They had mothers car for 2 months and didnt keep her informed until she reached out to them every week or so. They told her there was nothing they could do because parts were on back order. They told her they couldn't help with a rental. They told her for weeks that her car was in paint and would would be ready for pick up soon. When it was FINALLY ready there was a big red paint mark down the white car and when she reached out about it they tried to say it looked like she got into an accident and did it after she picked it up when we had pictures of it in their parking lot with the sign in the background. Her heat wasn't working after she got it back so she had to take it back to get that looked at and get the red paint buffed out and it turns out it had low antifreeze so they apparently didn't check it even though they replaced the radiator and youd think they would replace the fluid. She asked for a quote on something else and they said they would reach out to her about it and just never did. The repairs otherwise were fine which is the only reason they got 2 stars. Everything else about this place is awful.

The body shop does excellent work! The manager seems to have a problem with keeping the customer informed of what's going on . Ie part order delays etc. Which is totally understandable and out of their control, but he just tells you its in paint and will be ready for pickup tomorrow... 3-4 days in a row. And when you show up to get the real story, he gets an attitude with you. The rest of the staff are great! The g.m. was great, reassuring that it will be handled and delivered our car to our house for us. Again the work performed was flawless

The guys who do the actual repairs on the vehicles do AMAZING work! The new manager needs some customer service classes! Very rude! This was my second time there, first time was amazing. My other car was hit and had more damage, they fixed it in 3 days...PERFECT! This time very minimal damage above the headlight from the lawnmower (ugh) promised 4 days....8 days later we were arguing with the new manager over being told different stories! Sad because it's a great place to get quality work.

Avoid this place at all costs. Dropped my car off May 22nd because it was ready for door repairs. They didn't touch it until June 1st. 8 days of a car sitting in the middle of nowhere, of course rodents will get in and chew wires causing a check engine light on a new car to come on. Not their problem because it doesn't pertain to the original repairs.

Tremendous service! I hit a deer the day after Thanksgiving. I was able to get the estimate on the repairs in a timely fashion. I was worried it was going to take a decent amount of time to get the needed parts. Covid has really slowed down the automotive industry. The employees at Diehl-Collision-Center were amazing. They kept me informed doing the whole process. It did take a longer wait time for my needed parts. I didn t care because they kept me updated. The work preformed was of the highest quality. Fit & finish was first rate. They colored matched the paint perfectly. They even managed to fix a nagging issue with my heating system. The dealership couldn t get it right. They tried on three different occasions. I highly recommend this company.

Literally the BEST customer service I ve ever received in or out of the automotive industry. Everything was clear and transparent, they handled arranging my rental for both pickup and drop off, and kept me informed along the way. The people working here were supper nice and did a great job working with my insurance. I was in an accident and brought my car here for repairs. I could not be more happier with my repairs at Diehl. My vehicle was a few weeks ago, AGAIN, and took it in for body work on my driver side doors. They estimated 14 days repair time and actually took them 9 days. I was very pleased with the communication by them, they explained in detail what was going to be done to correct my issue, and reassured me things will be fixed like new. I had taken my car to Diehl Collision in Washington after hitting a deer. I got my car back and you couldn t even tell anything ever happened. They kept me updated with my car throughout the whole process. High quality work and great company to deal with. We had a minor issue, loose rear view mirror after a windshield replacement, that we put off dealing with for a year. Terrible experience. It took 6 weeks for a very small job. They kept changing the time frame, and the dent is still visible.

Immediately following a car accident, I could not have had a better experience. This auto body shop worked with my insurance company and the towing company on the spot. When I could not get a rental car due to the weekend, they provided me with a loaner vehicle and even put my child seat in for me. Through the entire process they were kind, communicative, and professional. The work on my car was extensive and today looks as though the accident never occurred. I highly recommend this shop.

The driver side window in my car would not go up all the way. Every other place I called was at least a week wait. I called Diehl Collision Center in Washington and they were able to squeeze me in. They couldn t guarantee they could fix it for me, but were willing to take a look. Thanks to them my window is back to operational in less than an hour! Super professional and even more helpful! I will be suggesting them to everyone I know that needs any collision work done on their cars!
