This is my second, and my family s third purchase from Budd Baer. Buying a car is easy and zero pressure. The difference is the service department. They do not fight with you about an issue, and they make sure the car is correct. They are also competitively priced on regular things like oil changes. It s worth the drive.

We had a great experience at Budd Baer Subaru. Our experience started with Troy, internet sales then Steve W was our sales person and Kim with finance. There was no pressure! We would buy from them again,. Thanks, Budd Baer Subaru!

Found a great deal on a used Chevy Bolt. Had it less than 24 hours before it had to go back due to issues from Chevy. They we're quick to provide me a vehicle while my car was sent for warranty repair. I can't speak for the vehicle, but they are going above and beyond in making sure this issue is handled without inconvenience.

Jan, my sales representative went above and beyond to find a car with everything I needed at a price I could afford. He was awesome and a great asset to Bud Baer. Deb in finance made the process go smoothly! Everyone at Bud Baer was knowledgeable, courteous and patient throughout my purchase experience. I love my Crosstrek and would recommend Bud Baer Subaru without hesitation! Ask for Jan! He s the best.

We had a wonderful experience at Budd Bear. They changed our oil, rotated our tires and inspected our vehicle. They are very professional and the prices are fair. We highly recommend Budd Bear.

A friend purchased a Subaru Forester from Ed Mialky at Budd Baer in Washington, PA. I visited the dealership not expecting to purchase a car - now I drive the beautiful blue Forester from their showroom. Thank you Ed!

Had an issue with a used vehicle shortly after purchasing and Manager Bruce made things right immediately by ensuring my vehicle was fixed and running properly. Most dealerships can be shady and dodge you when you contact them with an issue but Bruce was on a mission to ensure I was taken care of. I will most definitely be using this dealer for my future purchases!

Great experience. No pressure buying. Our salesman Shawn was very personable and kind. I brought my 7 year old daughter and everyone was accommodating and kind! Walked out with the car we wanted with a good deal.

We had a fantastic experience with Budd Baer as our dealership and Larry Roytas as our salesman! We absolutely loved that there was no pressure to buy and that they gave us time to explore other avenues before buying. We love our 2024 Outback Wilderness! Well worth the time and effort to visit Budd Baer. We highly recommend them!

When I called to get service for a check engine light, I was told that the first available opening was 3 and a half weeks. The car was purchased in August and has 8,000 miles on it. We didn't think it was anything major and we were told that if isn't blinking it is not a major issue. Nevertheless, we we cautious and fortunately we had another vehicle that we used for 90% of the 3 and a half week wait. The service was good no complaints, however, the wait of 3 and a half weeks is unacceptable. When we bought the car we were given a tour if the service department. We love the car but if we would have known we would have to wait that long for a service appointment, we may have looked elsewhere.

I am new to the area and was looking to find a Subaru dealership for my Cross Trek servicing. The folks at Budd Baer were great! They gave me a drive back to work after I dropped off my vehicle and gave me a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. They did a great job servicing my Cross Trek and everyone was friendly and professional.

I was very suprised that when I got my 1st oil change on 4-12-24 with 3,215 miles on our new Forester, I was told after the oil change that Budd Baer service put bulk oil in our new Forester. Then we were told that the Subrau oil cost more. The problem was that we were not told that we had a choice before the oil change took place, no offer of oil type. What a joke. Now we need to purchase a zinc additive to put in our car to reduce engine wear and increase engine life..First we got screwed on our purchase of the '23 Forester, not once but three times. We were also going to buy a second new car for my husband, but purchased a Nissan instead of getting hurt again. Now we find out the "service" will play games as well. Plus they now do not even run your car thru the car wash. Can you imagine that, not much service here.I have lived out of Pa for several years in several states and purchased Four (4) Subarus before and was ALWAYS treated well from the subaru dealers. I guess if we want to stay with Subaru we'll have to find another dealer that will not take advantage of their customer let alone an 80 year senior citzen...

We bought a used Outback from Budd Baer. We trusted that we were getting a decent car for our money. We bought it "As Is" trusting in faith, that we were getting a good car. When we took it home we found out the oil was over full. So we called and they said to bring it back. We did and they checked and said it was fine. We were going through oil really fast. ( a quart about every hundred miles) After we had put a couple quarts in. We called them back, took it back over and they said PC valve was bad and they replaced it. Now 10 days approximately 100 miles we added another quart of oil. Even though we bought this car " as is ", there was no way to know that this car would use oil like it does. No one takes a test drive for 100 miles. We are elderly and disabled and feel it's unfair that Budd Baer would sell a car like this. We feel that we were taken when we bought this vehicle. We believe they knew something was wrong because it was overfilled with oil when we purchased it. It is sad to think they would take advantage of customers. Be Aware when you purchase a used vehicle from Budd Baer.

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had in leasing a vehicle.Steven W. & the team at Budd Baer Subaru went above & beyond my expectations. They were honest, valued my time, & treated me with respect. Steven & the team at Budd Baer didn t pressure me to make a decision. Instead Steven presented me with numbers & options so I could make a decision that worked for my situation.Additionally, Steven helped by reaching out to my insurance company before I picked up my new car. This made everything efficient so I could have my new car as soon as possible. Thanks again Steven & Budd Baer Subaru.

*MUST BUY IT BEFORE YOU TEST DRIVE IT!?* I called and explained that I am looking to purchase a 2024 Subaru WRX GT in WR Blue or Solar Orange, they said they did not have any 2024 WRX's in stock, but they do have a White 2023 WRX GT on the lot. I asked several questions about placing an order for one, how long orders usually take, etc. I asked if I needed to schedule a test drive ahead of time or not. They said they do not let customers test drive their WRX models. I was truly shocked when both the salesperson and their manager (Tom) explained the store policy to me. The manager suggested I fully purchase the car first and then take it for a test drive, and if I'm not satisfied with the car then I can return it. I was absolutely floored by his logic. Who in the right mind would purchase a vehicle without test driving it first? Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere and now working with another dealer to assist me with my new purchase. Figured I would give others a heads up about their policy at Budd Baer.

We bought a used car from them, their service was terrible, if they didn't have the car we wanted we would never have went there. Maybe it's different if you're buying new. However the car we wanted needed to be detailed, and they needed to give us a second key. So after buying it, we had to take it back to get it detailed. They had the car for a week and didn't complete the interior detail, the spare key they gave didn't work properly, and they were stunned when I called them out on it. I would not recommend for anyone to buy a used car from them. If I could do less than one star to post this I would.Update. After the terrible experience with Budd Baer, and speaking with the lot manager, informing him that I would not be comfortable having them do any work on our car based our previous experience and lack of communication between their departments, it seems that the pattern has continued. I have received 3 calls from Budd Baer requesting mileage checks so they can schedule the car for service. I have said each time that we're not bringing the vehicle in to them and asked them to stop calling. But yet, the calls continue. Notifying the lot manager doesn't seem to be enough to get them to stop calling me. Again, I can't speak for the experience in buying a new car. But I would discourage anyone from getting a used car from Budd Baer.Second Update: Budd Baer is still reaching out to me about scheduling service with them. I've unsubscribed and blocked text and emails, I've told people who called me politely to stop and take my name out of their system, when that didn't work I've was not polite when telling them to stop calling me. And yet, today, again, they reached out to me again to schedule service. I've asked what I can do to get them to not contact me again....waiting for the response.

Scheduled work was done satisfactorily. I also asked them to check tire pressure which was not done. Also when I got home I couldn t find my garage door opener. It was in a place I would have never thought to look.

I took my vehicle for a regular maintenance check up and needed new tires. I also had the Auto Butler service done, outside and the interior, which my windshield was not touched at all. It seemed strange that the driver side window was all the way down and my interior dashboard lights were completely turned off. I had smoke coming from under the car and in the cabin of the car and a heavy plastic smell on my way home and I drove to my daughter's and called the dealership and was told to bring the vehicle back immediately. There were several people who looked under the hood using their cell phone flashlights to see what the problem was. I was given my loaner vehicle back to use for the weekend. I picked my car up on Monday and was told oil was spilled during the oil change. The work order even states I complained about an oil smell which is not what I reported or smelled. It burned my sinuses and I was not able to take a deep breath in the car. They cleaned everything up and I have not had the odor back since. HOWEVER, I have a car seat in my backseat for my granddaughters and it has been removed and is now in the cargo area of the Outback. I didn't notice it until I got home (approximately an hour away). Thank goodness I was not on my way to pick up a child and needed that seat. I called and let them know and they don't know why anyone would remove it "because they aren't supposed to do that". I sure know I didn't take it out because I am not able to do that. Now I need to make arrangements to have it put back in and inspected for safe installation. I don't feel I would recommend this dealership based on my experience with the service department. There were so many issues with things that were said and done that leave me very disappointed with them, and not much concern or empathy on their part.

I bought a certified pre owned subaru off budd baer subaru in late September of 2023 with 72200 ish miles and have it in the shop March 5 of 2024 with 78250 ish miles . It was in the shop for the free oil change, new tires, wheel alignment, front sensor was picking up objects that where not there and brake checking people for no reason and the car was consuming oil. I bought at the time of purchase every warranty I could for it. On March 6 of 2024 they called me and told me my bill was almost 1300 to 1400 dollars. They sold the car to me consuming oil and didn't fix it told me my warranty doesn't cover that and the car wheel alignment was out when I bought it and I had to pay that much money for a car that should had been fix before I bought it. My experience with budd Baer subaru hasn't been at all good and I wished that they pay the whole bill being that it had problems and still does but the one thing that really Jack's me off is they know the car is consuming oil becuase there tech said it was from the pcv valve and they didn't replace a 25 dollar part and 30 mins of labor to put it in. So thank you subaru for the waste of my time and most importantly my money.
