They had the tire I needed in stock. Another popular store had to order it for delivery in 6 hours. They handle large vehicles like ours outside their garage.Company has been in business 100 years

I had a disappointing experience with Coen Tire Company. The employees seemed consistently rude, making interactions unpleasant. It's unfortunate because I remember a time when the service was much better under the old management, and the atmosphere was more customer-friendly. I hope they can address these issues for the benefit of their customers.

Great job Everyone at Coen Tire!! I was forced to call last minute to help out my Dad get tires before his inspection and they got us in and done before I could count to Bay 3! Haha. Thanks again, I highly recommend!

Wanted a used tire oh we don't sell used tires I said ok how much is a recap 92 dollars well I'm not paying that much for a recap that actually is used I can buy a brand new one for a 100 coen is the worse

The tire technicians were wonderful. They walked up to the car and took our tires out of the back of the vehicle. They were fast and precise when mounting the new tires on the rims. Then they brought the tires back to the vehicle and loaded them up. I would recommend going here for a tire job.

Love this place. I've been using coen tire for about 8 years now and have never had a complaint. Always kind and helpful you couldn't ask for better customer service I'll continue to use coen tire as long as they are in business.

Coen Tire is THE tire place in Washington! Super fast in their work. If you buy your tires from them, you can get bolts taken out of your tires and patched for free like I just did! I was in and out on a day that wasn't busy in 10 minutes! That's not always the case, because they are very well known around town. But this company knows how to do tires and to do them well! Thank you for making tires easy.

Used to be a great place to buy tires. Went there for many years. Not sure what happened, but now they are just like any other corporate owned tire shop . Somewhat cold and rude when you're dealing with the desk person. Their tires are nothing special There are tons of places to buy tires. Doubt I will go there again.

My family was 30 minutes into our 9 hour drive. Got a flat tire and found Coen Tire Company just off the interstate. Staff was great and they were able to get us in and repair our tire in just over an hour. Really helped us out when we needed it.

Had recaps put on. Noticed a humming as I was going home. When I stopped back and asked about the humming I was told that it was because how the tires hit the pavement because they're recaps., Get to my mechanics house and he yells at me because it's my wheel bearing..... My fault for NOT learning about cars when I was younger..... Thank God I saw my mechanic or else I could be out a car if my wheel locked up!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Not only did they break my spare tire hoist, the owner tried to screw me over in the process of getting it repaired. If you don't care about quality then this is the place for you. I recommend One Stop 10 fold over this place.

I didn't know it was possible to love a tire place, but they are ALWAYS awesome to deal with. Great prices. And everyone from the office staff to the guys actually working on the car have been nice. And I don't think I have ever been there for more than 45 minutes. Also many times like today when I found a roofing nail with my tire which I bought there months ago, they fixed it for free.

Got a price of $140 a tire for my car but when I get to the store they never had a tire a tire for that price. All they had was a tire for $170. I also got here at 6:45 they open at 7 I have been sitting here for two hours with no progress in sight. This company is sadly not as organized, helpful and accommodating as they where under the prior management!

We picked up a screw in our tire running errands and drove in with no appointment. They were busy and we were in and out in 15 minutes with a very reasonable bill. The staff were professional and knowledgeable on top of being friendly.

Highly recommended! We stopped in at 7:35 am after noticing our tire was completely flat and we had to be at work. We did not have an appointment. They took us right away, patched the flat tire, charged us about $13 and then sent us on our way in under an hour. They were very nice and work very fast. While our situation could have been taken advantage of (it's not like we had many options at that point) they were honest and did great work.

This is the only tire place I've been since I started driving, and it's sure to stay that way with the service they deliver. The office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and even with months between visits, they recognize regulars and make you feel welcome. The shop staff is incredible and they work at amazing speeds. I'm always impressed to see how deftly they get things done. Awesome customer service and speedy, well-done work make them worth coming back to whenever something goes wrong.

Very professional and very fast.Honestly, I have heard horror stories about tire shops.This place was so busy. It was Saturday and they were packed.They had me and my son in and out in 30 minutes. I felt bad for all the heavy lifting and work the guy had to do. They only charged me like 13 dollars. If I ever go again im bringing some cash so I can tip the guy. Crazy how hard they work. It's the first time I have ever needed a flat fixed and im glad I came here. They did a phenomenal job.

Had a screw in my tire that I needed fixed quickly. I called and they said I could bring it right in. They were nice, and my tire was fixed in less than 20 minutes for less than $20. I would definitely recommend them.

So I wouldn t give these people a star at all, both times I went there, I ve had issues. First time cross threaded one of my lugs and now a year later yup you guessed it cross threaded two of my lugs which this time I had to miss out on a week of work because of this, also when I left there shop after getting tires put on feels like one of the tires is faulty are something still haven t figured out what happened there. I guess the only positive thing I would say is at least they re fixing the 2 studs that they snapped off as far as the other problem I ll know after they fix the first problem to know if that will fix the noise my car is making since getting new tires there. So I would definitely definitely not recommend going there.

I was referred to this shop by a kind gentleman who tried to assist me with a flat tire. He bragged about how quick and trustworthy this company is. I had my car towed to the shop and within ten minutes they had completed the work. My tire valve somehow detached from my back passenger side tire and went completely flat. Also I had been riding around on a damaged tire for two months and needed to replace it. This shop has very affordable prices. I was very comfortable and they explained the issue thoroughly. I was about an hour away from my destination but was able to travel back home with ease thanks to their services.

Came in with a bent rim that was leaking air and spare tire under truck was stuck and would not come down. I was told that they could not help me with my problem because they are not mechanics. I told them they could cut the cable that holds it up. They said that they would not do it. Thank god guck got involved and gave the ok to cut it using a cutting wheel he had just bought. Thank you sir for making my day.

No appointment needed. Went it to check in and there were 5 or 6 vehicles ahead of me and I was still in and out in less than and hour and half. Quick and efficient and friendly staff all around. Best prices in town.

Three times I was there for a leaking tire fix. Each time it took hours. First time they said Ooo it s the valve stem, then the bead and last time couldn t find anything. Next day when it was flat again I took it to a different tire shop and in 5 min they found a screw in the tire. Hasn t lost a pound since ! Don t waste your time going there !!!

Great service. Arrived 30 min. early for appt. 2 min later my car was in for 4 new tires. I was walking out 2 min. before original time...all this at a fairly busy time. Great folks too. And free wheel rotation for life of tires I purchased. My first time there. Won't be the last!

Coen Tire has always been wonderful with service. My dad went there while I was growing up and I've been going there since I've had vehicles of my own. I trust them and like them. Prices are more than reasonable and service is always respectful and fast.
