We purchased a used Land Rover Discovery Sport from Crown CJDR in December of 2023 and the check engine light came on within twelve hours of driving it off the lot. Crown stood behind their sale and made it right and had the vehicle repaired for us. They even put us up in a loaner while the car was back in the shop for repairs. The folks at Crown were awesome to deal with and we will go out of our way to purchase our next car from them. Ask for Mitch in sales! This is how you get a reputation as an excellent business!

Luke makes the car buying experience super enjoyable. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best vehicle that suits your needs / wants. Over all crown is an amazing dealership. They truly look out for their customers best interest and do anything they can to help accommodate you.

This dealership is insane. The salesperson will not stand behind the sell. The Manger owner is ignorant and very rude. If you give any feedback they will block you. They destroyed our 3 week old truck and told us good luck figuring it. All reviews are from inside the company. All others get blocked or banned. Buyer beware BBB and attorney General is already investigating thus dealership.

Crown Jeep = WORST customer service EVER! After they close the sale, good luck getting a response from this dealership. We walked in knowing exactly what car we wanted, took it for a short test drive, and offered cash with very little negotiation. This sale could not have been easier for them! They acknowledged that they only had one key for the brand NEW vehicle (which smelled like weed) we were purchasing, but promised they would mail it to us shortly. Seems simple. 3 months later, no key, and no response. I have called 3x and left messages with the receptionist asking for a manager to please call me. NO ONE HAS CALLED! How is that even acceptable as a business owner?! We will not be doing business or recommending them to anyone.

just stopped in to see about getting a key made for my Grand Cherokee. what a fiasco! I just wanted to see how much a new one cost and how involved it was or I just may have my old one fixed. Service girl told me I have to go to parts...ok...so she's taking me back babbling about my registration so fast and soft I can't understand her.???!!. we get back to the parts desk this shaved headed 400 pound parade float perched on a stool cops instant sour attitude demanding my drivers license like I was a teenager trying to buy beer.... I just wanted to know cost and procedure. I sure had not decided to give these clowns business yet!!! Anyhow I told him just what I thought of him and left. I will just get the other one fixed. Geeezzz avoid this place.

Horrible service experience. I think the staff there either cannot physically speak, or have no idea what is on the schedule. Parts people are rude, takes forever to get them on the phone. Warranty work process took forever and a day, I opened a ticket with Mopar and all they have to say is Sorry, but deal with it .

From the moment I entered the dealership I was already impressed. Days before I got on the website, and was immediately ask if I wanted an appointment, test drive, or exit the app. I talked to someone. They got me an appointment within a day when I needed it. I met with my salesman Matt. He was great. He was knowledgeable. Very polite and got to the point. I know in my heart that he gave me the best deal and your dealership gave me the best deal that I could have got. Thank you. I was particularly impressed with how well Crown cleaned my Wagoneer after the service. Great service - thanks to Josh! We weren't happy with the change that Jeep made to the accelerator pedal (no rubber cover) on our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee but Josh recommended new matching covers for the accelerator and brake pedals. Now, no slipping off of the accelerator and our Grand Cherokee is safer to drive. Highly recommend their service department.

We are from out of state and couldn't find a place that had a tire that fit our 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie. We were told by our dealer in Iowa about Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they fit us in. Not only did they take care of our tire, they also offered to take us via a shuttle to a restaurant to get something to eat. The driver waited for us while we ate then took us back to the dealership.Everyone we encountered there was nice to us and took care of our tire, and got us back on the road.We appreciated everything they did for us to get us back on the road after a frustrating day trying to find someone who carried the tire we needed. We were so thankful to find this dealership and how helpful they were.

Don't give them a bad review cause they will call you and freak out on you and tell you they can't service your vehicle cause you have cost them thousands of dollars.. So just lie and give them 10 out of 10 on everything...
