in a while should offer better rates for weekly rentals and that is the only thing to make things better. The Washington office is awesome..Great job!

Made reservation two days ahead of time for 7:30 am pickup.confirmation was for a Cadillac xts or similar. Upon arrival I was told that the only car available was a Camaro, far cry from what I reserved. When I complained to Chelsea, the manager, she blamed it on the call center which had people working from home who didn't know what they were doing. I told her that enterprise should be ashamed of their service, to which she responded that I should be ashamed for complaining. There was a parking lot full of larger cars( our party consisted of four large men). The best she offered was a tiny Rava, which had a full size suv parked next to it and being unavailable! She said if I was unhappy I should go somewhere else. With no other options we took the Rava and had a uncomfortable ride. In addition we rode in a vehicle that smelled of marijuana.We rent several vehicles weekly from enterprise and this is not the first bad experience. Enterprise needs a reassessment of their customer service.
