I wish there was area for no stars . I was initially told my credit card would be used as 2 month promotion, I later found my credit card being used for an unauthorized transaction . I attempted to call, to only learn that the gentleman that answered the phone. Was RUDE and took no ownership for using my card, unauthorized!! Will not be returning, THIS IS FRAUD!!

I just went through the car wash and was appalled by the way the tall white haired man was berating his employees in front of me. He was loud and continued to shout profanity at them the whole time I was there. It was very unprofessional and regardless of the situation, customers should not be subject to such vulgarity. I have always found these employees to be kind, courteous, and hard working. My business will only continue there because of them.

Efficient. Car came out clean. Wax really held up to four straight days of rain. Only con is that it is expensive for single automatic wash. Paid $21 for a wash and wax. I think that's a little high, but it may be because of the area. Otherwise nice quick service.

Great car wash for cleanings and detailing services. The staff went above and beyond! I couldn t be happier with end result of my vehicle. (Sand, dirt, mud, etc) looks brand new again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I visited today for the first time and signed up for the Ultimate. I was very impressed with the process and how clean my car was afterwards. Everyone was so friendly and polite it made the experience even better. I realized when I got home that I signed up for the wrong wash so I emailed them and asked if o click switch the unlimited Ultimate to the unlimited Super & it wasn t a problem. Within an hour it was confirmed via email. Their customer service is top notch!

Pros: the employees seemed to take pride and worked hard. They did a good job on the exterior.Con: No option for full service. Paid over $20 with tip , and vacuum and left with dirty mats and dashboard.

This is for the diy side. First stall I used credit card reader didn t work second one the spot free rinse didn t work. Now I have to wash car again to remove water spots.

Multiple stalls have multiple malfunctions. Can t clean my car at just one; the first didn t work at all.The entrance also isn t suitable for low cars.

4 stars because it's nice and it takes cards, but the instructions aren't accurate. The instructions for using the dryer were wrong.

Issues with 2 different bays in the self service. One didn t have high pressure and the other the spotless rinse didn t work.

Run down, not all the sprayer options actually work. Employees parking in the exit lane makes it difficult to get out.

Great Price (especially on half off days!) , free vacs! Nice staff. Became a regular recently.only feedback is the drying cloths tend to not be the cleanest so it doesn t dry completely streak-free.

Half of the options in the DIY car wash area are broken, I wasted money in one stall, had the vacuum eat all of my quarters, and eventually had to try another. After waving down an attendant he confirmed that a number of the "wash options" just don't work. I asked if I would be able to speak to someone to get my money back and he said no but offered me a free swipe. I have been here over the years and this is the worst it has ever been. the vending machines that used to supply armorall wipes and other misc were completely empty.

The only place in the area where I got done and my car was more dirty when I got finished. I went home and re-washed. Hard water spots, inadequate filtering. Spot free rinse, tire cleaner, foam brush didn't work.

I like it.Sometimes I use the car wash and sometimes I use the self wash.Great location.Always clean no issues and I'm out at night fall.

I came here for the convenience, I'm staying for the service. Signed up for the best 40 package and ended up getting a promo deal for 26.50. very happy, ended up signing up for my second car.

Update: sometimes a good business has a bad moment. Owner Rich just called and apologized and made it right w an interior clean and moving the rude attendant to another position. Really kind guy who clearly cares about his customers and quality of his service.I pulled in w my two year old in the back. One attendant told me to turn one way the other started yelling to turn the other. I put my car in neutral and foot off the brake and the yelling attendant literally screamed at me to take my foot off the brake. Made me back up and said don t lie your foot was on the brake . Excuse me??? Literally Never put my foot on the brake after getting onto the tracks.

Always does a good job. Soft cloths. BMW Mercedes and Audi dealers use this car wash for customers before pick up. Also has bays to self wash your car.

Nothing like washing your own car especially for 4 bucks! Bring your own towel to dry it off. But hey, there's always the drive through if you're feeling like you need a small break. A great place, nice people.

Actually, their monthly plan is a good idea. Pays for itself after 2 washes. Gets the pollen off in Spring and in the Winter, gets the salt off your car.

I have been bringing a fleet of 15 vehicles to Clean Machine Car Washfor over 10 years and the level of service here by Rich and the guys isExcellent. The equipment here is up to date and constantly maintained to ensure a Quality Wash every time for our high end vehicles. I also use their Detailing Service and Denzel does a great job and is able to accommodate our schedule to get a car in and completed. All the guys here go out of their way to have a "Clean Machine" come through every time. It is always a pleasure to come in to this business. Customer for 5 years now. This place is by far the best car wash I can find and I say that very honestly. In my opinion, its slightly on the pricey side, however, for someone who loves to keep his car clean, this is the best place to go to. Good job to the management and employees who run this place. I hope you guys keep investing in new equipment which is critical to retaining your customers and try your best keep the costs low.

This car wash is amazing. All of the workers will make sure your car is done right haven t met anyone yet that gave anyone problems. The drive thru car wash does a great job as well.My favorite guy is the Detailer I met him a month back handed him my keys & locked him on handling my car every weekend.. he does me so good I have no choice but to give him a tip every time for his hard work.The manager is good man . if there is anything that anyone needs he makes sure his customers is all treated good, best car wash in the business I know of This guy definitely knows how to Manage a car wash now I found a home for my car to be washed right . Best car wash around. Great price. Hard working friendly staff. They haves cleaned my mini van with two car seats and weather guard mats. They remove everything wash and clean and put back again. They take their time till everything is cleaned. I have gone after camping after a day at the beach sand all over and they have cleaned it all. I've been going there for years after couple of friends recommended them. I tell other people about this car wash and they thank me for telling them about it and they go back over and over. If you want a clean car go there. Today I went to the beach and I have a van full of sand with 2 car seats. Can't wait till they clean my car tomorrow while I wait in a nice clean waiting room watching tv.

If you're using the self service washes DO NOT pay with a credit card. They will double charge you for their service. Unfortunately they do not offer any warning signs or disclaimers that use of a credit cards will be charged more than paying with cash. There must be a $5 minimum for card usage that is not posted. If you pay cash it's $2.50 for 4 minutes, but they charge your card $5. I understand there are credit card transactions fees the business endures and establishments often time have card minimums, but these need to be posted. It took multiple trips for me to realize I was paying double for the self service wash and I hope this review helps others from being cheated. Why not just provide 8 minutes self service cleaning if a card is used? At the very least they should make this policy clear by posting it in the self service bays.EDIT AFTER RESPONSE:This was absolutely at your location in Fort Washington. The credit card statement even notes Fort Washington for all the incorrect transactions. I have since started using cash to get the same service for half the price and wanted to warn others. I will gladly provide any addition credit card details (last 4, name on card, etc) whatever is needed for you to investigate on your side. I hope this is something your business will take seriously and take steps to correct. I'm not concerned with being reimbursed for the money I lost, I'm more concerned with you getting your systems fixed so others will be charged properly. I hope fixing this doesn't require me to take an additional trip to your car wash to fix. I will be more than happy to update my review once this issue is corrected.

There's a Clean Machine near me in Glenside that I love. However, it can get super, super busy busy, so I tried this location which is maybe 15mins away and...I LOVED it. I did the do it yourself wash and really took my time cleaning my baby! The maun thing for me was that the soap brush was SUPER soapy which allowed me to clean the entire car without the suds drying out. I don't recall seeing a spray wax available but I could have missed it. Anywho, definitely going back to this location! I feel like it has a tad more space than the Glenside location.

Really the only place I'll wash my cars. Staff is super nice, the car wash itself seems gentile enough on your car and their unlimited wash subscription is hard to beat. They also have self-wash bays that are clean and user friendly. Sometimes the credit card swipers don't work and you have to switch bays. They also do full details for a competitive price and they do a really nice job.

This car wash was recommended by a friend and I like the idea of the unlimited monthly wash plan. Unfortunately, I was disappointed after I signed up. The vehicle was not completely dry and there were still dirt on the vehicle especially between the wheels. I've been to other car wash where they would manually wash the car especially the wheels and around the license plate then running it through the machine.
